Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a multiple ring for a ring, and more specifically, a plurality of ring-shaped rings can be cast using a noble metal in a connected state, and a seamless ring-shaped ring is obtained using a different kind of noble metal. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a multiple ring for rings .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional multiple rings use gold, platinum, silver, or their alloys, and create multiple ring-shaped rings by using materials of different colors, and combine them to insert the ring parts together. It is connected to move.
[0003]
As a method for manufacturing such a multiple ring, at least one noble metal ring-shaped ring formed in advance in a C-shape is fitted so as to intersect with another ring-shaped ring alone, and the open end portion of the ring is closed. A method of connecting by any means typified by attachment or welding is common.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional multiple ring requires a brazing operation and a welding process at the time of manufacture, and there is always a welding point called a low eye. Such low eyes would reduce the commercial value of the ring . In particular, silver used in various rings in recent years has a problem in that its commercial value is greatly reduced because it changes to black due to aging. Therefore, if necessary, the solution was solved by plating, etc., but in the case of connecting multiple ring-shaped rings, such as multiple rings, each ring-shaped ring is easily rubbed against each other. It was easy to peel off.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention intends to provide a method for manufacturing a multiple ring for a ring in which each ring-shaped ring itself is connected seamlessly using different kinds of noble metals by using a casting method.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Delete [0007]
The method for manufacturing a multiple ring for a ring according to the present invention includes a plurality of ring-shaped ring rings each having a ring inner surface corresponding to each ring-shaped ring ring in which ring portions are inserted and connected to each other, and a plurality of ring-shaped ring inner rings communicating with each mold inner surface. Each ring shape that constitutes a multiple ring obtained by pouring molten metal of different kinds of precious metals into the runner from a crucible at a time lag into a mold that has a runner and a slide. It is characterized in that the single rings are connected seamlessly by different kinds of precious metals.
[0008]
The method for producing a multiple ring according to the present invention is usually carried out as follows. In other words, it is connected to a plurality of runners formed almost vertically and the end of a horizontal or inclined runway communicating with each of these runners, corresponding to each ring-shaped ring alone, and each ring portion A melt of different kinds of precious metals is caused to flow from the plurality of runners into a mold composed of inner surfaces of the molds inserted into each other.
[0009]
Then, different kinds of precious metals corresponding to each ring-shaped ring are formed into a predetermined shape with each ring part inserted through each other, and when this is cooled, multiple rings with changes in color etc. are formed in each ring. It is cast in a state where the parts are inserted through each other.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, a multiple ring for a ring according to the present invention and a manufacturing method thereof will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing an example of a mold to which the method for producing a multiple ring for a ring of the present invention is applied, and FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing an example of the obtained multiple ring.
[0011]
In FIG. 1, 1 is a mold installed in the casting chamber, and 2 is a runner formed in the mold 1. The number of runners 2 is determined by the type of noble metal or alloy thereof desired to be used. The upper part of the runner 2 is formed in a funnel shape in which the upper part is widened so that noble metal can be easily poured. Reference numerals 3-1 and 3-2 denote ring mold inner surfaces connected to the runners 2 respectively. The mold inner surfaces 3-1 and 3-2 each have the shape of a single ring ring to be cast. And a structure in which the respective ring portions are inserted into each other. As shown in the drawing, a plurality of mold inner surfaces 3-1 and 3-2 at the time of casting can be appropriately formed vertically. The diameter of the runner 2 is adjusted according to the specific gravity of the noble metal, the size and distance of the mold inner surfaces 3-1 and 3-2, and the pouring speed of the melt of the different kind of noble metal is adjusted. The angle between the runner 2 and the inner surface of the mold is not necessarily vertical, and the runner 2 can be adjusted by inclining the runner 2 when pouring a melt of noble metal.
[0012]
In the figure, reference numeral 4 denotes a crucible made of carbon or ceramic, and a noble metal discharge hole 6 corresponding to the graphite rod 5 is formed at the bottom of the crucible 4 so that the graphite rod 5 can be attached and detached. Yes. A coil 7 is wound around the outer periphery of the crucible 4 to melt the precious metal 8 and is connected to a high frequency or low frequency induction superheater.
The casting chamber of FIG. 1 is preferably an atmosphere filled with a vacuum or an inert gas in order to prevent oxidation of the precious metal base metal.
[0013]
Next, in order to manufacture a ring using the casting apparatus of this embodiment, the graphite rod 5 in the crucible 4 is pulled up to open the discharge hole 6, and the molten metal 8 is dropped into the mold 1 by gravity. The operation (step) is performed for each of the hot water A and the hot water B with a time difference. At that time, hot water A and hot water B are poured by sliding the mold.
[0014]
The molten metal 8 passes from the discharge hole 6 through the runner 2 and flows into the mold inner surfaces 3-1 and 3-2 having a single ring-shaped ring shape from the respective runners. The mold inner surfaces 3-1 and 3-2 having a single shape are cast in a state where the respective ring portions are inserted into each other. After casting, it is processed by conventional methods such as deburring and polishing.
[0015]
FIG. 2 shows an example of a ring cast by the above method. This ring 11 is composed of a combination of each ring-shaped ring with the respective ring portions inserted into each other, and each ring-shaped ring has a combination of gold and platinum, gold and silver, white gold and silver, for example. By using it, it can be very tasteful.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
Since the method for manufacturing a multiple ring for a ring according to the present invention is formed as described above, a plurality of ring-shaped rings can be cast using a noble metal in a connected state at a ring portion, and a seam using a different kind of noble metal is used. It is now possible to obtain a ring-shaped ring without a ring.
[0017]
Therefore, it is possible to provide a high-quality multiple ring for a ring that not only has an excellent commercial value but also does not show a low eye or peel off plating even after long-term use. It became so.
