【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、遊技機に装着される遊技盤を安定的に保持するができ、尚且つ携帯に便利な器具（遊技盤保持台）に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、パチンコ機等の遊技機では、各種遊技装置や装飾表示器等が設けられた遊技盤を分離式としたものが主流で、該種の遊技機においては、遊技盤に対応した遊技制御装置と併せて遊技盤を交換することにより、異なる遊技内容の遊技機として用いることができるものである。このように、遊技盤のみを交換して異なる遊技内容の遊技機として用いれば、遊技機の本体枠等は島設備に設置されている既存のものをそのまま利用でき、遊技店側の費用負担を抑制できる点で有用なのである。なお、島設備に設置される遊技機は、微妙に後方へ傾斜した状態となっている。

また、遊技盤が交換されると、新たな遊技盤における遊技装置や障害釘の配置構成に応じた釘調整の知識が必要になるため、遊技盤の供給メーカーや販売店等から遊技店へ担当者が赴き、釘調整の指導に当たるのが通例である。この釘調整の説明では、遊技機に組み込まれた遊技盤を用いており、説明を受ける遊技店員らは、島設備に設置された遊技機を覗き込むようなスタイルで行われていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、島設備に設置された遊技機に装着した状態の遊技盤を用いて釘調整を説明する場合、説明を受ける遊技店員の人数が多いと、遊技盤の盤面を皆が同時に確認することが難しくなり、肝心の微妙な釘調整状態を遊技店員に見せ辛いという問題点があった。しかも、遊技機が列設されている島設備では、各遊技機に対応する椅子が固定されているため、遊技店員が集まれるエリアが更に限定されることとなってしまう。

そこで、本発明は、遊技盤の釘調整等の説明を遊技店等で効率良く行えるようにすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、請求項１に係る発明は、遊技機に装着される遊技盤の底部を載せる遊技盤載置部を有する基台と、上記基台における遊技盤載置部の両端から各々上方へ突出して、遊技盤の側部を側部収容空部内に収容する一組の遊技盤側部保持体と、からなり、上記遊技盤側部保持体は、遊技盤載置部の側方端部に配される側面板の前後両端縁より断面コ字状となるように前面板および背面板を延設することで、側面板と前面板と背面板との間に側部収容空部が形成されると共に、側部収容空部において前面板と背面板との間で前後にスライド移動する固定板を備え、上記固定板は、上記背面板の延出方向に適宜離隔して貫通する２つのガイドピンに支持されると共に、両ガイドピンのほぼ中間位置で背面板の背面から螺着される調整ネジのネジ部前端が背面に当たる構成とし、各ガイドピンの後端部にはそれぞれ抜け止め部を形成し、該抜け止め部と上記背面板との間には、固定板を背面板側へ付勢する付勢手段を設け、上記調整ネジのネジ部の突出量変化に応じて固定板をスライド移動させて、固定板と前面板との離隔距離を調整することにより、固定板と前面板とで遊技盤の側部を固定するようにしたことを特徴とする。

また、請求項２に係る発明は、支持部と、該支持部の上面に形成された凸状の遊技盤載置部と、を有し、該遊技盤載置部の上面に遊技機に装着される遊技盤の底部を載せるようにした基台と、上記基台における遊技盤載置部の両端に各々配置され、遊技盤載置部の側方端部に位置する側面板の前後両端縁より断面コ字状となるように前面板および背面板を延設することで、側面板と前面板と背面板との間に側部収容空部が形成される一組の遊技盤側部保持体と、からなり、上記遊技盤側部保持体は、遊技盤載置部の両端から各々上方へ突出するように取り付けられて、遊技盤載置部に載せられた遊技盤が傾倒しないように支える第１状態と、断面コ字状の側部収容空部で凸状の遊技盤載置部を収容するように基台へ被さる第２状態と、に変換可能としたことを特徴とする。

また、請求項３に係る発明は、請求項２に記載の遊技盤保持台において、上記遊技盤側部保持体は、側部収容空部において前面板と背面板との間で前後にスライド移動する固定板を備え、該固定板と前面板との離隔距離を調整することにより、固定板と前面板とで遊技盤の側部を固定するようにしたことを特徴とする。

また、請求項４に係る発明は、請求項３に記載の遊技盤保持台において、上記固定板は、上記背面板の延出方向に適宜離隔して貫通する２つのガイドピンに支持されると共に、両ガイドピンのほぼ中間位置で背面板の背面から螺着される調整ネジのネジ部前端が背面に当たる構成とし、各ガイドピンの後端部にはそれぞれ抜け止め部を形成し、該抜け止め部と上記背面板との間には、固定板を背面板側へ付勢する付勢手段を設け、上記調整ネジのネジ部の突出量変化に応じて固定板をスライド移動させるようにしたことを特徴とする。

また、請求項５に係る発明は、請求項１〜請求項４の何れか１項に記載の遊技盤保持台において、上記基台は、第１遊技盤戴置部を有する第１基台と、第２遊技盤戴置部を有する第２基台と、から構成し、上記第２基台にはスライド部材を、上記第１基台にはスライド部材ガイド部を各々設け、上記第１遊技盤戴置部と第２遊技盤戴置部をスライドさせて離隔距離を調整することにより、遊技盤載置領域の長さを変化させるようにしたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係る遊技盤保持台の実施形態を、添付図面に基づき詳細に説明する。

図１に示すのは、第１実施形態に係る遊技盤保持台１の外観斜視図であり、テーブル等の平坦な場所に置かれる基台２と、第１遊技盤側部保持体３ａと、第２遊技盤側部保持体３ｂとからなり、遊技盤４を立てた状態に保持することが可能なものである。そして、上記基台２は、遊技盤４の底部を載せる遊技盤載置領域が上面２１ａに形成された凸状の遊技盤載置部２１を平台部２２の上面に有し、この基台２における遊技盤載置部２１の両端に第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂを各々固定ネジ５，５で固定すると、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂは、遊技盤載置部２１の遊技盤載置領域端部に側部収容空部３０が連なるように突出して、遊技盤載置部２１の上面２１ａ上に載置された遊技盤４の側部を側部収容空部３０内に収容可能となる。すなわち、この状態においては、遊技盤保持台１は遊技盤載置部２１上に載せられた遊技盤４が傾倒しないように支える保持状態となるのである。

なお、遊技盤４は、パチンコ機等の遊技機に装着されるもので、遊技領域内に障害釘が植設されると共に種々の遊技装置や表示器等が設けられており、遊技盤の前面側（遊技者が面する側）にはガラスが配置される関係上、各種遊技装置は前面側突出量よりも背面側突出量が多くなり、遊技盤４の重心は厚板状の盤よりも後方に位置することとなる。このため、基台２が或る程度の重量を有していないと、後へ倒れてしまう可能性があるため、本実施形態に係る遊技盤保持台１は、鉄板等を加工して基台２および第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂを形成するものとした。このように、金属板を加工して形成する遊技盤載置部２１や平台部２２を中空状にしておけば、持ち運びができる程度の重量に抑えつつ遊技盤４を支えるのに十分な安定度を確保できるのである。

また、金属製である基台２の底面には、ゴム足６…を取り付けて、テーブル等を傷つけないように配慮してある。更に、平台部２２の適所（例えば、前面側の中央部）には収納凹部７を設けてあり、釘調整の説明時に使う釘調整具や遊技球などの小物を置けるようにしてある。

上記のように保持状態とした遊技盤保持台１は、置き場所の自由度が高く、人が集まりやすい場所で遊技盤を立てた状態に保持することができる。よって、島設備に設置された遊技機に装着した状態の遊技盤を用いて釘調整を説明する場合とは違い、説明を受ける遊技店員の人数が多くても、遊技盤の盤面を皆が同時に確認することが容易となり、微妙な釘調整状態を遊技店員が満足いくように視認できるので、効率の良い釘調整の説明を行うことができる。

図２に示すのも、第１実施形態に係る遊技盤保持台１であるが、この遊技盤保持台１は、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂを遊技盤載置部２１の左右両側部から取り外すことで、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂの各側部収容空部３０，３０が遊技盤載置部２１の上面２１ａから突出しない非保持状態にある。

ここで、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂは、側面板３１の前後両端縁につらなるように前面板３２および背面板３３を設けた断面コ字状の長尺な部材で、これら側面板３１，前面板３２，背面板３３によって側部収容空部３０が形成されるものとし、これら第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂの側部収容空部３０，３０が遊技盤載置部２１を収容するように基台２へ被さることで、非保持状態を生ぜしめるものとした。すなわち、遊技盤載置部２１は、上面２１ａの前側端縁に連なって平台部２２の上面とほぼ直行する前面２１ｂと、上面２１ａの後側端縁に連なって平台部２２の上面とほぼ直行する背面２１ｃとによって、略々均等な突出量となる凸形状（略々均等な盤厚である遊技盤４の側部を収容する側部収容空部３０によって収容され得る形状）とすることで、非保持状態においても第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂを基台２へ取り付けられるようにしたのである。

また、側部収容空部３０内の背面板３３側には固定板３４を位置させ、背面板３３を摺動可能に貫通する上下２つのガイドピン３５，３５により支持するものとしてあり、背面板３３の背面側から側部収容空部３０に向けて螺着された調整ネジ３６のネジ部３６ａの端部突出量を調整することによって、固定板３４が前面板３２側へ適宜移動できるようにしてある。

なお、ガイドピン３５，３５は、軸部３５ａの一端が固定板３４の背面板３３側に固着され、背面板３３を貫通した他端には拡径した抜け止め部３５ｂが形成されており、該抜け止め部３５ｂと背面板３３との間に付勢手段としてのコイルスプリング３７を介在させることで、固定板３４には背面板３３側への付勢力が働くようにしてある。これにより、固定板３４を前面板３２側へ移動させ過ぎたような場合は、調整ネジ３６のネジ部３６ａの突出量を減らす方向に把持部３６ｂを回すと、コイルスプリング３７，３７の付勢力により固定板３４は背面板３３側へスムーズにスライド移動するようになる。

したがって、遊技盤４の側部を保持している状態において、固定板３４を遊技盤４の側部裏面側へ押し出すように調整ネジ３６の把持部３６ｂを回すと、遊技盤４の側部前面側が第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂの前面板３１，３１の背面に押しつけられ、前面板３１と固定板３４とによって安定的に固定されることとなる。すなわち、本実施形態においては、スライド可能とした固定板３４や前面板３１等により、遊技盤４の側部を安定的に固定するための側部固定手段を構成したのである。

なお、調整ネジ３６の螺着位置は、例えば、上下に位置するガイドピン３５，３５のほぼ中間部としておくことが望ましく、コイルスプリング３７，３７による付勢力の均衡が保たれる部位を調整ネジ３６のネジ部３６ａが当たるようにしておけば、固定板３４のスライド移動を円滑に行うことができる。また、保持状態の遊技盤保持台１に対して、遊技盤４を入れる時、側部収容空部３０へ遊技盤４を導き入れやすいように、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂの側面板３１の上部には外側方へ反り返る誘導部３１ａを、前面板３２の上部には前側へ反り返る誘導部３２ａを、固定板３４の上部には後側へ反り返る誘導部３４ａを各々形成してある。

上述したように、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂの側部収容空部３０，３０によって遊技盤載置部２１を収容する場合、側部収容空部３０内には固定板３４が存在するため、遊技盤載置部２１の上面２１ａの前後幅よりも固定板３４の厚さ分だけ余裕がなければ、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂを遊技盤載置部２１上へ被せることはできない。かといって、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂの下部まで同じ前後幅を保持する形状にしてしまうと、遊技盤載置部２１の前後幅よりも余裕が有り過ぎて、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂを固定ネジ５，５で基台２に固定するだけではガタつきを抑えきれない可能性もある。そこで、側面板３１の下部においては、遊技盤載置部２１の前後幅にほぼ等しい（若干広い程度の）位置に下部背面板３３ａを連設した。

斯くすれば、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂの下部における側面板３１，前面板３２，下部背面板３３ａが、遊技盤載置部２１の側方端部における側面２１ｄ，前面２１ｂ，背面２１ｃに各々対応するよう取り付けることができ、固定ネジ５，５によって固定するだけでも十分安定した固着状態を期せる。なお、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂの各側面板３１の下部にはネジ挿通溝３１ｂを設けるものとし、遊技盤載置部２１の側面２１ｄのネジ孔２１ｅに固定ネジ５，５を螺着した状態で、ネジ挿通溝３１ｂに固定ネジ５が入るように第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂを上から落とし込み、その後に固定ネジ５，５で強固に締め付ければ良いようにしてある。このように、側面板３１にネジ挿通溝３１ｂを設ければ、ネジ孔同士の位置合わせの手間が無く、効率よい作業を行うことができるし、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂの前面板３２および下部背面板３３ａの下端部が平台部２２の上面に載せた状態で取り付けることが容易となる。

また、本実施形態に係る遊技盤保持台１は、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂの下部における前後幅（前面板３２の下部背面と下部背面板３３ａの前面との離隔間隔）が遊技盤載置部２１の前後幅よりも若干広くなるよう意図的に調整してある。斯くすれば、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂを遊技盤載置部２１の側方部へ取り付けたり取り外したりする際の作業が容易になるという利点に加えて、遊技盤４を遊技機に装着されたのと同様な傾斜角で保持するように第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂを基台２へ取り付けることが可能となり、遊技店の遊技機に装着されているのと同じ状態の遊技盤を用いて釘調整等を説明できるという利点がある。

このため、固定ネジ５にネジ挿通溝３１ｂを挿通させた状態で、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂの下部背面板３３ａの下端が遊技盤載置部２１の背面２１ｃに当たり、前面板３２の下部内面が遊技盤載置部２１の上面２１ａと前面２１ｂの境界縁に当たるように後方へ傾けると、島設備に設置された遊技機に装着された遊技盤の傾きを再現できるような傾斜角を以て第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂを基台２へ取り付けられるように、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂの下部における前後幅を遊技盤載置部２１の側部形状に応じて設定しておくのである。例えば、一辺が５０ｃｍ程度の略正方形とした遊技盤側部の中程までを保持できるように形成した遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂ（側部収容空部３０の高さが約２５ｃｍ程度）においては、垂直に立てた場合の遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂの上端部よりも６〜８ｍｍ程度後方へ上端部がずれた状態で、所望の遊技盤保持角度を実現できる。

上述した第１実施形態に係る遊技盤保持台１においては、基台２へ第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂを固定ネジ５，５によって固定したり取り外したりすることで保持状態と非保持状態との変換を行うものとしたが、蝶番機構等のギミックにより遊技盤載置部上から遊技盤側部保持体を引き起こしたり遊技盤載置部上へ寝かしたりすることで、保持状態と非保持状態の変換を行うようにしても良い。しかしながら、本実施形態の如く固定ネジ５，５による第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂの着脱構成とした場合には、コストを削減できるという利点がある。

また、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂは対称な形状になっているので、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂを取り付ける位置を変えれば、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂの各固定板３４，３４が前面側に向くこととなるので、遊技盤の固定操作や固定解除の操作を前側から行うようにもできる。なお、図２に示した非保持状態においては、調整ネジ３６が前面側に向くように第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂを遊技盤載置部２１上に装着した。このようにすれば、収納凹部７の上方に調整ネジ３６，３６が位置するので、調整ネジ３６の把持部３６ｂを回し易く、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体３ａ，３ｂを遊技盤載置部２１へ固定したり外したりする操作を効率的に行える。

加えて、非保持状態においては、遊技盤載置部２１の側面２１ｄのネジ孔２１ｅから固定ネジ５を外して、平台部２２の上面適所（例えば、収納凹部７の側方部）に設けたネジ孔２２ａに螺着しておく。このようにすれば、非保持状態における遊技盤保持台１の側方に固定ネジ５が突出しないので、収納時の邪魔にならない。しかも、ネジ孔２２ａに螺着した固定ネジ５の突出量は、遊技盤載置部２１の上面２１ａを越えないようなサイズとしてあるので、この点からも収納に便利である。

上記のような非保持状態とした遊技盤保持台１は、持ち運ぶときに、図４に示すような状態でカバン８へ収納できる。このように２つの遊技盤保持台１を、例えば、基台２の平台部２２（ほぼ中央に位置する遊技盤載置部２１に対して収納凹部７が設けられていないフラットな側）が互いに重なるように、一方を表向きに他方を裏返してカバン８に入れると、収納容積を抑えることができる上に、安定した状態を保つことができる。

上記のようにして複数の遊技盤保持台１を持ち歩く時、金属製では或る程度の重量負荷を覚悟しなければならない。そこで、持ち運びに際してはその重量を軽くし、遊技盤の釘調整の説明などで保持状態とする場合には重量を重くするような重量調整手段を設けても良い。

上記重量調整手段の一例として、図５に示す如く、基台２′を用いた第２実施形態に係る遊技盤保持台を説明する。この基台２′では、平台部２２の内部たる液体収容空部２３へネジ孔２２ａから液体を注入したり排出したりすることで、平台部２２の総重量を調整できるようにした。すなわち、非保持状態で固定ネジ５を螺着するネジ孔２２ａは、液体収容空部２３へ液体を注入および排出する液体注排孔の機能を兼ねさせるものとした。ネジ孔２２ａは２箇所設けてあるので、液体注排孔として用いた場合は、一方のネジ孔２２ａから液体を排出しつつ他方のネジ孔２２ａから空気が液体収容空部２３内に流入することとなるので、液体の排出効率が良いという利点もある。

上記液体収容空部２３へ注入する液体としては、水道水など比較的入手し易いものを利用すれば良いのであるが、例えば、遊技盤保持台を軽量プラスチック等で形成したために、液体収容空部２３の容積一杯に比重１の水を入れても遊技盤を安定的に支えられる程度の重量が得られない場合には、比重の大きな液体を用いるようにしても良い。なお、重量調整に液体を用いる場合、液体の基本性質から液体収容空部２３へ流入した液体が液体収容空部２３内に偏在することがないので、基台２の重量バランスが保持され易く、遊技盤４を保持する上での安定度が高いものとなる。

また、重量調整手段としては、液体に限らず、遊技盤保持台を使用する遊技店等で手に入り易いものを使って遊技盤保持台の総重量（特に基台の重量）を重くできれば良い。例えば、基台２の内部に遊技球を貯留して重量を調整するようにしても良い。

次に、図６〜図１０に基づいて、第３実施形態に係る遊技盤保持台１１を説明する。この遊技盤保持台１１は、遊技盤載置部における遊技盤載置領域の長さを変化させ得る可変長手段を備えるもので、様々な横幅の遊技盤４に対応させることができるものである。

図６に示すのは、非保持状態とした遊技盤保持台１１で、第１基台１２ａと第２基台１２ｂからなる基台と、例えば、第１基台１２ａにおける第１遊技盤載置部１２１ａの遊技盤載置領域端部に位置して遊技盤の側部を側部収容空部１３０内に収容する第１遊技盤側部保持体１３ａと、第２基台１２ｂにおける第２遊技盤載置部１２１ｂの遊技盤載置領域端部に位置して遊技盤の側部を側部収容空部１３０内に収容する第２遊技盤側部保持体１３ｂとからなる。なお、図６においては、第２遊技盤側部保持体１３ｂを省略してあるが、第１遊技盤側部保持体１３ａと対称な形状で同一の機能を有するものである。

そして、側面板１３１の前縁および後縁に連なる前面板１３２および背面板１３３により断面コ字状とした第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体１３ａ，１３ｂの各側部収容空部１３０内には固定板１３４を位置させ、ガイドピン１３５，調整ネジ１３６，コイルスプリング１３７によって固定板１３４と前面板１３２との離隔距離を調整できるものとし、様々な盤厚の遊技盤に対応できるようにしてある。なお、側面板１３１，前面板１３２，固定板１３４の上部に各々誘導部を設けて遊技盤を側部収容空部１３０へ誘導し易いようにしても良い。

また、第１，第２遊技盤側部保持体１３ａ，１３ｂの下方部には第１，第２挿入固定部１３８ａ，１３８ｂ（例えば、上方に開口した断面コ字状の部材）を各々設け、第１平台部１２２ａの上面に形成された第１遊技盤載置部１２１ａの外側端部（第２遊技盤載置部１２１ｂに隣接する端部とは逆側で、図６においては向って右側端部）に第１固定部挿通開口１２３ａを、第２平台部１２２ｂの上面に形成された第２遊技盤載置部１２１ｂの外側端部（第１遊技盤載置部１２１ａに隣接する端部とは逆側で、図６においては向って左側端部）に第２固定部挿通開口１２３ｂを各々設けてある。

一方、第１基台１２ａと第２基台１２ｂとは、遊技盤載置領域の長さを変化させ得る可変長手段を介して接続するものとしてあり、具体的には、第２基台１２ｂの第２遊技盤載置部１２１ｂの内側端部（第１遊技盤載置部１２１ａに隣接する端部）にスライド部材１２４を設け、第１基台１２ａの第１遊技盤載置部１２１ａの内側端部（第２遊技盤載置部１２１ｂに隣接する端部）にはスライド部材ガイド部を開設し、第２基台１２ｂ側に固定されているスライド部材１２４が第１基台１２ａ側のスライド部材ガイド部へ完全に挿入された状態において、遊技盤載置領域の長さは最短になる。

なお、第１遊技盤載置部１２１ａの側面適所にはスライド部材１２４をスライドさせる方向に長いスライド孔１２５を開設してあり、このスライド孔を貫通させた状態で長さ調整ネジ１２６をスライド部材１２４に螺着する（図１０（ｂ）参照）。従って、長さ調整ネジ１２６を締めればスライド部材１２４がスライドできないので、第１基台１２ａと第２基台１２ｂとが固定され、逆に長さ調整ネジ１２６を緩めれば、スライド部材１２４はスライド孔１２５により規制される範囲内でスライド部材ガイド部内を移動できるようになる。
