【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、遊技機に装着される遊技盤を安定的に保持するができ、尚且つ携帯に便利な器具(遊技盤保持台)に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、パチンコ機等の遊技機では、各種遊技装置や装飾表示器等が設けられた遊技盤を分離式としたものが主流で、該種の遊技機においては、遊技盤に対応した遊技制御装置と併せて遊技盤を交換することにより、異なる遊技内容の遊技機として用いることができるものである。このように、遊技盤のみを交換して異なる遊技内容の遊技機として用いれば、遊技機の本体枠等は島設備に設置されている既存のものをそのまま利用でき、遊技店側の費用負担を抑制できる点で有用なのである。なお、島設備に設置される遊技機は、微妙に後方へ傾斜した状態となっている。

また、遊技盤が交換されると、新たな遊技盤における遊技装置や障害釘の配置構成に応じた釘調整の知識が必要になるため、遊技盤の供給メーカーや販売店等から遊技店へ担当者が赴き、釘調整の指導に当たるのが通例である。この釘調整の説明では、遊技機に組み込まれた遊技盤を用いており、説明を受ける遊技店員らは、島設備に設置された遊技機を覗き込むようなスタイルで行われていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、島設備に設置された遊技機に装着した状態の遊技盤を用いて釘調整を説明する場合、説明を受ける遊技店員の人数が多いと、遊技盤の盤面を皆が同時に確認することが難しくなり、肝心の微妙な釘調整状態を遊技店員に見せ辛いという問題点があった。しかも、遊技機が列設されている島設備では、各遊技機に対応する椅子が固定されているため、遊技店員が集まれるエリアが更に限定されることとなってしまう。

そこで、本発明は、遊技盤の釘調整等の説明を遊技店等で効率良く行えるようにすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、請求項1に係る発明は、遊技機に装着される遊技盤の底部を載せる遊技盤載置部を有する基台と、上記基台における遊技盤載置部の両端から各々上方へ突出して、遊技盤の側部を側部収容空部内に収容する一組の遊技盤側部保持体と、からなり、上記遊技盤側部保持体は、遊技盤載置部の側方端部に配される側面板の前後両端縁より断面コ字状となるように前面板および背面板を延設することで、側面板と前面板と背面板との間に側部収容空部が形成されると共に、側部収容空部において前面板と背面板との間で前後にスライド移動する固定板を備え、上記固定板は、上記背面板の延出方向に適宜離隔して貫通する2つのガイドピンに支持されると共に、両ガイドピンのほぼ中間位置で背面板の背面から螺着される調整ネジのネジ部前端が背面に当たる構成とし、各ガイドピンの後端部にはそれぞれ抜け止め部を形成し、該抜け止め部と上記背面板との間には、固定板を背面板側へ付勢する付勢手段を設け、上記調整ネジのネジ部の突出量変化に応じて固定板をスライド移動させて、固定板と前面板との離隔距離を調整することにより、固定板と前面板とで遊技盤の側部を固定するようにしたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係る遊技盤保持台の実施形態を、添付図面に基づき詳細に説明する。

図1に示すのは、第1実施形態に係る遊技盤保持台1の外観斜視図であり、テーブル等の平坦な場所に置かれる基台2と、第1遊技盤側部保持体3aと、第2遊技盤側部保持体3bとからなり、遊技盤4を立てた状態に保持することが可能なものである。そして、上記基台2は、遊技盤4の底部を載せる遊技盤載置領域が上面21aに形成された凸状の遊技盤載置部21を平台部22の上面に有し、この基台2における遊技盤載置部21の両端に第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bを各々固定ネジ5,5で固定すると、第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bは、遊技盤載置部21の遊技盤載置領域端部に側部収容空部30が連なるように突出して、遊技盤載置部21の上面21a上に載置された遊技盤4の側部を側部収容空部30内に収容可能となる。すなわち、この状態においては、遊技盤保持台1は遊技盤載置部21上に載せられた遊技盤4が傾倒しないように支える保持状態となるのである。

なお、遊技盤4は、パチンコ機等の遊技機に装着されるもので、遊技領域内に障害釘が植設されると共に種々の遊技装置や表示器等が設けられており、遊技盤の前面側(遊技者が面する側)にはガラスが配置される関係上、各種遊技装置は前面側突出量よりも背面側突出量が多くなり、遊技盤4の重心は厚板状の盤よりも後方に位置することとなる。このため、基台2が或る程度の重量を有していないと、後へ倒れてしまう可能性があるため、本実施形態に係る遊技盤保持台1は、鉄板等を加工して基台2および第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bを形成するものとした。このように、金属板を加工して形成する遊技盤載置部21や平台部22を中空状にしておけば、持ち運びができる程度の重量に抑えつつ遊技盤4を支えるのに十分な安定度を確保できるのである。

上記のように保持状態とした遊技盤保持台1は、置き場所の自由度が高く、人が集まりやすい場所で遊技盤を立てた状態に保持することができる。よって、島設備に設置された遊技機に装着した状態の遊技盤を用いて釘調整を説明する場合とは違い、説明を受ける遊技店員の人数が多くても、遊技盤の盤面を皆が同時に確認することが容易となり、微妙な釘調整状態を遊技店員が満足いくように視認できるので、効率の良い釘調整の説明を行うことができる。

また、側部収容空部30内の背面板33側には固定板34を位置させ、背面板33を摺動可能に貫通する上下2つのガイドピン35,35により支持するものとしてあり、背面板33の背面側から側部収容空部30に向けて螺着された調整ネジ36のネジ部36aの端部突出量を調整することによって、固定板34が前面板32側へ適宜移動できるようにしてある。

なお、ガイドピン35,35は、軸部35aの一端が固定板34の背面板33側に固着され、背面板33を貫通した他端には拡径した抜け止め部35bが形成されており、該抜け止め部35bと背面板33との間に付勢手段としてのコイルスプリング37を介在させることで、固定板34には背面板33側への付勢力が働くようにしてある。これにより、固定板34を前面板32側へ移動させ過ぎたような場合は、調整ネジ36のネジ部36aの突出量を減らす方向に把持部36bを回すと、コイルスプリング37,37の付勢力により固定板34は背面板33側へスムーズにスライド移動するようになる。

したがって、遊技盤4の側部を保持している状態において、固定板34を遊技盤4の側部裏面側へ押し出すように調整ネジ36の把持部36bを回すと、遊技盤4の側部前面側が第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bの前面板31,31の背面に押しつけられ、前面板31と固定板34とによって安定的に固定されることとなる。すなわち、本実施形態においては、スライド可能とした固定板34や前面板31等により、遊技盤4の側部を安定的に固定するための側部固定手段を構成したのである。

なお、調整ネジ36の螺着位置は、例えば、上下に位置するガイドピン35,35のほぼ中間部としておくことが望ましく、コイルスプリング37,37による付勢力の均衡が保たれる部位を調整ネジ36のネジ部36aが当たるようにしておけば、固定板34のスライド移動を円滑に行うことができる。また、保持状態の遊技盤保持台1に対して、遊技盤4を入れる時、側部収容空部30へ遊技盤4を導き入れやすいように、第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bの側面板31の上部には外側方へ反り返る誘導部31aを、前面板32の上部には前側へ反り返る誘導部32aを、固定板34の上部には後側へ反り返る誘導部34aを各々形成してある。

上述したように、第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bの側部収容空部30,30によって遊技盤載置部21を収容する場合、側部収容空部30内には固定板34が存在するため、遊技盤載置部21の上面21aの前後幅よりも固定板34の厚さ分だけ余裕がなければ、第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bを遊技盤載置部21上へ被せることはできない。かといって、第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bの下部まで同じ前後幅を保持する形状にしてしまうと、遊技盤載置部21の前後幅よりも余裕が有り過ぎて、第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bを固定ネジ5,5で基台2に固定するだけではガタつきを抑えきれない可能性もある。そこで、側面板31の下部においては、遊技盤載置部21の前後幅にほぼ等しい(若干広い程度の)位置に下部背面板33aを連設した。

斯くすれば、第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bの下部における側面板31,前面板32,下部背面板33aが、遊技盤載置部21の側方端部における側面21d,前面21b,背面21cに各々対応するよう取り付けることができ、固定ネジ5,5によって固定するだけでも十分安定した固着状態を期せる。なお、第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bの各側面板31の下部にはネジ挿通溝31bを設けるものとし、遊技盤載置部21の側面21dのネジ孔21eに固定ネジ5,5を螺着した状態で、ネジ挿通溝31bに固定ネジ5が入るように第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bを上から落とし込み、その後に固定ネジ5,5で強固に締め付ければ良いようにしてある。このように、側面板31にネジ挿通溝31bを設ければ、ネジ孔同士の位置合わせの手間が無く、効率よい作業を行うことができるし、第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bの前面板32および下部背面板33aの下端部が平台部22の上面に載せた状態で取り付けることが容易となる。

また、本実施形態に係る遊技盤保持台1は、第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bの下部における前後幅(前面板32の下部背面と下部背面板33aの前面との離隔間隔)が遊技盤載置部21の前後幅よりも若干広くなるよう意図的に調整してある。斯くすれば、第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bを遊技盤載置部21の側方部へ取り付けたり取り外したりする際の作業が容易になるという利点に加えて、遊技盤4を遊技機に装着されたのと同様な傾斜角で保持するように第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bを基台2へ取り付けることが可能となり、遊技店の遊技機に装着されているのと同じ状態の遊技盤を用いて釘調整等を説明できるという利点がある。

このため、固定ネジ5にネジ挿通溝31bを挿通させた状態で、第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bの下部背面板33aの下端が遊技盤載置部21の背面21cに当たり、前面板32の下部内面が遊技盤載置部21の上面21aと前面21bの境界縁に当たるように後方へ傾けると、島設備に設置された遊技機に装着された遊技盤の傾きを再現できるような傾斜角を以て第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bを基台2へ取り付けられるように、第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bの下部における前後幅を遊技盤載置部21の側部形状に応じて設定しておくのである。例えば、一辺が50cm程度の略正方形とした遊技盤側部の中程までを保持できるように形成した遊技盤側部保持体3a,3b(側部収容空部30の高さが約25cm程度)においては、垂直に立てた場合の遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bの上端部よりも6〜8mm程度後方へ上端部がずれた状態で、所望の遊技盤保持角度を実現できる。

上述した第1実施形態に係る遊技盤保持台1においては、基台2へ第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bを固定ネジ5,5によって固定したり取り外したりすることで保持状態と非保持状態との変換を行うものとしたが、蝶番機構等のギミックにより遊技盤載置部上から遊技盤側部保持体を引き起こしたり遊技盤載置部上へ寝かしたりすることで、保持状態と非保持状態の変換を行うようにしても良い。しかしながら、本実施形態の如く固定ネジ5,5による第1,第2遊技盤側部保持体3a,3bの着脱構成とした場合には、コストを削減できるという利点がある。

上記のような非保持状態とした遊技盤保持台1は、持ち運ぶときに、図4に示すような状態でカバン8へ収納できる。このように2つの遊技盤保持台1を、例えば、基台2の平台部22(ほぼ中央に位置する遊技盤載置部21に対して収納凹部7が設けられていないフラットな側)が互いに重なるように、一方を表向きに他方を裏返してカバン8に入れると、収納容積を抑えることができる上に、安定した状態を保つことができる。

上記のようにして複数の遊技盤保持台1を持ち歩く時、金属製では或る程度の重量負荷を覚悟しなければならない。そこで、持ち運びに際してはその重量を軽くし、遊技盤の釘調整の説明などで保持状態とする場合には重量を重くするような重量調整手段を設けても良い。

上記重量調整手段の一例として、図5に示す如く、基台2′を用いた第2実施形態に係る遊技盤保持台を説明する。この基台2′では、平台部22の内部たる液体収容空部23へネジ孔22aから液体を注入したり排出したりすることで、平台部22の総重量を調整できるようにした。すなわち、非保持状態で固定ネジ5を螺着するネジ孔22aは、液体収容空部23へ液体を注入および排出する液体注排孔の機能を兼ねさせるものとした。ネジ孔22aは2箇所設けてあるので、液体注排孔として用いた場合は、一方のネジ孔22aから液体を排出しつつ他方のネジ孔22aから空気が液体収容空部23内に流入することとなるので、液体の排出効率が良いという利点もある。

上記液体収容空部23へ注入する液体としては、水道水など比較的入手し易いものを利用すれば良いのであるが、例えば、遊技盤保持台を軽量プラスチック等で形成したために、液体収容空部23の容積一杯に比重1の水を入れても遊技盤を安定的に支えられる程度の重量が得られない場合には、比重の大きな液体を用いるようにしても良い。なお、重量調整に液体を用いる場合、液体の基本性質から液体収容空部23へ流入した液体が液体収容空部23内に偏在することがないので、基台2の重量バランスが保持され易く、遊技盤4を保持する上での安定度が高いものとなる。
