Description

The present invention relates to a flat plate punching apparatus for punching by pressing a plate-like member such as a corrugated cardboard sheet, cardboard, or film.

Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 9 (a) and 9 (b), a flat plate punching apparatus A1 for punching a product portion after pressing a predetermined die on a punched material such as a corrugated cardboard sheet, A press part B for pressing the mold, a stripping part C for removing the non-product part from the pressed punched material while leaving the product part and the gripper margin, a knock-off part D for separating the product part from the gripper margin, and a knock-off part A delivery part E1 that accommodates the product part separated by D, a detection means N that detects defective products that have passed through the delivery part E1, and a material to be punched are sequentially conveyed to the press part B, stripping part C, and delivery part E1. There is known one provided with a conveying means F for carrying out the above.

The flat plate punching apparatus A is set by stacking a punched material such as a printed cardboard sheet on the feeder part G, and sending the punched material one by one from the feeder part G to the conveying means F. The material to be punched is sequentially conveyed to the press part B, the stripping part C, and the delivery part E1 by the conveying means F.

The conveying means F is a rotary wheel K that is intermittently driven to rotate an endless roller chain J provided with a holding portion H for holding a gripper margin of the punched material at predetermined intervals along with the punching mechanism of the press portion B. The holding parts H are driven to rotate so as to pass through the press part B, stripping part C, and delivery part E1 in order.

The press part B, the stripping part C, and the delivery part E1 are arranged at equal intervals. When the roller chain J of the transport means F is intermittently rotated, a plurality of parts held by the holding part H are provided. The material to be punched can be simultaneously stopped at the fixed positions of the press part B, the stripping part C, and the delivery part E1.

In the press part B that presses a predetermined die onto the material to be punched, the die is pressed on the material to be punched so as to divide the product portion, the gripper margin, and the non-product portion.

In the stripping part C, only the non-product part is removed from the pressed punched material, leaving the product part and the gripper margin.

In the delivery part E1, a knock-off part D, which is positioned inward from the roller chain J of the conveying means F and separates the product part from the gripper margin, is disposed near the outlet of the delivery part E1 so as to be movable up and down. The knock-off portion D is controlled to be lowered when the punched material is conveyed to the delivery portion E1 and temporarily stops at a fixed position. The product part cut off by the knock-off part D is accommodated in the delivery part E1.

The product part accommodated in the delivery part E1 is moved to the discharge table L that moves up and down. The discharge table L can be moved up and down to an upper position for receiving the product portion separated by the knock-off portion D and a lower position for transferring the stacked product portions to the carry-out conveyor P1. The carry-out conveyor P1 is arranged on the downstream side of the discharge table L, and the product portion transferred from the discharge table L is carried out to the downstream side of the apparatus.

Further, an unloading part Q that moves forward and backward in the delivery part E1 is provided on the downstream side of the delivery part E1, and when the discharge table L is in the lower position, the unloading part Q is placed in the delivery part E1. The company is expanding and accepting product parts.

Further, only the gripper margin held by the holding portion H of the roller chain J is left in the punched material after the product portion is cut off by the knock-off portion D, and this gripper margin is transferred to the gripper margin collecting portion M. Collected.

Here, immediately after passing the delivery part E1, the detection means N1 detects the detection mark printed on the gripper margin held by the holding part H with a camera, and detects a defective product. However, in this method, even if it can be detected that there is a defective product, it is only known that the defective product is stored in the delivery unit E1, so that a defective product is selected from the products stored in the delivery unit E1. The work of extracting had to be done manually. As a result, it is necessary to manually check defective products one by one, which not only makes the work complicated, but also takes time to check. Also occurred.

From such a background, the present inventor has already proposed a flat plate punching device that can automatically and reliably collect defective products (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

As shown in FIG. 10, this flat plate punching apparatus A2 has a press part B that presses a predetermined die on a punched material, and a non-product part that leaves a product part and a gripper margin from the pressed punched material. The stripping section C to be removed, the detection means N2 for detecting the state of the punched material, the good or bad punched material based on the detection result of the detection means N2, and the operation of each part on the downstream side of the apparatus A control unit (not shown) that controls the non-illustrated product, a non-defective product knock-off part R1 that separates the product part from the gripper margin for the non-defective punched material, a delivery part E2 that accommodates the product part separated by the good-quality knock-off part R1, and a delivery part E2 Defective product knock-off part R2 for separating the defective product portion from the gripper margin for the defective punched material that has passed, and defective product knock-off A defective product collecting unit T for collecting the product part separated by the unit R2, and a conveying means F for sequentially conveying the punched material to the press unit B, stripping unit C, delivery unit E2, and defective product collecting unit T. ing.
In addition, about the component same as the flat plate punching apparatus A1 shown in FIG. 9, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and detailed description shall be abbreviate | omitted.

The conveying means F hangs an endless roller chain J provided with holding portions H for holding a gripper margin of the punched material at predetermined intervals on a rotating wheel K that is driven to rotate intermittently by a punching mechanism of the press portion. Is configured to pass. The press unit B, stripping unit C, delivery unit E2, and defective product collection unit T are sequentially arranged at equal intervals. When the roller chain J of the conveying means F is intermittently rotated, the holding unit H A holding part H is provided on the roller chain J at equal intervals so that the plurality of punched materials held simultaneously stop at the fixed positions of the press part B, stripping part C, delivery part E2, and defective product recovery part T. ing.

Based on the detection result of the detection means N2, the control unit determines whether the punched material is good or bad, and when it is determined that the punched material is a non-defective product, operates the non-defective product knock-off unit R1 of the delivery unit E2. When it is determined that the punched material is defective, the operation of the non-defective knock-off portion R1 is controlled so that the non-defective knock-off portion R1 of the delivery unit E2 is not activated.

The delivery part E2 is provided on the downstream side of the stripping part C, and a non-defective punched material is conveyed to the delivery part E2 by the conveying means F, and is conveyed to a fixed position of the delivery part E2 and temporarily. When stopped, the non-defective product knock-off portion R1 is lowered, the product portion is separated from the gripper margin, and the separated product portion is accommodated in the delivery portion E2. The product part accommodated in the delivery part E1 is moved to the discharge table W that moves up and down. The carry-out conveyor P2 is disposed on the downstream side of the discharge table W, and the product portion transferred from the discharge table W is carried out to the downstream side of the apparatus.

The defective product collection unit T is provided on the downstream side of the delivery unit E2. The material to be punched is determined to be defective by the control unit, is controlled so that the non-defective product knock-off unit R1 of the delivery unit E2 does not operate, passes through the delivery unit E2, and is conveyed to a fixed position of the defective product collection unit T. When temporarily stopped, the defective knock-off portion R2 is lowered, and the product portion separated from the gripper margin is collected by the defective product collecting portion T. The defective product collection unit T is provided with a discharge conveyor X, and the collected product portions are sequentially discharged to the defective product stock unit Y arranged downstream of the defective product collection unit T. Yes.

However, in this flat plate punching apparatus A2, since the defective product collection unit T is disposed on the downstream side of the delivery unit E2, the rotating wheel K that has been conventionally disposed inside the delivery unit E1 is replaced with the defective product collection unit. It is necessary to arrange inside T, which is significantly different from the internal structure of the conventional delivery part E1. Therefore, it is impossible to retrofit only the defective product collection unit T to the existing apparatus, and both the delivery unit E2 and the defective product collection unit T must be replaced.

Thus, this flat plate punching device A2 has poor structural commonality with the conventional device A1, and the replacement work for retrofitting the defective product collection unit T to the conventional device A1 becomes very complicated and unnecessary. This is not preferable from the viewpoint of effective use of resources.

In addition, since the existing apparatus can be used effectively, it is possible to reduce the cost of disposal of unnecessary parts, and it is also preferable from the viewpoint of effective use of resources.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, a flat plate punching apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention has a feeder unit 2 for stacking and setting a punched material 10 such as a printed cardboard sheet, and a predetermined punching material 10. A press part 3 for pressing a mold, a stripping part 4 for removing a non-product part from the pressed punched material 10 while leaving a product part and a gripper margin, and a defective product knock-off part for separating a defective product part from the gripper margin 51, a defective product collecting unit 5 that collects the product part separated by the defective knock-off unit 51, and a non-defective product knock-off unit 61 that separates the product part from the gripper margin, and the product part separated by the good product knock-off unit 61. A delivery unit 6 for storing the material and a punched material 10 into a press unit 3, a stripping unit 4, a defective product collecting unit 5, And a conveying unit 7 for sequentially carried in the order of Barry portion 6.

The conveying means 7 is a rotation in which an endless roller chain 72 provided with holding portions 71 for holding a gripper margin of the punched material 10 at predetermined intervals is intermittently driven by a punching mechanism of the press portion 3. It is constructed so as to span the wheel 73.

The conveying means 7 holds the gripper margin in the holding portion 71 and holds the punched material 10 while holding the punched material 10 when the punched materials 10 stacked on the feeder portion 2 are extracted one by one. The endless roller chain 72 is intermittently rotationally driven so as to sequentially pass through the stripping unit 4, the defective product collecting unit 5, and the delivery unit 6.

The press unit 3, stripping unit 4, defective product collection unit 5 and delivery unit 6 are sequentially arranged at regular intervals, and when the roller chain 72 of the transport means 7 is intermittently rotated, The holding unit 71 is a roller at equal intervals so that the plurality of punched materials 10 held by the holding unit 71 simultaneously stop at fixed positions of the press unit 3, stripping unit 4, defective product collection unit 5, and delivery unit 6. The chain 72 is provided.

A press part 3 for pressing a predetermined die to the punched material 10 is provided on the discharge side of the feeder part 2, and the press part 3 is fixed above the punched material 10 so as to sandwich the punched material 10. The fixed platen 31 to which the mold is mounted and the presser plate 32 which is positioned below the punched material 10 and moves up and down with respect to the fixed platen 31 are configured.

Then, in this press part 3, the die is pressed so as to separate the product part, the gripper margin and the non-product part from the punched material 10.

A stripping unit 4 is provided on the downstream side of the press unit 3. In the stripping unit 4, only a non-product part is removed from the pressed punched material 10, leaving a product part and a gripper margin.

In addition, a space is provided between the press unit 3 and the stripping unit 4, and detection means 8 for detecting the state of the punched material 10 is provided in the space.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the detection means 8 includes a single CCD camera 81 and an illumination unit 82 that illuminates the punched material 10. The camera 81 and the illumination unit 82 are arranged in the transport direction. It is provided so as to reciprocate in the orthogonal width direction.

The detection means 8 detects a detection marker printed on a gripper margin portion on the printing surface of the punched material 10 and detects whether the detection marker is at a predetermined position by the camera 81. Is done.

In this example, since the detection means 8 is provided with a camera 81 behind the press unit 3 and upstream of the stripping unit 4, after the detection unit 8 detects that the product is non-defective or defective, the control is performed. In response to a command from the section 9, there is a time allowance for the time for the punched material 10 to pass through the stripping section 4 until the good knock-off section 61 or the defective knock-off section 51 is activated. Therefore, the operation load of the control unit 9, the good product knock-off unit 61, and the defective product knock-off unit 51 can be reduced, and the good product knock-off unit 61 or the defective product knock-off unit 51 can be operated accurately based on the detection result.

In the present embodiment, only one camera is installed, but two cameras may be arranged so as to be positioned at both ends in the conveyance direction width direction. In this case, the positional deviation of the punched material 10 can be detected more accurately.

Further, the camera may be arranged in the stripping unit 4 itself or on the downstream side of the stripping unit 4, that is, between the stripping unit 4 and the defective product collecting unit 5. If it is detected after the non-product part is removed in the stripping part, the final shape of the punched material 10 can be detected. Therefore, for example, if the entire width of the punched material 10 is detected by using a line camera, the entire printing surface of the punched material 10 can be detected, and a more reliable defective product can be detected. Become.

Further, the detecting means is not limited to the CCD camera, and other sensors such as a photo sensor may be used as long as the printing surface of the punched material can be detected.

And the detection result by the detection means 8 is sent to the control part 9 provided in the flat board punching apparatus 1, as shown in FIG.

The control unit 9 determines whether the punched material 10 is good or defective based on the detection result of the detection unit 8 and determines that the punched material 10 is defective. When the defective knock-off unit 51 is activated and it is determined that it is a non-defective product 10, the movement of the defective knock-off unit 51 is controlled so that the defective knock-off unit 51 of the defective product collecting unit 5 is not activated. ing.

Here, whether the punched material 10 is a non-defective product or a defective product is determined by whether or not the detection marker is detected at a predetermined position by the camera 81 of the detecting means 8 and is not detected. The case is judged as a defective product. The detection marker is not detected at a predetermined position because the printing surface of the punched material 10 is opposite, the printing is not performed, or the set position of the punched material 10 is shifted. In these cases, it is determined that the product is defective.

If the control unit 9 is controlled so as to record the count of the number of defective punched materials 10 and the generation time, the cause of the defective product can be checked later.

The defective product collecting unit 5 is provided downstream of the stripping unit 4, and the defective product collecting unit 5 is provided with a defective product knock-off unit 51 for separating and collecting defective product parts from the gripper margin. It has been. As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the defective product knock-off unit 51 is located inward of the roller chain 72 of the conveying means 7 and is arranged near the outlet of the defective product recovery unit 5 so as to be movable up and down. It is installed. When the control unit 9 determines that the punched material 10 is defective based on the detection result of the detection means 8, the control unit 9 operates the defective product knock-off unit 51 to detect the defective product. The defective punching material 10 is conveyed to the recovery unit 5, and the product portion of the defective punching material 10 is recovered by the defective product recovery unit 5.

The defective product collection unit 5 is provided with a discharge conveyor 52 for sequentially discharging the collected product parts and a defective product stock unit 53 disposed on the downstream side of the discharge conveyor 52 as discharge means. The discharge conveyor 52 is arranged in a direction crossing the width direction with respect to the conveying direction of the conveying means, and its downstream end is located in an opening 54 provided in the side wall portion of the apparatus casing 56. . The defective product stock unit 53 is disposed outside the apparatus casing 56 and receives and stores defective product parts conveyed by the discharge conveyor 52. The means for conveying the collected product part to the defective product stock unit 53 is not limited to the discharge conveyor 52, and the inclined plate is inclined to the extent that the collected product part can be slid and moved to the defective product stock unit 53. It doesn't matter. This eliminates the need for a drive source for driving the discharge conveyor 52, contributing to energy savings and reducing running costs.

The defective product collecting unit 5 is provided with a temporary receiving unit 55 that receives the rear portion in the transport direction of the non-defective punched material 10 that is identified as the non-defective punched material 10 and passes through the defective product collecting unit 5. .

As shown in FIG. 2A, the temporary receiving portion 55 is configured by an air cylinder including a piston 55 a that is advanced and retracted into the accommodating space of the defective product collecting portion 5 above the discharge conveyor 52 . The temporary receiving portion 55 is in a state in which the piston 55a is retracted when the defective product is accommodated in the defective product collecting portion 5, and when the non-defective product to be punched 10 and the control unit 9 determine, As soon as the punching material 10 is sent to the defective product collecting section 5, the piston 55a starts to advance, and when the roller chain 72 is temporarily stopped, the rear portion in the transport direction of the non-defective punching material 10 is received by the piston 55a. ing.

Further, when the roller chain 72 starts to be driven, the piston 55a is retracted in the opposite direction. Even if the non-defective product 10 is temporarily stopped by the primary stop of the roller chain 72, the temporary receiving unit 55 does not bend and drop into the defective product collection unit 5 even if the non-defective product 10 is temporarily stopped. 6 can be conveyed.

In addition, you may make it arrange | position this temporary receiving part so that it may receive not the rear end of the to-be-punched material 10 but both ends of a side part.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the delivery unit 6 provided on the downstream side of the defective product collection unit 5 is positioned inward from the roller chain 72 of the transport unit 7, and close to the outlet of the delivery unit 6. A non-defective knock-off portion 61 for separating the product portion from the margin is arranged to be movable up and down.

When the control unit 9 determines that the product is a non-defective product 10 based on the detection result of the detection means 8, the control unit 9 activates the defective product knock-off unit 51 of the defective product collection unit 5. It is controlled not to. The non-defective product knock-off unit 61 descends when the non-defective product 10 is transported to the delivery unit 6 as shown in FIG. Drive controlled. The product part cut off by the non-defective product knock-off part 61 is accommodated in the delivery part 6.

Further, the delivery unit 6 is provided with a discharge table 62 that accommodates the product portion and an unloading unit 64 that moves forward and backward in the delivery unit 6. The discharge table 62 moves up and down, and is moved up and down to a higher position for receiving the product portion separated by the non-defective knock-off portion 61 and a lower position for transferring the stacked product portions to the carry-out conveyor 63. ing. The carry-out conveyor 63 is provided at substantially the same height as the lower position of the discharge table 62, and carries the product portion received from the discharge table to the downstream side of the unloading unit 64. The unloading part 64 is provided in the delivery part 6 so as to be able to advance and retreat from the downstream side of the delivery part 6, and when the discharge table 62 is in the lower position, the unloading part 64 advances into the delivery part 6 and receives the product part. I am doing so.

The conveying means for carrying out the non-defective product part is not limited to the above embodiment, for example, the lower position of the discharge table 62 is arranged in the vicinity of the installation surface like the flat plate punching device 1b shown in FIG. A pallet 11 for placing a predetermined amount of product portion on the discharge table is installed, and a pallet conveyor 12 for supplying the pallet 11 to the discharge table 62 is provided on the upstream side of the discharge table 62. By providing a carry-out conveyor 63 having a height substantially the same as the lower position of the discharge table 62 on the downstream side of the discharge table 62, a fixed-quantity carrying means for carrying a predetermined amount of non-defective product parts may be provided. In this way, a large amount of product parts can be stacked and transported on the pallet 11, and load collapse can be prevented, and the work efficiency and safety are excellent.

Further, the punched material (gripper margin) after the product portion is separated by the non-defective product knock-off unit 61 or the defective product knock-off unit 51 is collected by the gripper margin collecting unit 13 provided above the delivery unit 6.

With the above configuration, according to the present embodiment, the defective product collection unit 5 including the defective product knock-off unit 51 is disposed on the upstream side of the delivery unit 6 including the non-defective product knock-off unit 61, as shown in FIG. Since the basic structure of the conventional flat plate punching device A1 is substantially the same except for the defective product collecting unit 5, as shown in FIG. 7, the conventional flat plate punching device A1 is provided with a defective product collecting unit 5 as shown in FIG. The apparatus of this embodiment can be easily realized simply by retrofitting. In addition, since the existing apparatus can be used effectively, it is possible to reduce the cost of disposal of unnecessary parts and is also preferable from the viewpoint of effective use of resources.

In the conventional flat plate punching apparatus A2 shown in FIG. 10, since the defective product collecting part T is arranged on the downstream side of the delivery part E2, the defective product part cut off by the defective product knock-off part R2 is used as a roller. It must be collected in a slight gap between the chain J and the unloading part Q. Therefore, the discharge conveyor X is installed in this gap, the defective product stock portion Y is arranged behind the defective product collection portion T, and the downstream end of the carry-out conveyor P is the defective product of the defective product collection portion T. It is necessary to position it downstream from the stock portion Y. As a result, a new unloading conveyor P2 having a longer unloading distance than the conventional unloading conveyor P1 must be installed, and the product portion accommodated in the delivery unit E2 must be unloaded downstream from the defective product stock unit Y. Therefore, the entire device was enlarged. However, in this embodiment, the discharge conveyor 52 in the defective product collection unit 5 is arranged in a direction intersecting the width direction with respect to the transport direction of the transport means 7, and the downstream end thereof is connected to the device casing 55. Since it is located in the vicinity of the opening 54 provided in the side wall part and the defective product stock part 53 is provided outside the apparatus casing, the entire length of the apparatus can be shortened, and the installation space for the apparatus can be easily secured.
