Description
The present invention relates to a heat-shrinkable packaging material for packaging glass fiber or the like (roving winding body) wound in a donut shape and a roving packaging body packaged using the same.
A roving used as a reinforcing material for FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) or the like is usually obtained by wrapping a wound body wound into a hollow cylindrical shape with circular end faces with a packaging material obtained by thermally shrinking a covering material. It is stored. When the roving is used, the roving is pulled out from the inside of the cylinder, that is, from the hollow portion. The enveloping material used for the roving roll packaging tends to avoid the use of polyvinyl chloride as a dioxin countermeasure. Further, in the roving package, the form of the roving roll is a cylindrical shape with both end faces circular, and an opening of the packaging material is located on one end face, and this opening is coaxial with the roving roll. It is desired to be. If the central axis of the roving roll coincides with the center of the opening of the packaging material, the roving can be pulled out smoothly.
The purpose of using the collapse preventing material will be described. The packaged roving roll is usually drawn out from the core portion, but when the remaining amount is reduced, the roll collapses and is rolled up and cannot be used until the end. The invention according to claim 6 solves this problem. This is because a collapse preventing material made of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) or the like is positioned between the roving roll and the heat shrink film so that the EVA shrinks between the heat shrink film and the roving roll during the heat shrink. Adhering to both sides, the roll does not collapse even if the roll is low, and it can be used up to the end. As a specific means, it is only disclosed that “collapse prevention material 50 is temporarily fixed to the outer peripheral surface of roving roll 20 by an appropriate means such as an adhesive tape” (paragraph number 0043).
In the above-mentioned
In addition, the method currently used by users is not to use an adhesive tape or the like to fix the fall-prevention material, but to place the fall-prevention material in a twisted shape and positioned between the roving roll and the heat shrink film. It is to heat shrink. In the case of this method, in order for the collapsible collapsible prevention material to be stably positioned between the roving roll and the heat shrink film, the interval between the roving roll and the heat shrink film is relatively narrow. I had to do it. In this case, if the heat shrink film has a seal portion, there is a problem that the seal portion is torn due to the shrinkage force.
Therefore, the present invention improves the workability of storing the roving wound body in the heat shrinkable tube based on the idea that the collapse preventing material is fixed to the heat shrinkable film from the beginning, and shrinks when shrinking. An object of the present invention is to provide a covering material made of a heat-shrinkable film or a tube for wrapping a roving wound body that does not cause a problem that the seal part is torn by force, and a roving packaging body packaged using the same. .
The present invention is for packaging made of a heat-shrinkable polyolefin film or tube having a heat shrinkage rate of 15% or less in the axial direction and a heat shrinkage rate of 30% or more in the circumferential direction of the roving roll to be wrapped. The opening has a size large enough to contain the roving roll, and at least two seal portions extend in the axial direction of the roving roll to be packaged. The gist is a bag-like covering material for packaging a roving wound body in which a roving is wound in a cylindrical shape, which is mounted so that a collapse preventing material of the material has protruded into the bag.
The collapse prevention material of the material is mounted so as to protrude into the bag, and the collapse prevention material attached to each seal portion is at the thermal contraction temperature of the enveloping material when the enveloping material is thermally contracted. The surface is softened and pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the roving roll and the packaging material formed by the shrinkage of the covering material by the shrinkage force of the covering material, and is applied to both the outermost layer roving and the inner surface of the packaging material. By being worn, the fall prevention machine Is a member that exerts a roving is summarized as bag-shaped envelope timber for packaging roving Makitai wound into a cylindrical shape.
In addition, the present invention provides a thermal roving body in which rovings are wound in a cylindrical shape and a heat shrinkage ratio in the axial direction of the roving winding body to be packaged is 15% or less and a heat shrinkage ratio in the circumferential direction is 30% or more. Made of a shrinkable polyolefin-based film or tube, having an opening large enough to contain the roving roll for packaging, and at least two seals extending in the axial direction of the roving roll to be wrapped, Each sealing part is provided with a roving roll wound with a roving wound in a cylindrical shape, on which at least a part of the seal part is attached with a material that prevents thermal collapse on both sides so as to protrude into the bag. A packaging material formed by heat shrinking a bag-shaped covering material, a collapse preventing material adhered to both the outermost layer roving and the inner surface of the packaging material, more specifically, the heat shrinking of the covering material Time, covering material The surface is softened at the heat shrink temperature, and the outer circumferential surface of the roving roll and the packaging material are pressed against the packaging material by the shrinkage force of the packaging material, and the roving of the outermost layer and the inner surface of the packaging material And a roving packaging body characterized by comprising a collapsing prevention material adhered to both sides.
According to the present invention, since the anti-collapse material is attached to the heat-shrinkable film or tube with a seal in advance, a bag-like enveloping material made of a heat-shrinkable film or tube having a size sufficiently larger than the roving roll is adopted. It is possible to improve the workability of storing the roving wound body in the heat shrinkable tube and reduce the burden on the operator.
Further, since the gap between the roving roll and the covering material made of the heat-shrinkable film or tube can be widened, there is no problem that the seal portion is torn due to the contraction force at the time of contraction. In the roving package according to the present invention, the enveloping material whose shrinkage rate is larger in the circumferential direction than in the axial direction of the roving roll is heat-shrinked and packaged. Therefore, since the shrinkage rate in the longitudinal direction of the covering material is small, the opening of the packaging material substantially coincides with the central axis of the roving roll, and since the shrinkage rate in the width direction is large, the packaging material is used as the roving roll. It can be adhered. Further, since the packaging material is made of a polyolefin-based material when incinerated, the problem of dioxin generation is eliminated.
Furthermore, even if the roving is pulled out from the inside of the roving roll and the remainder of the roll is only in the vicinity of the outermost layer, the roving is retained by the anti-collapse material so that the roving roll can be prevented from collapsing. . Therefore, the roving can be pulled out smoothly to the end. In addition, when the outermost layer of the roving is peeled off from the collapsing prevention material and pulled out, the thermal adhesive material of the collapsing prevention material hardly adheres to the roving, and the deterioration of the roving quality can be suppressed. Further, by extending the seal portion in the longitudinal direction of the covering material, the packaging material can be prevented from being deformed even when the roving is almost lost, and the roving can be pulled out more smoothly to the end.

The covering material is formed by, for example, overlapping two film materials so that a four-side overlapping portion is formed, and the four-side overlapping portion has a three-side overlapping portion sealed to form a bag shape. In addition, the overlapping portion of one side that is not sealed becomes the opening. When sealing the edge of the film material, the film for preventing collapse is also sealed. At least a part of each sealing portion of the bag-
In addition, there is a case where the film for collapse prevention material, which is an intermediate layer, is crushed by the pressing pressure at the time of sealing, and both outer layers are fused together, and the collapse prevention material reaches the outer end of the seal part. In some cases, the anti-collapse material attached to the seal part softens the surface at the thermal contraction temperature of the enveloping material when the enveloping material contracts, and the shrinking force of the enveloping material causes the roving winding The form of the seal is not limited as long as the outer peripheral surface of the body and the covering material are pressed against the wrapping material and have a function of sticking to both the outermost layer roving and the inner surface of the wrapping material.
The method of sealing the end of the film material for forming the enveloping material is not particularly limited, such as ultrasonic sealing, adhesive bonding, and heat sealing. However, the ultrasonic sealing causes unevenness on the sealing surface. Therefore, the stiffness of the packaging material at the bonded portion can be made particularly strong, and this is preferable in order to particularly suppress the deformation of the packaging material itself.

[Collapse prevention material]

The
The packaging material forms at least two seal portions in the depth direction of the bag. One seal portion can also be formed in the radial direction (width direction) of the bottom portion of the bag. At least two seal portions extend in the axial direction of the roving roll, or one more seal portion extends in the radial direction of the bottom of the roving roll. At least two seal portions extend in the axial direction of the roving roll to be wrapped, and at least a part of each seal portion protrudes into the bag with a material that prevents thermal collapse on both sides. It is installed.
As a mode in which the collapse preventing material is attached to a part of each seal portion, the embodiment as shown in FIG. 4 is preferable because the collapse preventing material is not fused to the upper and lower portions of the roving.
The collapse prevention material attached to each of the above-mentioned seal parts is softened at the heat shrinkage temperature of the covering material during the heat shrinkage of the covering material, and the outer periphery of the roving wound body due to the shrinkage force of the covering material It is pressed against the packaging material formed by shrinking the surface and the covering material, and is adhered to both the outermost layer roving and the inner surface of the packaging material. For this reason, even when a lot of roving is pulled out from the roving roll, it is possible to suppress the deformation of the packaging material. It is a packaging material that seals the overlapping part of two sides extending from both side ends of the bag, and at least two seal parts extend in the axial direction of the roving roll, so that it can be more effectively prevented from being deformed. The roving can be pulled out smoothly.
Further, in the aspect in which the packaging material has at least one seal portion at the bottom and at least two seal portions in the depth direction of the bag, the packaging material has at least two seal portions at the roving axis direction and at least one seal at the bottom. The seal portion extends. Therefore, it is possible to effectively suppress the shape loss of the packaging material.
The sealing method of each sealing portion in one film material may be different, but the same is preferable in order to reduce the variation in strength and increase the efficiency of productivity. In FIG. 2, they are bonded by ultrasonic sealing. That is, the end portions of the film material and the fall prevention material are melted by ultrasonic waves, thereby achieving adhesion.

The enveloping
The covering
By adopting the configuration as shown in FIGS. 3A to 3C, the packaging material has at least one adhesive portion extending in the axial direction of the roving roll. Since the packaging material at the bonded portion is strong, even if the roving is pulled out and the content of the packaging material is almost empty, it becomes difficult to lose its shape, and the roving can be easily pulled out to the end. Since the seal portion is provided on both sides of the side portion and the thickness is increased at this portion, the above-described effect is exhibited.
EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although this invention is demonstrated concretely based on an Example, this invention is not limited at all by these Examples.
A roving roll made of glass fibers having the following three types of dimensions was packaged and evaluated.
(1) Diameter: φ540mm, Height: 540mm
(2) Diameter: φ520mm, Height: 520mm
(3) Diameter: φ480mm, Height: 480mm
As a heat-shrinkable polyolefin film, a three-layer film (110 ° C.) in which a propylene-ethylene random copolymer / ultra low density polyethylene / propylene-ethylene random copolymer are laminated in this order with a thickness of 25 μm / 50 μm / 25 μm. The shrinkage ratio measured in a glycerin bath was 7% in the vertical direction and 48% in the horizontal direction.
Propylene-ethylene random copolymer (density: 0.89 g / cm 2 , MI: 0.5 g / 10 min)
・ Ultra-low density polyethylene (density: 0.902 g / cm 2 , MI: 1 g / 10 min)
As the collapsing prevention material, a strip-shaped material made of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) having a vinyl acetate content of 15% and having a thickness of 90 μm and a width of 150 mm was used. The length was the same as the longitudinal length of the bag.
The shape of the covering material was as shown in FIG. In addition, the seal | sticker was sealed in the stitch form using the ultrasonic sealing machine (form of Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2004-67118 FIG. 4). This sealing method is particularly preferable.
540mm×π÷2≒850mm
100×(900mm−850mm)/900mm≒8.6%
Table 1 shows the results of actual packaging of the roving roll.
In addition, although the enveloping material for roving roll packaging of the present invention has been described as having a sufficiently large opening for containing the roving roll, the meaning is that the width is sufficiently wider than the roving roll. It can be used. In the present invention, this characteristic can be rephrased as the margin defined below is 7% or more, preferably 7 to 30%, more preferably 8 to 15%.
The margin rate is obtained as follows.
(Example) When a roving with a diameter of 540 mm is shrink-wrapped in a bag with a width of 900 mm 540 mm × π ÷ 2≈850 mm
100 × (900mm-850mm) /900mm≒8.6%
Moreover, the bag breaking property evaluation evaluated the state of the seal | sticker part after packaging a roving roll with a bag-like covering material, and keeping it for 5 hours in a 110 degreeC room | chamber.
○: No tear at the seal part △: Slight tear at the seal part but no practical problem ×: There is a considerable tear at the seal part and there is a practical problem
Furthermore, the glass fiber was pulled out from the roving package, and the collapse preventing effect was evaluated depending on whether or not the roll collapsed when the remaining roving roll decreased.
Since the workability of storing the roving roll in the heat-shrinkable tube can be improved and the burden on the operator can be reduced, the roving roll can be applied to various types of objects.
