Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a terminal device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a so-called fast connection structure that can be connected without using screws for the purpose of facilitating the connection of wires to wiring devices such as switches and outlets, and ensuring connection reliability by making the connection uniform. A terminal device is provided.
[0003]
FIG. 14 shows a side sectional view of a wiring device using a conventional terminal device. The body of the wiring device is composed of a substantially box-shaped synthetic resin body 1 having an open front surface and a synthetic resin cover 2 attached to the front surface of the body 1. The inside of the body 1 is divided into a plurality of sections by partition walls, and terminal storage chambers 9 for storing the terminal device 6 'are provided on both sides. Each terminal storage chamber 9 stores a terminal plate 11 made of a conductive material. The terminal plate 11 has a U-shaped portion 13 formed in a substantially U-shape, and a pair of lock springs 15 ′ are accommodated in the U-shaped portion 13 to constitute a terminal device 6 ′. . In addition, an electric wire insertion hole 16 communicating with each terminal storage chamber 9 is provided on the bottom surface of the body 1.
[0004]
The locking pieces 15b 'and the pressing pieces 15c' of the lock spring 15 'are formed at both ends of the central piece 15a' by bending both ends of a strip of conductive material having elasticity. The U-shaped portion 13 of the terminal board 11 includes a center piece 13a, and a contact piece 13b and a contact piece 13c that protrude from both end edges of the center piece 13a in a direction substantially orthogonal to the center piece 13a, respectively. The The central piece 15a ′ of the lock spring 15 ′ is in contact with the contact piece 13b of the terminal plate 11, and the locking piece 15b ′ is in contact with the U-shaped portion 13 from the connecting portion with the central piece 15a ′ toward the leading edge. The pressing piece 15 c ′ is inclined in a substantially S shape so as to approach the piece 13 c, and the locking piece 15 b ′ and the pressing piece 15 c ′ provided on the lock spring 15 ′ are in contact with the U-shaped portion 13. Opposite the piece 13c.
[0005]
When connecting the electric wire to the terminal device 6 ', when the core wire 101 with the coating of the electric wire 100 removed is inserted from the electric wire insertion hole 16 as shown in FIG. 14, the lock spring 15' is brought about by the spring force of the lock spring 15 '. The core wire 101 is sandwiched between the locking piece 15b ′ and the pressing piece 15c ′ and the contact piece 13c of the terminal plate 11, and the leading edge of the locking piece 15b ′ bites into the core wire 101. It is designed to be secured in the insertion direction. Therefore, only by inserting the core wire 101 of the electric wire 100 into the electric wire insertion hole 16, the core wire 101 of the electric wire 100 is held and the electrical connection to the terminal plate 11 is made. Also, in each terminal storage chamber 9, a release button 17 'is stored facing the lock piece 15b' of the pair of lock springs 15 '. When removing the core wire 101 of the electric wire 100 connected to the terminal device 6 ′, a tool such as a flat-blade screwdriver is inserted through a tool insertion hole formed in the bottom surface of the body 1 and the release button 17 ′ is pressed. The protrusion 17 a ′ of the release button 17 ′ presses the locking piece 15 b ′ and bends the locking piece 15 b ′ away from the contact piece 13 c of the terminal plate 11, so that the locking piece 15 b ′ is separated from the core wire 101. The core wire 101 can be easily pulled out.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional terminal device 6 ′, the interval between the pressing piece 15c ′ of the lock spring 15 ′ and the central piece 15a ′ becomes wider as it goes to the distal end side than the connecting portion with the central piece 15a ′. It was composed. That is, as shown in FIG. 2A, the bending portion X in the direction facing the central piece 15a ′ of the pressing piece 15c ′, and the bending portion Y in the direction away from the central piece 15a ′ and the central piece 15a ′. Since the distances A and B are in a relationship of A <B, a large force is required to bend the pressing piece 15c ′, and the range of the applicable electric wire (from the relationship of the strength of the conductive material forming the lock spring 15 ′ ( The diameter range of the connectable core wire 101 was narrow. Further, since the force necessary to bend the pressing piece 15c ′ is large, even if a core wire made of a stranded wire is inserted, the pressing piece 15c ′ does not bend and the core wire is scattered, and the stranded wire may be connected. could not.
[0007]
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, The place made into the objective is providing the terminal device which can expand the range of an applicable electric wire and can also connect the strand wire.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a terminal plate and a lock spring for bringing the core wire of the electric wire inserted from the side of the terminal plate into contact with the terminal plate and preventing the core wire from coming off in the anti-insertion direction. The lock spring is formed by bending an elastic conductive plate material so as to approach the terminal plate from the connecting portion with the central piece toward the tip edge. Locking piece that tilts and the leading edge bites into the core wire to prevent it from coming out, extends from the connecting part with the central piece toward the terminal plate, and the tip portion presses the core wire toward the terminal plate to A terminal device in which a pressing piece for elastically holding the core wire is formed therebetween , and this pressing piece is bent so that the distance from the central piece is the narrowest at the tip side than the connecting portion with the central piece. The core wire contacts the tip of the lock piece and the lock piece is bent. As the tip portion to deflect the pressing piece abuts on the tip portion of the pressing piece when it becomes to place the tip portion of the pressing piece in contact with the core wire to the distal edge near the locking piece, the chain during operation It has a release button that bends the lock piece in the direction away from the core wire, and the part facing the lock piece of the pressing piece is curved in the direction away from the lock piece , and the lock spring as a whole compared to the conventional While suppressing the increase in size, the dimension from the connecting portion with the center piece of the pressing piece to the tip can be increased. For this reason, since the force required to bend the pressing piece is reduced, the range of the applied electric wire can be expanded and a twisted wire can be connected. In addition, when the core wire is inserted between the locking piece and the terminal plate, the distal end portion of the locking piece that is bent away from the terminal plate comes into contact with the distal end portion of the pressing piece to bend the pressing piece. As a result, the insertion feeling of the core wire at the time of connection becomes good, and the insertion failure of the core wire can be prevented. Further, when the lock piece is bent by the release button, the lock piece can be prevented from interfering with the pressing piece, and the release operation by the release button is facilitated.
[0009]
The invention of claim 2 is characterized in that, in the invention of claim 1 , a lock spring is formed so that a gap is left between the tip edge of the lock piece and the terminal plate without inserting the core wire. It becomes easy to insert a stranded wire by leaving a gap between the tip edge of the lock piece and the terminal plate .
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments in which the present invention is applied to a switch will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the wiring apparatus to which the present invention is applied is not limited to a switch, and can be applied to general wiring apparatuses such as an outlet.
[0011]
(Embodiment 1)
The switch in the present embodiment is a so-called tumbler switch, and as shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, a body 1 made of a substantially box-shaped synthetic resin having an open front surface, a front surface formed in a substantially rectangular shape, and a body 1 is provided with a cover 10 made of a synthetic resin cover 2 to be attached to the front surface of 1. A pair of locking projections 3 are provided on both side surfaces of the body 1 in the longitudinal direction, and locking holes are provided in the rear end edge of the cover 2 so as to be locked with the locking projections 3 in a freely detachable manner. Tongue pieces 5 each having holes 4 are protruded, and the body 1 and the cover 2 are assembled by engaging the engaging protrusion 3 and the engaging hole 4 in a concavo-convex manner.
[0012]
The inside of the body 1 is partitioned into a plurality of sections by partition walls, and terminal storage chambers 9 and 9 for storing the terminal device 6 of the present invention are provided on both sides, and a contact portion of a single-cut type (B contact type) described later. A contact storage chamber 7 for storing 8 is provided substantially at the center.
[0013]
Terminal plates 11 and 12 made of a conductive material are stored in the terminal storage chambers 9 and 9, respectively. Each of the terminal plates 11 and 12 has U-shaped portions 13 and 14 formed in a substantially U-shape, and a pair of lock springs 15 are accommodated in the U-shaped portions 13 and 14, respectively. 6 is configured. In addition, two wire insertion holes 16 communicating with each terminal storage chamber 9 are formed in the bottom surface of the body 1.
[0014]
The contact portion 8 includes terminal plates 11 and 12 and a movable contact plate 19. A substantially L-shaped terminal piece 20 provided with a fixed contact 21 at its end protrudes from a connection portion between the central piece 13a and the contact piece 13b of one terminal board 11, and the other terminal board. From the end portion of the twelve contact pieces 14b, a support piece 23 having a fulcrum recess 22 formed as a swing fulcrum of the movable contact plate 19 at the tip is provided. The movable contact plate 19 is formed of a strip made of a conductive material, and a movable contact 24 that comes in contact with the fixed contact 21 is provided on the surface facing the terminal plate 11. Inwardly projecting ribs 33 and 33 are provided at substantially the center of both side surfaces of the body 1, and the movable contact plate 19 is placed in a state in which the terminal plates 11 and 12 are housed in the contact housing chamber 7 of the body 1. When stored in the contact housing chamber 7, the lower end edge of the movable contact plate 19 is inserted into the fulcrum recess 22 of the terminal plate 12, and the movable contact plate 19 is disposed so as to be swingable around the fulcrum recess 22. At this time, the ribs 33 and 33 are disposed on both sides of the movable contact plate 19, and the movement of the movable contact plate 19 in the short width direction of the body 1 is restricted by the ribs 33 and 33. Further, the movable contact plate 19 is provided with a protrusion 37 projecting sideways, and the protrusion 37 is engaged with the rib 33, whereby the swing range of the movable contact plate 19 is restricted.
[0015]
On the other hand, a substantially rectangular opening 25 is formed on the front surface of the cover 2, and a bearing base 26 that protrudes forward is projected from an opening edge in the substantially longitudinal center of the opening 25, and each bearing base 26 faces each other. A groove 27 is formed on the surface to be processed. Further, on both side surfaces of the cover 2 in the short width direction, step portions 28 and 28 that are one step higher than the front surface of the cover 2 are formed, and each step portion 28 has a pair of locking claws protruding laterally. 29 is protrudingly provided. The container 10 is attached to the attachment frame or the plate frame by engaging the engagement claw 29 with the engagement portion of the attachment frame or the plate frame (not shown), and the switch is disposed on the construction surface such as the wall surface. Is.
[0016]
A synthetic resin reversing handle 30 for opening and closing the contact portion 8 has a substantially box shape with an open rear surface, and a front surface formed in a substantially rectangular shape. Protrusions 31 that enter the grooves 27 are respectively provided. Further, an opening 34 is formed on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the front surface of the reversing handle 30, and claws 35, 35 projecting sideways are projected on both sides of the opening 34. A claw 36 projecting sideways is provided at the center of the end side. Further, a bar-like protrusion (not shown) in which the coil spring 32 is accommodated is provided on the back side of the front surface of the cover 2.
[0017]
A synthetic resin operation handle 38 is detachably attached to the front side of the reversing handle 30. The operation handle 38 is a substantially box-shaped unit in which a rectangular main portion that covers the front surface of the reversing handle 30 and a side wall that projects backward from the periphery of the main portion to the back are integrally formed. Locking claw pieces 39 and 40 having elasticity protrude from the center in the longitudinal direction. Claws 39a and 40a projecting inwardly protrude from the tips of the locking claw pieces 39 and 40, and the claw 39a and 40a of the locking claw pieces 39 and 40 and the claw 35 and 36 of the reversing handle 30 are locked. As a result, the operation handle 38 is attached to the reversing handle 30 so that the center of the operation handle 38 in the short width direction and the center of the body 10 in the short width direction substantially coincide with each other.
[0018]
By the way, in the switch of the present embodiment, a lighting display unit 52 having a neon lamp 53 that is turned on when the one-sided contact portion 8 is turned off to display the installation position of the switch is incorporated in the reversing handle 30. A neon lamp 53 is exposed to an opening 34 formed in the front surface of 30. A long hole 54 that penetrates the operation handle 38 is formed in a portion corresponding to the opening 34 of the operation handle 38. The prism 55 made of a light guide member is inserted into the hole 54 and has an elongated convex portion 56 whose tip is projected from the front surface of the operation handle 38 and is rounded. It is caulked and fixed to the operation handle 38 in a state where the convex portion 56 is inserted. Thus, when the operation handle 38 is attached to the reversing handle 30, the incident surface 57 of the prism 55 is arranged to face the neon lamp 53. Further, since the tip of the convex portion 56 of the prism 55 protrudes from the front surface of the operation handle 38, it is possible to easily determine the position of the operation handle 38 that is pushed when the contact portion 8 is turned on by the convex portion 56. it can.
[0019]
On the other hand, the lighting display unit 52 is formed by electrically connecting one end of a neon lamp 53 and a resistor R to a terminal board (not shown) insert-molded on a circuit board 52a made of synthetic resin. A press-fitting hole 52b is formed substantially at the center. Then, the circuit board 52a is fixed to the rod-shaped protrusion and is accommodated in the reversing handle 30 by press-fitting a rod-shaped protrusion provided in the reversing handle 30 into which one end of the coil spring 32 is inserted and fixed into the press-fitting hole 52b. The At this time, the neon lamp 53 and the resistor R are stored in a space around the rod-shaped protrusion in the reversing handle 30.
[0020]
From one end side in the longitudinal direction of the circuit board 52a (side facing the terminal board 11), the circuit board 52a is formed integrally with a terminal board that is insert-molded on the circuit board 52a, and is in contact with and electrically connected to the upper surface portion of the terminal board 11. A terminal piece 52c is projected. A contact (not shown) is formed on the lower surface of the terminal piece 52c. Also, one terminal Ra of the resistor R is inserted into the rod-shaped protrusion through a longitudinal groove provided on the side surface of the rod-shaped protrusion, and the terminal Ra of the resistor R and the coil spring 32 are brought into contact with each other inside the rod-shaped protrusion.
[0021]
Thus, when the operation handle 38 is operated so that the movable contact 24 of the movable contact plate 19 is separated from the fixed contact 21 of the terminal plate 11 (that is, the contact portion 8 is turned off), the end of the circuit board 52a. The contact formed on the lower surface of the terminal piece 52c protruding from the contact portion is in contact with the upper surface portion of the terminal plate 11, and is supplied to the neon lamp 53 and the resistor R through the coil spring 32 in contact with the movable contact plate 19. Is supplied, the neon lamp 53 is turned on, the light emitted from the neon lamp 53 is incident on the incident surface 57 of the prism 55, is refracted in the prism 55 and emitted to the outside from the convex portion 56, and is switched when the contact portion 8 is turned off. The position of can be displayed.
[0022]
On the other hand, when the operation handle 38 is operated so that the movable contact 24 of the movable contact plate 19 contacts the fixed contact 21 of the terminal plate 11 (that is, the contact portion 8 is turned on), as shown in FIG. Since the terminal piece 52c of 52a separates from the upper surface part of the terminal board 11, the neon lamp 53 turns off.
[0023]
Next, the terminal device 6 including the U-shaped portions 13 and 14 of the terminal plates 11 and 12, the lock spring 15, and the release button 17 will be described. As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the locking piece 15b and the pressing piece 15c of the lock spring 15 are formed at both ends of the central piece 15a by bending both ends of a strip of conductive material having elasticity. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the U-shaped portions 13 and 14 of the terminal plates 11 and 12 are substantially orthogonal to the central pieces 13a and 14a from the center pieces 13a and 14a and both end edges of the central pieces 13a and 14a, respectively. It comprises contact pieces 13b and 14b and contact pieces 13c and 14c that protrude in the direction. The central piece 15a of the lock spring 15 is in contact with the contact pieces 13b and 14b of the terminal plates 11 and 12, and the locking piece 15b is U-shaped portions 13 and 14 from the connecting portion with the central piece 15a toward the tip edge. The contact pieces 13c and 14c are inclined to approach the contact pieces 13c and 14c. Further, the pressing piece 15 c is bent in a substantially S shape, and the locking piece 15 b and the pressing piece 15 c provided on the lock spring 15 face the contact pieces 13 c and 14 c of the U-shaped portions 13 and 14.
[0024]
Here, in the present embodiment, the pressing piece 15c of the lock spring 15 is bent so that the distance from the central piece 15a is the narrowest at the tip end side of the connecting portion with the central piece 15a. That is, as shown in FIG. 2B, the bending portion X in the direction facing the central piece 15a of the pressing piece 15c, and the distance A between the bending portion Y in the direction away from the central piece 15a and the central piece 15a, Since B is in a relationship of A> B, the dimension from the connecting portion of the pressing piece 15c to the center piece 15a to the tip end portion can be increased while suppressing an increase in the overall size of the lock spring 15 compared to the conventional case. The force required to bend the pressing piece 15c can be reduced, and the stress concentration on the pressing piece 15c can be dispersed. As a result, compared to the conventional example shown in FIG. 2 (a), the range of the applied electric wire can be expanded and a twisted wire can be connected. In addition, the dimension of the locking piece 15b becomes long with the dimension of the press piece 15c becoming long, and the locking piece 15b is also easy to bend compared with a prior art example.
[0025]
Thus, when the electric wire 100 is connected to the terminal device 6, as shown in FIG. 1, when the core wire 101 from which the coating of the electric wire 100 is peeled is inserted through the electric wire insertion hole 16, the lock force is applied by the spring force of the lock spring 15. The core wire 101 is sandwiched between the locking piece 15b and the pressing piece 15c of the spring 15 and the contact pieces 13c and 14c of the terminal plates 11 and 12, and the leading edge of the locking piece 15b bites into the core wire 101. 101 is retained in the anti-insertion direction. The wire insertion hole 16 is formed so as to be thinner toward the back, and the core wire 101 of the wire 100 inserted into the body 1 from the wire insertion hole 16 is securely between the terminal plates 11, 12 and the lock spring 15. To be inserted.
[0026]
In each terminal storage chamber 9, a release button 17 is stored so as to face the lock pieces 15 b of the pair of lock springs 15. When removing the core wire 101 of the electric wire 100 connected to the terminal device 6, by inserting a tool such as a minus driver from the tool insertion hole 18 formed in the bottom surface of the body 1 and pressing the release button 17, Since the protrusion 17a of the release button 17 presses the locking piece 15b and bends the locking piece 15b away from the contact pieces 13c, 14c of the terminal plates 11, 12, the locking piece 15b is separated from the core wire 101, The electric wire 100 can be easily pulled out. Since the release button 17 has protrusions 17a on both sides, by operating the release button 17, the locking pieces 15b of the pair of lock springs 15 are bent at the same time, and the pair of lock springs 15 and the core wire 101 At the same time, the core wire 101 can be removed at once.
[0027]
By the way, in the conventional example, as shown in FIG. 3A, the distance between the leading edge of the locking piece 15b ′ of the locking spring 15 ′ and the leading end of the pressing piece 15c ′ is large. First, there was resistance when getting over the leading edge of the locking piece 15b ′, and then there was resistance when bending the pressing piece 15c ′ by contacting the tip of the pressing piece 15c ′. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 4A, two peaks occur in the insertion force of the core wire 101, and the insertion feeling of the core wire 101 when the electric wire 100 is connected is not good. On the other hand, in this embodiment, since the front end portion of the pressing piece 15c that contacts the core wire 101 is disposed in the vicinity of the front end edge of the locking piece 15b, the contact piece 13c between the locking piece 15b and the terminal plates 11 and 12 is provided. , 14c, the distal end portion of the locking piece 15b which is bent away from the contact pieces 13c, 14c comes into contact with the distal end portion of the pressing piece 15c as shown in FIG. Thus, the pressing piece 15c is bent. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), only one peak occurs in the insertion force of the core wire 101, the insertion feeling of the core wire 101 becomes good when the electric wire 100 is connected, and the insertion failure of the core wire 101 can be prevented. .
[0028]
In addition, when the distal end portion of the pressing piece 15c that contacts the core wire 101 is disposed in the vicinity of the distal end edge of the locking piece 15b as described above, when the release button 18 is operated to bend the locking piece 15b, the locking piece If 15b and the pressing piece 15c interfere, it will become difficult to perform the release operation. Therefore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the portion Z of the pressing piece 15c facing the locking piece 15b is curved in a direction away from the locking piece 15b. There is an advantage that the locking piece 15b can be prevented from interfering with the pressing piece 15c when the 15b is bent, and the release operation by the release button 17 becomes easy.
[0029]
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the locking is performed so that a gap is left between the leading edge of the locking piece 15 b and the contact pieces 13 c and 14 c of the terminal plates 11 and 12 without inserting the core wire 101. A spring 15 is formed. That is, with respect to the distance L1 between the contact pieces 13c, 14c and the contact pieces 13c, 14c in the U-shaped portions 13, 14 of the terminal plates 11, 12, the tips of the center piece 15a and the lock piece 15b in the lock spring 15 The distance L2 from the edge is narrowed (L1> L2). Thus, there exists an advantage that the core wire which consists of a strand wire becomes easy by inserting a clearance gap between the front-end edge of the locking piece 15b, and the contact pieces 13c and 14c of the terminal plates 11 and 12. FIG.
[0030]
By the way, depending on the diameter of the core wire 101, when the core wire 101 is inserted between the locking piece 15b and the contact pieces 13c, 14c of the terminal plates 11, 12, the lock spring 15 rotates to stabilize the holding of the core wire 101. There is a possibility of not being able to. Therefore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of rounded Rs that protrude in the direction of contact with the core wire 101 are attached to the tip of the pressing piece 15 c that contacts the core wire 101. For this reason, since the contact position of the core wire 101 and the pressing piece 15c changes according to the diameter of the core wire 101, rotation of the lock spring 15 can be prevented and the holding of the core wire 101 can be stabilized.
[0031]
