本発明は、ブイのパラシュートハウジング構造およびパラシュートハウジングの分離方法に関し、特に海中探査ブイのパラシュートハウジング構造およびパラシュートハウジングの分離方法に関する。

図11は、特許文献1に開示された従来の海中探査ブイのパラシュートハウジング構造の要部を示す分解斜視図であり、図12(a)および(b)は、それぞれ図11中に示すプレート53の平面図およびプレート53の十字形の4枚羽根61の先端部分の側面図である。

図11において、組み合わされた2分割外装円筒52内の下部に水中部56が配置され、上部に浮上部55が配置され、組み合わされた2分割外装円筒52の上端縁がパラシュートハウジング51の下端縁に嵌合されている。パラシュートハウジング51内に設けられるプレート53は、金属製で十字形に配置した4枚羽根61の先端を直角に曲げ、外装円筒52の厚さ分の段差を設けた部分60をパラシュートハウジング51の内面に溶接し、4枚羽根61の先端に設けた爪57が2分割外装円筒52の上端縁およびパラシュートハウジング51の下端縁の嵌合部分に重ねて設けられた穴58に挿し込まれ、2分割外装円筒52およびパラシュートハウジング51を結合し、一体化している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の海中探査ブイのパラシュートハウジング構造において、プレ−ト53の材質が金属で、爪57が90°間隔で設けた4枚羽根61の先端に4カ所あり、組み立て時に4枚羽根61を一度曲げて外装円筒52の穴58に爪57を引っかけてから4枚羽根61を元にもどすが、曲げたときに塑性変形を生じるため曲げ後が残り、フロ−ト54で押されてもプレ−ト53が均等に曲がるようにするのが困難であった。

また、プレート53は、4枚羽根61の先端を爪57を残して段差を設けて曲げ、さらに曲げやすくするために4枚羽根61相互の間に切り欠き59を設けるという複雑な形状となっているためにも均等に曲がりにくくなっていた。

従来の海中探査ブイのパラシュートハウジング構造では、プレート53が均等に曲がらないために、フロート54の展張時にパラシュートハウジング51が外装円筒52から外れなくなることがあるという欠点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1に係る発明のブイのパラシュートハウジング構造は、水中部(図1の13)の上部に設けられたフロート(図1の9)と、前記水中部の上側に設けられパラシュート(図1の1)を収納し筒状の下端縁が前記水中部の外装(図1の6)の筒状の上端縁に嵌合するパラシュートハウジング(図1の2)と、前記フロートの上面に配置されたプレート(図1の7)と、前記プレートの周辺から斜め下向きに折り曲げられた傾斜部(図2の16)を有しこの傾斜部の先にほぼ水平にさらに折り曲げられて設けられた先端部(図2の17)が前記水中部の外装上端縁およびパラシュートハウジング下端縁に重ねて設けられた穴(図1の15)に挿通して前記水中部に前記パラシュートハウジングを固定する複数の爪(図1の14)と、前記パラシュートハウジングの内面に設けられ前記傾斜部の外面に当接するブロック(図1の5)とを含み、前記フロートが展張する時に前記フロートにより前記プレートが押し上げられ前記爪の傾斜部が前記ブロックにより押されて内側へ撓ませられ前記先端部が前記水中部の上端縁の穴から外れ、前記パラシュートハウジングが前記水中部から分離されることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照して詳細に説明する。

図1(a)および(b)は、それぞれ本発明の実施の形態の海中探査ブイのパラシュートハウジング構造を示す平面図および縦断面図であり、図2は図1中に示すプレート7の斜視図である。

海中探査ブイ20は、上部に航空機から投下した直後に作動して開傘するパラシュ−ト1を畳み込んで収納する円筒状のパラシュ−トハウジング2を有する。パラシュートハウジング2の内面にホルダー3が固定され、パラシュ−ト1をパラシュ−トハウジング2に固定するライザ−4がホルダ−3に固定されている。

海中探査ブイ20を海面に浮遊させるためのフロ−ト9およびフロ−ト9を展張するための炭酸ガスを圧縮して充填したインフレ−タ10を収納して水密容器とした浮上部11が外装円筒6内の上部に配置され、水中に沈降させる水中部13が外装円筒6の下部に固定されている。外装円筒6内の浮上部11と水中部13の間には、これらを接続するケ−ブル12が巻かれた状態で収納されている。

パラシュートハウジング2の下端が外装円筒6の上端内に嵌合され、これら嵌合部の断面を横切るようにほぼ長方形のプレート7が配置されている。プレート7の両端は、2つの爪14をなすように2分割されている。爪14は、プレート7の本体部分からまず斜め下向きに曲げられた傾斜部16と、さらに傾斜部16の先を水平に曲げた先端部17とを有している。

爪14の先端部17は、パラシュートハウジング2の下端縁および外装円筒6の上端縁に重ねて設けられた穴15に挿し込まれ、パラシュートハウジング2と外装円筒6とを外れないように結合している。

パラシュートハウジング2の内面の穴15の上側には、ブロック5が設けられ、爪14の傾斜部16のプレート7の上面から少し下がった部分にブロック5の下辺が当接するような位置関係となるように配置されている。このため、プレート7がパラシュートハウジング2内で寸法的な遊びが無く位置決めされ、プレート7が、がたつくようなことがない。

フロート9の上面とプレート7の下面の間には、円板状のキャップ8が配置され、フロート9の展張時の押し上げ力を均一にしてプレート7に付加するようにしている。

パラシュートハウジング2の外装円筒6からの分離は次のように行われる。海中探査ブイ20が海面に着水後インフレ−タ10が作動し、フロ−ト9を展張させる。その時のフロート9の押上力によりプレ−ト7を押し上げ、その結果プレート7の爪14が外装円筒6の穴15から外れることにより、パラシュ−トハウジング2と外装円筒6を分離させる。

展張するフロート9によりプレート7が押し上げられると、爪14も上に移動させられるが、この時にブロック5で傾斜部16が内側へ押されることとなり、先端部17においては、この内側への押し込まれる移動量が梃子の原理により拡大され、容易に外装円筒6の穴15から外すことができ、パラシュートハウジング2と外装円筒6とを分離する。しかも、この時に先端部17がパラシュートハウジング2のブロック5に引っかかった状態で、パラシュートハウジング2が外装円筒6から離脱し、パラシュート1、プレート7およびパラシュートハウジング2が一体で外装円筒6から分離される。

なお、プレート7を塩化ビニール等のプラスチックとすることにより、爪14が撓みやすくなり、海中探査ブイ20を組み立てて製作するときに、プレート7の爪14を一旦撓ませてから撓みの無い状態に復帰させて先端部17をパラシュートハウジング2および外装円筒の穴15に挿し込む作業が容易になり、また塑性変形も起こさないので曲げあとが残ることもない。従って、フロート9の展張時にも各爪14が容易に撓んでバランスよく外装円筒6の穴15から外れ、パラシュートハウジング2と外装円筒6とを確実に分離できる。

また、プレート7の両端それぞれを2分割して、両端それぞれに爪14を設け、爪14については撓みやすくしてあるため、組み立て性がよりよくなっている。

図4に示すように、海中探査ブイ20が航空機から投下されるとパラシュ−ト1が開傘し、姿勢を安定させて落下していく。図5に示すように、海面18に着水すると浮上部11の中のインフレ−タ10が作動する。そして瞬時に浮上部11の中に炭酸ガスが充満して、図6に示すようにフロ−ト9を展張するために押上力が発生する。

この押上力はキャップ8により均一にプレート7を押上げ、ブロック5によりプレ−ト7の爪14の傾斜部16を押さえるため、プレ−ト7の爪14が内側に向けて曲がり、爪14の先端部17が外装円筒6の穴15から外れる。プレ−トの爪14の先端部17は、ブロック5に引っかかっているため、プレ−ト7はパラシュ−トハウジング2から外れる事はなくフロ−ト9の押上力により、プレ−ト7、パラシュ−ト1、パラシュ−トハウジング2が一体で外装円筒6から外れる。

同時に、浮上部11も外装円筒6から分離し、浮上部11はフロ−ト9の浮力で海面18に浮遊し、外装円筒6と一体の水中部13は自重で沈降して所定深度に達するとケ−ブル12を介して浮上部11に保持される。

【発明の効果】
本発明のブイのパラシュートハウジング構造およびパラシュートハウジングの分離方法は、プレ−トの爪に斜め下向きの傾斜部を設け、この傾斜部にブロックを当接させることで、フロートの展張時にブロックで傾斜部を押して撓ませ、プレートの爪の先端部を梃子の原理により容易に水中部の外装または外装円筒の穴から外せることができ、たわんだプレートの爪の先端部がブロックに引っかかることにより、プレート、パラシュ−トおよびパラシュ−トハウジングを一体にした状態で、水中部の外装または外装円筒から確実に分離できる。また、プレ−トの材質をプラスチックにして組み立て時に曲げても曲げ後が残ら無いようにすることが出来ることからも、安価で信頼性の高いパラシュートハウジングの分離構造を有したブイを提供することができる。
