Description

【0001】

When the ignition ball 18 ignites, the gunpowder 19 explodes, and the explosive force pushes out the cutter 20 and cuts the retaining string 22 to release the sounding bullet 2 and sounding bullet 3. ing.
[0019]
The operation of the first embodiment having such a configuration will be described below. First, the operation of the entire pronunciation bullet buoy system will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 1, the sounding bullet buoy in the non-actuated state receives the control signal for releasing the float 1 and the sounding bullets 2 and 3 in the exterior cylinder 14. A control unit 5 that controls the separation, a floating part 6 in which the receiving circuit part 4 and the control part 5 are vertically stored in one row, and two sounding bullets 2 and sounding bullets that are stored next to the floating part 6 3, a bracket 7 for fixing the pronunciation bullet 2 and the pronunciation bullet 3 in the horizontal direction, an upper sponge rubber 8 with a plate and a middle sponge rubber 9 with a plate for fixing the pronunciation bullet 2 and the pronunciation bullet 3 in the vertical direction. And a lower sponge rubber 10 with a plate, a safety wire 11 for preventing malfunction of the upper pronunciation bullet 2, a safety wire 12 for preventing malfunction of the lower pronunciation bullet 3, and a malfunction prevention Squeeze weight 13 for removing safety wire and upper and lower sponge rubber with plate A pressure receiving plate 15 for fixing to the cylinder 14, two pairs of cutting cutter -16 for causing anchor using gunpowder 19 cutting the cord 22 detached Pronunciation bullet 2 and the sound bullets 3 is housed.
[0021]
Two sounding bullets are stored, and a retaining string 22 is attached to the sounding bullets 2 and 3, and each is connected to a cutting cutter 16.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 3, in the operating state, when the sounding buoy is dropped from the aircraft onto the sea surface, the float 1 expands and floats on the sea surface. In addition, the pressure receiving plate 15 is removed by the impact of water landing, and the weight 13 also falls, but the weight 13 has a safety wire 11 for preventing the malfunction of the sounding bullet 2 and a safety wire for preventing the malfunction of the sounding bullet 3. Since 12 is attached, the safety wires 11 and 12 for preventing malfunction are removed from the sound generating bullets 2 and 3. Then, when the pressure receiving plate 15 is detached, the upper sponge rubber 8 with the plate, the middle sponge rubber 9 with the plate, and the lower sponge rubber 10 with the plate, to which the pronunciation bullets 2 and 3 are fixed, are crushed. Therefore, the lower sponge rubber 10 with a plate falls, and the sounding bullet 2 and the sounding bullet 3 become free (FIG. 3A).
[0023]
However, since the retaining bullet 22 is attached to each of the pronunciation bullet 2 and the pronunciation bullet 3, the pronunciation bullet 2 and the pronunciation bullet 3 are suspended by the retention cord 22. This state is a standby state in which a control signal from an aircraft or the like is awaited. (FIG. 3B).
[0024]
Here, when the sounding bullet buoy receives the release signal of the lower sounding bullet 3 from the aircraft or the like, the receiving circuit unit 4 and the control unit 5 are activated, and the lower cutting cutter 16 is activated. Then, the retaining string 22 is cut by the cutter 20, the sound generating bullet 3 is detached, begins to settle in water, and explodes when reaching a predetermined depth. At this time, the middle sponge rubber 9 with a plate also falls. (FIG. 3C).
[0025]
Next, when the sounding bullet buoy receives the release signal of the upper sounding bullet 2 from an aircraft or the like, the receiving circuit unit 4 and the control unit 5 are activated, and the upper cutting cutter 16 is activated. The pronunciation bullet 2 begins to sink into the water and explodes when it reaches a predetermined depth (FIG. 3 (d)).
[0026]
Next, second and third embodiments of the present invention will be described. In the second and third embodiments, only the configuration of the holding mechanism portion is different from that in the first embodiment described above.
[0027]
4A and 4B are a top view and a front view showing the holding mechanism of the second embodiment, and FIGS. 4C and 4D are top views showing the holding mechanism of the third embodiment. FIG.
[0028]
The entire basic configuration of the fixed detachment structure of the pronunciation bullet buoy is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, so that the description thereof will be omitted and only the different holding mechanism will be described. In the second and third embodiments, the flexible member (sponge rubber) used in the first embodiment is not used.
[0029]
In the holding mechanism of the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the bracket 31 is used to hold the sounding bullet 2 and the sounding bullet 3 so as to be in contact with the floating portion 6. The bracket 31 is divided in the vertical direction so as to correspond to each of the pronunciation bullet 2 and the pronunciation bullet 3 to form a hinge structure, rotate around the hinge 33, and pulled in the direction of arrow A by the retaining string 22, By pressing the bullet 2 and the pronunciation bullet 3 against the floating portion 6, the pronunciation bullet 2 and the pronunciation bullet 3 are held while being fixed vertically and horizontally. At the time of detachment, when the retaining string 22 is cut by the cutting cutter 16, the bracket 31 is opened in the arrow B direction by an elastic restoring force such as a spring (not shown), and the sounding bullet 2 and the sounding bullet 3 are released from being fixed. .
[0030]
In the holding mechanism of the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 4C and 4D, the bracket 32 is used to hold the sounding bullet 2 and the sounding bullet 3 so as to be in contact with the floating portion 6. The bracket 32 is divided in the vertical direction so as to correspond to each of the pronunciation bullet 2 and the pronunciation bullet 3 and has a slide structure. The bracket 32 is pulled in the direction of the arrow C by the retaining string 22, so The sounding bullet 2 and the sounding bullet 3 are held while being fixed vertically and horizontally. At the time of detachment, when the retaining string 22 is cut by the cutting cutter 16, the bracket 32 is slid and opened in the direction of arrow D by an elastic restoring force such as a spring (not shown), and the sounding bullets 2 and 3 are released from being fixed. And leave.
[0031]
In the first to third embodiments described above, the case where the number of sounding bullets to be stored and held is two is illustrated. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and three or more sounding bullets are stored and held. Of course, the present invention can also be applied to cases.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
The first effect is that a plurality of pronunciation bullets can be stored and held easily and safely. The reason is that the floating part and the underwater part are substantially integrated, and the sounding bullet is fixed up and down and left and right using a member whose inner surface is flexibly changed, and the receiving circuit part and the control part are 1 in the vertical direction. This is because a plurality of pronunciation bullets are stored and held by using the empty space in the floating part that is stored and arranged in a row.
[0033]
The second effect is that the overall configuration can be reduced in size.
The reason for this is that the above-described vertical space is used to store and hold the sounding bullets and to use a simple cutting and detaching mechanism that cuts the retaining string using explosives that can be operated with low power.
[0034]
The third effect is that the cost can be reduced.
The reason for this is that there is no redesign cost because it can be used as it is without changing the shape of the existing sounding bullets, and the structure for storing and fixing and detaching can be manufactured simply and inexpensively.
