Description
駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され、電力と動力の入出力を伴って前記出力軸と前記駆動軸とに動力を入出力する電力動力入出力手段と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記蓄電手段を充放電すべき要求充放電電力を設定する要求充放電電力設定手段と、
前記蓄電手段を充放電する際の許容電力としての入出力制限を設定する入出力制限設定手段と、
前記内燃機関に吸入される空気の密度に関連する空気密度関連物理量を検出する空気密度関連物理量検出手段と、
前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記設定された要求駆動力と前記設定された要求充放電電力と前記検出された空気密度関連物理量とに基づいて前記内燃機関の目標運転ポイントを設定する目標運転ポイント設定手段と、
前記設定された入出力制限の範囲内で前記設定された目標運転ポイントで前記内燃機関が運転されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の出力軸と駆動軸とに接続されて電力と動力の入出力を伴って前記出力軸と前記駆動軸とに動力を入出力する電力動力入出力手段と、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、を備える動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力と前記蓄電手段を充放電すべき要求充放電電力と前記内燃機関に吸入される空気の密度に関連する空気密度関連物理量とに基づいて前記内燃機関の目標運転ポイントを設定し、前記蓄電手段を充放電する際の許容電力としての入出力制限の範囲内で前記設定した目標運転ポイントで前記内燃機関が運転されると共に前記要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御する、
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (10)
- 駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され、電力と動力の入出力を伴って前記出力軸と前記駆動軸とに動力を入出力する電力動力入出力手段と、
前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記蓄電手段を充放電すべき要求充放電電力を設定する要求充放電電力設定手段と、
前記蓄電手段を充放電する際の許容電力としての入出力制限を設定する入出力制限設定手段と、
前記内燃機関に吸入される空気の密度を反映する空気密度反映物理量を検出する空気密度反映物理量検出手段と、
前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
前記設定された要求駆動力と前記設定された要求充放電電力とに基づいて前記内燃機関から出力すべき仮目標パワーを設定し、前記検出された空気密度反映物理量が標準量を含む所定量範囲内のときには前記仮目標パワーを該検出された空気密度反映物理量により反映される前記内燃機関に吸入される空気の密度が大きいほど小さくなる傾向に補正したパワーを目標パワーとして設定すると共に前記検出された空気密度反映物理量が前記所定量範囲外のときには該空気密度反映物理量が該所定量範囲の境界量であるとして目標パワーを設定し、前記設定した目標パワーと前記内燃機関を効率よく運転する制約とに基づいて前記内燃機関を運転すべき目標回転数と目標トルクとからなる目標運転ポイントを設定する目標運転ポイント設定手段と、
前記設定された入出力制限の範囲内で前記設定された目標運転ポイントで前記内燃機関が運転されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備える動力出力装置。 - 前記空気密度反映物理量検出手段は、前記内燃機関に吸入される空気の温度を検出する
温度検出手段を含む手段である請求項1記載の動力出力装置。 - 前記空気密度反映物理量検出手段は、大気圧を検出する大気圧検出手段を含む手段である請求項1または2記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記設定された目標運転ポイントにおける回転数で前記内燃機関が運転されるよう前記電力動力入出力手段の目標駆動状態を設定すると共に該設定した目標駆動状態で前記電力動力入出力手段が駆動するよう該電力動力入出力手段を制御する手段である請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項4記載の動力出力装置であって、
前記内燃機関の回転数を検出する回転数検出手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記設定された目標運転ポイントにおける回転数と前記検出された回転数との差が打ち消されるよう前記電力動力入出力手段をフィードバック制御する手段である
動力出力装置。 - 請求項1ないし5いずれか記載の動力出力装置であって、
前記蓄電手段を充放電する充放電電力を検出する充放電電力検出手段を備え、
前記要求充放電電力設定手段は、所定の条件が成立したときに前記検出された充放電電力に基づく補正を伴って要求充放電電力を設定する手段である
動力出力装置。 - 前記所定の条件は、前記駆動軸が略定常駆動状態となる条件である請求項6記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸と回転軸との3軸に接続され、該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記回転軸に動力を入出力可能な発電機と、を備える手段である請求項1ないし7いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1ないし8いずれか記載の動力出力装置を搭載し、車軸が前記駆動軸に連結されてなる車両。
- 内燃機関と、前記内燃機関の出力軸と駆動軸とに接続されて電力と動力の入出力を伴って前記出力軸と前記駆動軸とに動力を入出力する電力動力入出力手段と、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、前記電力動力入出力手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、を備える動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
前記駆動軸に要求される要求駆動力と前記蓄電手段を充放電すべき要求充放電電力とに基づいて前記内燃機関から出力すべき仮目標パワーを設定し、前記内燃機関に吸入される空気の密度を反映する空気密度反映物理量が標準量を含む所定量範囲内のときには前記仮目標パワーを該空気密度反映物理量により反映される前記内燃機関に吸入される空気の密度が大きいほど小さくなる傾向に補正したパワーを目標パワーとして設定すると共に前記空気密度反映物理量が前記所定量範囲外のときには該空気密度反映物理量が該所定量範囲の境界量であるとして目標パワーを設定し、前記設定した目標パワーと前記内燃機関を効率よく運転する制約とに基づいて前記内燃機関を運転すべき目標回転数と目標トルクとからなる目標運転ポイントを設定し、前記蓄電手段を充放電する際の許容電力としての入出力制限の範囲内で前記設定した目標運転ポイントで前記内燃機関が運転されると共に前記要求駆動力に基づく駆動力が前記駆動軸に出力されるよう前記内燃機関と前記電力動力入出力手段と前記電動機とを制御する、
ことを特徴とする動力出力装置の制御方法。
