Description
Claims (14)
- ATPを有効成分とする体性幹細胞と体細胞との細胞融合促進剤。
- 体性幹細胞が、骨髄細胞である請求項1に記載の細胞融合促進剤。
- 細胞融合における体細胞が、心筋細胞である請求項1又は2に記載の細胞融合促進剤。
- 生体組織又は臓器の損傷又は変成による機能不全又は機能低下を体性幹細胞を用いて機能の再生又は改善をするための請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の細胞融合促進剤。
- 体性幹細胞を用いた機能の再生又は改善が、体性幹細胞の移植によるものである請求項4に記載の細胞融合促進剤。
- 体性幹細胞が、自己細胞である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の細胞融合促進剤。
- 生体の臓器が、心臓である請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の細胞融合促進剤。
- 生体組織又は臓器の損傷又は変成による機能不全又は低下が、心不全である請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載の細胞融合促進剤。
- 心不全が、心筋梗塞によるものである請求項8に記載の細胞融合促進剤。
- 細胞融合促進剤が、血管注入用の液剤である請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の細胞融合促進剤。
- 細胞融合促進剤が、凍結乾燥製剤である請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の細胞融合促進剤。
- 生体外において、ATPの存在下で体性幹細胞と体細胞とを融合させて融合した細胞を製造する方法。
- 体性幹細胞が、骨髄細胞である請求項12に記載の方法。
- 細胞融合における体細胞が、心筋細胞である請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
