Claims (3)
- 磁気センサーの励磁コイルへ励磁電流を通電することにより該磁気センサーの磁気検出材料に交番磁界を与える励磁回路を有し、前記磁気センサーの検出コイルで検出した計測磁界を反映した磁束の非対称成分により誘起した高調波に基づいて磁界を計測するフラックスゲート磁力計の計測装置において、
前記励磁回路は、前記磁気検出材料の磁気飽和領域における前記励磁電流を緩やかに増加変動させる電流変動抑制回路を有することを特徴とするフラックスゲート磁力計の計測装置。 - 磁気センサーの励磁コイルへ励磁電流を通電することにより該磁気センサーの磁気検出材料に交番磁界を与える励磁回路を有し、前記磁気センサーの検出コイルで検出した計測磁界を反映した磁束の非対称成分により誘起した高調波に基づいて磁界を計測するフラックスゲート磁力計の計測装置において、
前記励磁回路は、前記励磁電流を所定の電流値内に維持して出力すると共に、前記磁気検出材料の磁気飽和領域で増加変動する前記励磁電流が該所定の電流値に達するまでの時間を遅延させる電流変動抑制回路を有することを特徴とするフラックスゲート磁力計の計測装置。 - 前記電流変動抑制回路は、インダクタであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のフラックスゲート磁力計の計測装置。
