BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a permanent magnet motor for servo and direct drive that requires high acceleration / deceleration rotational motion in the FA field such as machine tools and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The permanent magnet type motor for servo and direct drive is desired to generate a large rated torque and maximum torque with respect to the motor size. For example, there are a slotted permanent magnet motor using an open slot structure disclosed in

Japanese Patent No. 2898451 [0004]
The slotted permanent magnet motor according to the prior art can generate a large rated torque with a small current by using a pre-wound high space factor coil. The slotless permanent magnet motor according to the prior art eliminates the slot and arranges a high space factor coil wound in advance in the widened magnetic gap, thereby generating a large maximum torque without magnetic saturation.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the prior art has the following problems.
In the slotted permanent magnet motor according to the prior art, when the current is increased, the torque is saturated due to magnetic saturation in the teeth and the stator yoke, and a large maximum torque proportional to the current cannot be obtained.
In addition, the slotless permanent magnet motor according to the prior art has a large maximum torque because there is no magnetic saturation which is a problem due to the slot, but the torque / current ratio is small, and an encoder for detecting the rotational position of the motor, etc. A large rated torque could not be obtained due to restrictions on the amount of copper loss determined from the upper temperature limit.
Accordingly, the present invention solves the above-described drawbacks, and an object thereof is to provide a permanent magnet motor that can improve both the rated torque and the maximum torque and can effectively reduce the cogging torque. And
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problem, the permanent magnet type motor according to
When 0 <β ≦ 0.5, when the outer radius of the coil is ro, the inner radius of the coil is ri, and the tip radius of the teeth is rt,
(Τ × ri × π / 180) / (ro−ri) ≧ 4, ri ≦ rt <ro
It is characterized by having a structure as described above.
This structure not only increases the number of interlinkage magnetic fluxes, but also distributes the magnetic flux created by the windings without concentrating them on the teeth, reducing the effect of magnetic saturation. And the maximum torque can be improved.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the permanent magnet motor according to the first aspect, the number of coils per phase per pole is set to 1/4, 1/5, 3/10, 2/7. To do.
With such a structure, the number of flux linkages can be increased, and the rated torque and the maximum torque can be improved as compared with the motor of the prior art as in the motor according to
Further, the invention described in
With such a structure, a steep permeance change at the tip of the tooth can be alleviated and the cogging torque can be reduced.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

From the figure, it can be seen that the torque / current ratio is larger than rt = ro and no torque saturation occurs in the range of ri ≦ rt <ro, which is the structure of the present invention. These characteristics are obtained because the angular width β of the tooth 14a is narrow and the flatness (τ × ri × π / 180) / (ro-ri) of the
As described above, with the structure shown in the first embodiment, the rated torque and the maximum torque can be improved as compared with the permanent magnet motor in the prior art.
[0010]
<Second Embodiment>
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described.
5 to 7 are sectional views of a permanent magnet type motor according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The fundamental difference between the permanent magnet type motor according to the second embodiment and the permanent magnet type motor according to the first embodiment is that the number of coils q for each pole and each phase is different.
The permanent magnet motor according to the first embodiment is configured with three phases and q = 1/4 (6 coils, 8 magnetic poles, P = 45 degrees), whereas the second embodiment. The permanent magnet motors according to the same are all three-phase, and as shown in FIG. 5, q = 1/5 (6 coils, 10 magnetic poles, P = 36 degrees) (first embodiment) As shown in FIG. 6, q = 3/10 (9 coils, 10 magnetic poles, P = 36 degrees) (second embodiment), or q = 2/7 as shown in FIG. (The number of coils is 12, the number of magnetic poles is 14, P = 25.7 degrees) (third embodiment).
Such a permanent magnet motor set to the number q of coils for each pole and phase can efficiently link the permanent magnet magnetic flux passing through the
[0011]
<Third Embodiment>
Next, a third embodiment will be described.
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a permanent magnet motor according to the third embodiment of the present invention.
The permanent magnet motor according to the third embodiment is basically different from the motor according to the first embodiment in that the tip of the tooth 14b is formed in an arcuate shape protruding toward the inner peripheral side. is there.
With such a configuration, a steep permeance change in the tooth portion 14a of the motor according to the first embodiment can be mitigated by the bow shape of the tooth 14b. Therefore, the cogging torque can be reduced as compared with the motor according to the first embodiment.
In the above embodiment, the number of magnetic poles is shown as 8, 10, 14 poles, but the number of coils per phase per pole satisfies q = 1/4, 1/5, 3/10, 2/7. It goes without saying that the effect of the present invention can be achieved if the number of magnetic poles, that is, a multiple of the number of
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
With the above configuration, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) According to the permanent magnet type motor of the first aspect, not only the number of interlinkage magnetic fluxes is increased but also the winding is made by reducing the angular width of the teeth and increasing the flatness of the coil. Magnetic flux can be dispersed to reduce the effect of magnetic saturation.
As a result, both the rated torque and the maximum torque can be improved as compared with the permanent magnet type motor in the prior art.
(2) According to the permanent magnet type motor of the second aspect, the permanent magnet magnetic flux is configured with the number of coils of each phase per pole, 1/4, 1/5, 3/10, 2/7, which efficiently links the permanent magnet magnetic flux. Thus, the same effect as the above (1) can be obtained.
(3) According to the permanent magnet type motor of the third aspect, by forming the tip of the teeth in a bow shape, the steep permeance change is alleviated, and the cogging torque is reduced in the motor structure of the first or second aspect. can do.
