この発明は、立体駐車場などの各種格納場に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の立体駐車場においては、入出庫階以外の各階で複数の格納室が設けられ、この各格納室に設置された昇降リフトにおいて格納台は、この各格納室と、入出庫階で各格納台の移動に伴い開放された入出庫通路との間で昇降する。自動車は、この入出庫通路まで移動した昇降リフトの格納台に対し入出庫通路を通って搬入され、この格納台から入出庫通路を通って搬出される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
この種の方式の立体駐車場においては、前述したように、入出庫階で各格納台を移動させて入出庫通路を昇降リフトの格納台に合わせて設けなければならない。入出庫する昇降リフトの格納台の位置が入出庫階の出入口から離れている場合、この出入口から格納台まで延びる入出庫通路は、長くなり、しかも狭いので、この入出庫通路で自動車を運転することに対して必要以上の注意力を働かせねばならない。

本発明は、特に、入庫室に搬入された自動車を載置台に載置した状態のまま格納し、自動車を載置台に載置した状態のまま格納室から出庫室に運んで自動車のみを搬出する方式の立体駐車場を採用するばかりでなく、このような方式の立体駐車場にあって、入出庫手段を改良し、自動車の入出庫を行い易くするとともに、入出庫時間を短縮することを目的にしている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明にかかる立体格納場は、下記のように構成されている。
立体格納場は、搬入された格納物を載置する載置台が待機し得る入庫台を有する入庫室と、載置台に載置された格納物が格納される格納室と、載置台に載置された格納物が搬出される出庫室と、この入庫室及び出庫室とこの格納室とを連通する昇降路と、この昇降路を通って入庫室及び出庫室と格納室との間で格納物を載置台とともに搬送する昇降台を有する昇降リフトとを備えている。前記入庫室は、上下動可能な入庫台を有する乗込室と、この乗込室に対し昇降方向で隣接する上側移載室と、この乗込室に対し昇降方向で隣接する下側移載室とを備えている。前記乗込室にある入庫台の上側と下側にはそれぞれ入庫移換機構を設けている。この入庫台は、上側入庫移換機構が上側移載室に移動するとともに下側入庫移換機構が乗込室に移動する上動位置と、上側入庫移換機構が乗込室に移動するとともに下側入庫移換機構が下側移載室に移動する下動位置とを取り得る。

前記上側入庫移換機構及び下側入庫移換機構は、それぞれ、循環案内機構を有している。この上側循環案内機構及び下側循環案内機構には、それぞれ、前記格納物載置台を支持し得る複数のガイドを、上段位置と下段位置とを取り得るように移動可能に設けている。前記昇降台側には、前記格納物載置台を支持し得るガイドを、上動位置にある入庫台の上側循環案内機構で上段位置にあるガイドに対応する位置と、この上側循環案内機構で下段位置にあるガイドに対応する位置とを取り得るように設けている。上動位置にある入庫台の上側循環案内機構で下段位置にあるガイドと昇降台側のガイドとの間、並びに、上動位置にある入庫台の上側循環案内機構で上段位置にあるガイドと昇降台側のガイドとの間で、それぞれ、前記格納物載置台を移送し得る。

下動位置にある前記入庫台の下側循環案内機構に対応して設けられ格納室には、前記格納物載置台を支持し得る格納台を有している。この格納台側には、前記格納物載置台を支持し得るガイドを設けている。この格納台のガイドは、下動位置にある入庫台の下側循環案内機構で上段位置にあるガイドと下段位置にあるガイドとに対応可能である。下動位置にある入庫台の下側循環案内機構で下段位置にあるガイドと格納台側のガイドとの間、並びに、下動位置にある入庫台の下側循環案内機構で上段位置にあるガイドと格納台側のガイドとの間で、それぞれ、前記格納物載置台を移送し得る。

【発明の実施形態】
以下、本発明の一実施形態にかかる立体駐車場を図面を参照して説明する。
<図1(a)(b)に示す各階の室区分>
立体駐車場は、図2(a)に示す地上一階1Fと、図2(b)に示す地下一階1B(下階)と、図2(c)に示す地上二階2F(上階)と、図2(d)に示す地上三階3F(上階)とを有している。この各階1F,1B,2F,3Fは、それぞれ、入出庫方向X(水平な前後方向)と、この入出庫方向Xに対し直交する横方向Y(水平な左右方向)とに並設された12の室(下記参照)に分かれている。各階1F,1B,2F,3Fで室番号を付して区別すると、それぞれの室は、1FN ,1BN ,2FN ,3FN (N=1〜12)になる。地上一階1Fでは、室1FN (N=1〜4)を入出庫室の待機室、室1FN (N=5〜8)を入出庫室の乗込室、室1FN (N=9〜12)を格納室とする。地下一階1Bでは、室1BN (N=1〜4)を格納室、室1BN (N=5〜8)を入出庫室の下側移載室、室1BN (N=9〜12)を格納室とする。地上二階2Fでは、室2FN (N=1〜4)を昇降室(昇降路、格納室兼用)、室2FN (N=5〜8)を入出庫室の上側移載室、室2FN (N=9〜12)を昇降室(昇降路、格納室兼用)とする。地上三階3Fでは、室3FN (N=1〜4)を昇降室(昇降路、格納室兼用)、室3FN (N=5〜8)を格納室、室3FN (N=9〜12)を昇降室(昇降路、格納室兼用)とする。

図2(a)(b)(c)にも示すこの入出庫室は、前述したように、待機室1FN (N=1〜4)と乗込室1FN (N=5〜8)と上側移載室2FN (N=5〜8)と下側移載室1BN (N=5〜8)とからなる。この乗込室1FN (N=5〜8)には、図5(a)に示す上下動機構1(後述)により昇降する四台の入出庫台2が設置されている。この入出庫台2の上側及び下側にはそれぞれ入出庫移換機構3,4(後述)が設けられている。この入出庫台2は、図3及び図11〜13に示す上動位置Pと、図4及び図11〜13に示す下動位置Qとを取り得る。さらに、この入出庫台2は、この上動位置Pで、入出庫可能な第一位置P1 と、この第一位置P1 よりも少し下動した第二位置P2 とを取り得るとともに、この下動位置Qで、入出庫可能な第一位置Q1 と、この第一位置Q1 よりも少し下動した第二位置Q2 とを取り得る。この上動位置Pの第一位置P1 にある入出庫台2においては、乗込室1FN (N=5〜8)で下側入出庫移換機構4が入出庫可能状態にあるとともに、上側入出庫移換機構3が上側移載室2FN (N=5〜8)に位置している。この下動位置Qの第一位置Q1 にある入出庫台2においては、乗込室1FN (N=5〜8)で上側入出庫移換機構3が入出庫可能状態にあるとともに、下側入出庫移換機構4が下側移載室1BN (N=5〜8)に位置している。

図3,4及び図5(a)に示すように、前記入出庫台2の全体が昇降チェーン7に載置され、駆動モータ8により回転するドラム9にこの昇降チェーン7の一端部が連結されているとともに、この昇降チェーン7の他端部が固定されている。このドラム9に昇降チェーン7が巻き取られると、入出庫台2が上昇して前記上動位置P(第一位置P1 及び第二位置P2 )を取る。このドラム9から昇降チェーン7が引き出されると、入出庫台2が下降して前記下動位置Q(第一位置Q1 及び第二位置Q2 )を取る。

* 前記入出庫移換機構3,4の概略構成
図3,4及び図5(b)(c)に示すように、前記入出庫台2においては、上下で二組をなす左右一対のガイド10が循環案内機構11に支持されている。上下二組のガイド10は、それぞれ、入出庫方向Xへ並設された複数のローラ10aと、この各ローラ10aを回転させる駆動部(図示せず)とを有している。この循環案内機構11は、前記両ガイド10を巻掛け伝動チェーン12a(巻掛け伝動リンク)に支持した巻掛け伝動装置12を備えている。この巻掛け伝動装置12により、両ガイド10は上段位置Uと下段位置Dとを取るように順次循環して移動する。

本実施形態は下記*の特徴(後記する他の技術的思想以外)を有する。
* 立体駐車場は、自動車Mが乗込室1FN (N=5〜8)に搬入されてそこで載置台13に載置された後にその載置状態のままで格納され、載置台13に載置されて格納された自動車Mがその載置状態のままで乗込室1FN (N=5〜8)に運ばれた後にその乗込室1FN (N=5〜8)から搬出されて載置台13から離れる方式のものである。

* 上記方式の立体駐車場で、入出庫台2の上下両入出庫移換機構3,4にあっては、それぞれ、二つのガイド10が上段位置Uと下段位置Dとを取り得る巻掛け伝動装置12を利用した循環案内機構11を設けた。そのため、前記各格納台14,17及び各昇降台29とこの入出庫台2との間で自動車Mの入出庫動作を行う場合、この入出庫台2で下段位置Dにあるガイド10とこれらの各台14,17,29との間で空の載置台13を互いに移し換えるとともに、この入出庫台2で上段位置Uにあるガイド10とこれらの各台14,17,29との間で自動車Mを互いに移し換えることができる。従って、空の載置台13や自動車Mの移換動作を円滑に行い、入出庫時の待ち時間を少なくして入出庫時間を短縮することができる。
