Description
射出成形部材生産の均一性と良品質とを達成するために、溶融体の温度を測定することは周知である。例えば日本特許公開昭61年第255825号明細書によれば溶融体の温度あるいは成形金型の実際の測定温度が、多数の設定温度数値と比較される。
ドイツ特許出願198 03 352 A号明細書には、成形金型内での圧力上昇の時点を測定するための方法が開示され、この場合、噴射圧力から再加圧力への圧力上昇の結果として変換される。この場合、圧力上昇は圧力センサではなくて、温度センサによって検出されている。
図1は、4個のキャビティー1.1ないし1.4を有する組立成形金型の概要図である。各キャビティー1.1ないし1.4は、成形部材の必要性により異なる形状を備える。

Claims (2)
- 射出成形機械のキャビティーの溶融体から成形部材を製作するための成形金型のキャビティーを充填させる方法であって、前記溶融体は加圧下においてキャビティー内へ導入されると共に、溶融体がキャビティーの端部まで流れると保圧状態に設定され、
前記キャビティー端部において金型外壁温度が測定され、溶融体が端部に達することによる温度の上昇に基づいて保圧段階へと切換えられることを特徴とする成形金型のキャビティーを充填させるための方法。 - 金型外壁温度がキャビティー内の溶融体の流通路の97ないし98%の位置において確定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
