【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a stepping motor origin position control device and method, and a fuel cell using the same, and in particular to a drive mechanism using a stepping motor, when performing origin position alignment at power-on or initial adjustment, a movable part The present invention relates to a stepping motor origin position control device and method for adjusting the origin position of a stepping motor by stepping the stepping motor by abutting against the reference wall, and improvement of a fuel cell using these.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A stepping motor is a motor having a positioning function that can be directly driven by a digital signal (pulse signal) and can rotate by a certain angle each time a pulse signal is input. In such a stepping motor, the origin position information disappears when the power is turned off, and the rotor is displaced when the power is turned on again. Therefore, it is necessary to reset the origin position of the stepping motor or the reference position on the apparatus at the time of power-on or initial adjustment. Further, even when a large torque acts on the shaft of the stepping motor or the like and a step-out occurs, the rotor is displaced, and the origin position of the stepping motor must be set each time.
[0003]
As a method of performing the origin position control of the stepping motor, a method of providing a reference wall as a reference for setting the origin and hitting a movable body provided on the shaft against the reference wall is conventionally known. . According to this method, the stepping motor that continues to rotate even after the movable body hits the reference wall will step out, so at this point, the stepping motor is stopped and this stop position becomes the origin position. can do. However, in this method, the movable body rebounds when it hits the reference wall, so that an origin position error corresponding to the rebound amount occurs.
[0004]
Therefore, conventionally, in such an origin position control method for a stepping motor, various techniques have been devised in order to improve the stopping accuracy of the origin position.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, when the movable body is abutted against the reference wall in order to align the origin of the stepping motor, a phenomenon called “bounce back” may occur. This bounce back phenomenon will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
FIG. 1 is a truth table showing a two-phase excitation sequence in a four-phase motor, and a diagram showing a relationship between the rotor and the stator at that time. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the movement of the rotor when the movable body is abutted against the reference wall. 1 and 2 illustrate a 50-tooth stepping motor used for opening and closing the valve, and the step angle is 1.8 °.
[0010]
First, it is assumed that the stepping motor is rotating according to the sequence shown in FIG. For example, the rotor is changed from I-II phase excitation of input pulse “1” to II-III phase excitation of input pulse “2”, followed by III-IV phase excitation of input pulse “3” and input pulse “4”. Excited to IV-I phase excitation and moved at 1.8 ° per pulse. A series of driving operations from the input pulse “1” to the input pulse “4” corresponds to one cycle.
[0011]
However, in the middle of normal rotation of the stepping motor by repeating the above-described cycle, as shown in FIG. 2B, sudden reverse rotation may occur continuously for two cycles or more. This phenomenon is called “bounce back”. This bounce back phenomenon occurs, for example, when the movable body hits the reference wall, and is considered to occur when predetermined conditions such as the positional relationship, repulsive force, and load state of the rotor match. . It has also been revealed that the moving speed of the rotor during reverse rotation is about three times that during normal rotation, and that the rotor rotates with a smaller torque than during normal rotation.
[0012]
When such a bounce back phenomenon occurs, it is impossible to perform accurate origin position alignment by the methods of each patent document shown in the related art. If it demonstrates using FIG. 2, it will become clear that each said patent document assumes only the case shown as (a) [normal time] in FIG.
[0013]
In [normal] shown in FIG. 2A, the stepping motor is driven according to the input pulse from the fully opened state of the valve, and hits the reference wall when the input pulse “10” is given. In this case, since the II-III phase excitation is performed in the input pulse “10”, the rotor bounces and stops at the position of the input pulse “6” which is the immediately preceding II-III phase excitation. In the case of each of the above patent documents, it is assumed that the rotor bounces and stops at the position of the input pulse “6” in an experiment or the like, and a drive signal for three pulses is further applied to the stepping motor. Stop the rotor in position.
[0014]
However, in the [when bounce back occurs] shown in FIG. 2B, the amount of bounce of the rotor occurs for two cycles or more. Therefore, it is impossible to align the origin of the stepping motor by the methods disclosed in the above patent documents. That is, in the method disclosed in each of the above patent documents, since the origin is aligned only by the number of rebound phases generated in each stepping motor that has been examined in advance, the displacement is not related to the number of phases such as the bounce back phenomenon. If this occurs, accurate home position alignment becomes impossible.
[0015]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and provides an apparatus and a method capable of accurately performing the origin position adjustment of a stepping motor even when a bounce back phenomenon occurs. It is intended.
[0016]

Features.
[0017]
Further, in the stepping motor origin position control device according to the present invention, the motor control unit is operable until the distance between the movable body calculated based on the position information of the movable body and the reference wall is within a predetermined threshold value. The rotation operation of the stepping motor is repeatedly performed by acquiring position information, performing the calculation and the command.
[0018]

[0019]
In addition, the stepping motor origin position control method according to the present invention includes the second step from the second step until the distance between the movable body calculated based on the position information of the movable body and the reference wall falls within a predetermined threshold. Furthermore, the present invention is preferably used, for example, for fluid control of an exhaust pressure adjusting valve installed in a fuel cell. In particular, in a fuel cell system for a moving body such as an automobile, the electric load changes remarkably with time within a range of 0 to 100%. Therefore, in order to cope with this wide electric load, a high-response and high-accuracy flow control valve. Is required. In other words, by using the stepping motor origin position control device according to the present invention, even in an environment where a step-out such as abrupt operation / stop operation or forward / reverse rotation is likely to occur within a short time, high positional accuracy is achieved. A stepping motor can be applied.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the stepping motor origin position control apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to accurately perform the origin position adjustment of the stepping motor even when the bounce back phenomenon occurs.
