Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つの信号端子が不平衡型のフィルタと、
該フィルタの不平衡型の信号端子から入出力する信号を、位相の異なる信号として入出力し、グランド端子を2個以上有する集中定数型バランと、
前記フィルタの少なくとも1つのグランド端子と前記バランの少なくとも1つのグランド端子との共通したノードとグランドとの間に接続されたグランドインダクタと、を具備し、
前記バランは、
不平衡端子と2つの平衡端子と、
不平衡端子と前記2つの平衡端子の一方との間に直列に接続された第1キャパシタと、前記2つの平衡端子の一方とグランドとに接続された第1インダクタと、
前記不平衡端子と前記2つの平衡端子の他方との間に直列に接続された第2インダクタと、前記2つの平衡端子の他方とグランドとに接続された第2キャパシタと、を有し、
前記フィルタは複数のグランド端子を有し、前記フィルタの前記少なくとも1つのグランド端子は、前記複数のグランド端子のうちの一部であり、
前記フィルタの前記少なくとも一つのグランド端子は前記第2キャパシタのグランド側と接続され、かつ前記第1インダクタとは接続されていないことを特徴とするバランスフィルタ。 - 前記第1キャパシタ、前記第1インダクタ、前記第2インダクタおよび前記第2キャパシタはそれぞれ1つであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバランスフィルタ。
- 前記バランは、集積型受動素子からなるインダクタを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のバランスフィルタ。
- 前記バランは、チップインダクタ、ボンディングワイヤからなるインダクタ、共振器からなるインダクタ、および前記フィルタを実装する実装部に設けられた線路パターンからなるインダクタのいずれかを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のバランスフィルタ。
- 前記バランは、集積型受動素子からなるキャパシタを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のバランスフィルタ。
- 前記バランは、チップキャパシタ、共振器からなるキャパシタ、および前記フィルタを実装する実装部に設けられたキャパシタのいずれかを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のバランスフィルタ。
- 前記グランドインダクタは、ボンディングワイヤからなるインダクタ、前記フィルタを実装する実装部に設けられた線路パターンからなるインダクタ、前記フィルタが形成されたチップに設けられた線路パターンのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のバランスフィルタ。
- 前記フィルタはラダー型フィルタであり、前記少なくとも一部の前記グランド端子は、並列共振器のグランド側の端子であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のバランスフィルタ。
- 前記ラダー型フィルタは、弾性表面波共振器、弾性境界波共振器および圧電薄膜共振器のいずれかを有することを特徴とする請求項8記載のバランスフィルタ。
- 前記フィルタはダブルモード型フィルタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のバランスフィルタ。
- 前記ダブルモード型フィルタはダブルモード型弾性表面波フィルタまたはダブルモード型弾性境界波フィルタであることを特徴とする請求項10記載のバランスフィルタ。
- 前記ノードと前記ダブルモード型フィルタとの間に第3インダクタが接続されていることを特徴とする請求項10または11記載のバランスフィルタ。
- 共通端子と、共通端子に接続する2つのフィルタと、を具備し、
前記2つのフィルタのうち少なくとも1つは請求項1から12のいずれか一項記載のバランスフィルタであることを特徴とする分波器。 - 前記バランスフィルタは受信用フィルタであることを特徴とする請求項13記載の分波器。
