MLS2={(トナー粒子の絶対最大長)×2)}
/{(トナー粒子の投影面積)×π×1/4×100}
【0030】

[0002]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-270589
[0003]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in an image forming apparatus such as a printer, a copying machine, or a facsimile using the above-described electrophotographic method, a sheet feeding device having only one stage of a sheet feeding cassette, a sheet feeding apparatus having two stages of sheet feeding cassettes, etc. Various modules are used in combination, and a printed circuit board for realizing the function of the module is mounted on the modules such as the sheet feeding device.
[0004]
When there are a plurality of types of modules having the same function or different functions, such as the above-mentioned module of the paper feeding device, it is necessary to identify the plurality of types of modules. As a method for identifying these plural types of modules, for example, 1. Different printed circuit boards for controlling the module; 2. A switch for identification is provided on a printed circuit board and switched by the switch. 3. A dedicated harness for identifying printed circuit boards is attached. There is a type in which a memory or the like is provided on a printed circuit board and data stored in the memory is changed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above prior art has the following problems. That is, among the methods for identifying the plurality of types of modules, 1. In the case of a method in which the printed circuit board for controlling the module is individually made different, it is necessary to prepare a dedicated printed circuit board for each module. Is required, which causes a significant cost increase.
[0006]
In addition, 2. In the case of a method in which a switch for identification is provided on the printed circuit board and switched by the switch, the cost increases due to the addition of the switch for identification on the printed circuit board, and the trouble of switching the switch for each model is required. In addition, there is a problem that there is a possibility of erroneous setting due to erroneous contact with the switch.
[0007]
Furthermore, 3. In the case of a method of attaching a dedicated harness for identifying a printed circuit board, a dedicated harness is required for each model, so it is necessary to prepare as many harnesses as the number of module types, and the dedicated harness is costly. It has the problem of inviting up.
[0008]
4. In the case of a method in which a memory is provided on a printed circuit board and the data stored in the memory is changed, it is necessary to install a new memory when the memory is not mounted on the printed circuit board. Even when the memory is mounted, identification data must be prepared for each type of module, which causes a problem that the work becomes complicated.
[0009]
Therefore, for the purpose of providing a printed circuit device that does not involve troublesome correction in the product completion process and allows the user to easily change the setting of the operation specifications in the product completion state, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-270589. Those related to the Gazette have already been proposed.
[0010]
In the printed circuit device according to Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-270589, a land with a hole is formed in the input portion, a conductor connected to the ground is provided on the rear surface of the land, and a screw is screwed into the conductor through the hole. When the screw is screwed from the land hole to the conductor screw hole so that the land and the earth are connected, the land and the conductor are electrically connected, and the operation specification setting of the electronic circuit unit connected to the land can be changed. It is comprised as follows.
[0011]
However, in the case of the printed circuit device according to Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-270589, the operation specification can be easily changed depending on whether or not the user screws the screw from the land hole into the conductor screw hole. However, since it is necessary to provide a new setting change screw in addition to the screw for mounting the printed circuit board, not only will the number of parts increase, but the setting change screw will be lost. There is a problem that it is impossible to change the specification settings.
[0012]
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and the object of the present invention is to eliminate the need to newly provide a setting change screw or the like, increasing the number of parts and the cost. It is an object of the present invention to provide a printed circuit board identification structure capable of identifying a plurality of types of modules without incurring an increase, and an optional device for an image forming apparatus using the same.
