Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an air conditioner that prevents the propagation of germs and fungi in indoor units.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, an indoor unit of a separation-type air conditioner includes a case provided with an inlet and an outlet, an indoor heat exchanger arranged in the case, and a blower fan arranged on the back side of the indoor heat exchanger By rotating the blower fan, indoor air is sucked into the indoor unit from the suction port, and the sucked air is heat exchanged through the indoor heat exchanger, and the heat exchanged air is exchanged. It blows out indoors from the air outlet.
[0003]
On the other hand, the indoor unit of a separation-type air conditioner tends to adhere dust and dust contained in the air sucked from the suction port to the inner wall surface, the indoor heat exchanger and the blower fan installed inside, especially the cooling operation stop Later, since the condensed water condensed in the indoor heat exchanger evaporates in the indoor unit and the humidity inside the indoor unit increases, it adheres to the indoor heat exchanger and the blower fan installed in the indoor unit and in the indoor unit. There is a problem that germs and molds contained in the garbage and dust that have been bred grow.
[0004]
When germs and molds propagate inside the indoor unit of the air conditioner, a strange odor is generated in the air blown from the air outlet to the indoor side during operation of the air conditioner, or germs and mold spores are generated along with the blown air. It may be blown into the room, which is undesirable for hygiene, and when mold that has adhered to the indoor heat exchanger or blower fan propagates, the propagated mold becomes resistance to the ventilation path, or the air flow of the blower fan decreases. However, there is a risk of performance degradation.
[0005]
Therefore, in order to prevent the propagation of germs and fungi in the indoor unit, an ozone generator is installed in the indoor unit to increase the ozone concentration in the indoor unit, and the germs and fungi contained in the dust and dust by the ozone are removed. An air conditioner configured to kill is described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-42648 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-42649.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The air conditioner can kill germs and mold in the indoor unit with ozone generated by an ozone generator provided in the indoor unit, but in order to reliably kill germs and mold in the indoor unit, The ozone concentration in the unit must be increased.
[0007]
However, the indoor unit of the air conditioner has an air inlet and an air outlet that are open for air conditioning. When the ozone concentration in the indoor unit is increased, high-concentration ozone passes through the air inlet and air outlet. It will leak into the room and may cause adverse effects on the human body.
In general, in an indoor unit, the air inlet and the air outlet are opened for air conditioning, so ozone in the indoor unit easily leaks out to the indoor side. Here, in the aforementioned Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-42648, in order to prevent the ozone inside the indoor unit from leaking into the indoor side, the air outlet can be blocked. However, in the structure of the current indoor unit, The air outlet cannot be completely sealed, and it is impossible to prevent leakage of ozone from the indoor unit. Furthermore, since the indoor unit has not only the air outlet, but also the air inlet, even if the air outlet is closed, leakage of ozone from the air inlet into the room cannot be prevented.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above points, and provides an air conditioner that reliably sterilizes germs and fungi in indoor units with ozone and does not allow air containing ozone to leak into the room. The purpose is to do.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The air conditioner of the present invention includes an ozone generator in the indoor unit of the air conditioner , an exhaust device that discharges the air in the indoor unit to the outside, and moisture in the outdoor air in the indoor unit via the humidifying hose. A humidifier to supply the exhaust device exhausts air in the indoor unit to the outside through the humidifying hose, thereby sterilizing germs and fungi in the indoor unit with ozone, and the air containing ozone is on the indoor side. Can be prevented, and fungi and germs that grow on the inner wall of the humidifying hose can be sterilized.
[0010]
In the air conditioner of the present invention, the humidifying fan provided in the humidifying device can be sucked and exhausted, and the exhaust fan of the exhaust device is also used, so that the number of parts can be reduced.
