【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a traveling device that supports a traveling plate on which an occupant rides with four wheels and can be steered by shifting the weight of the occupant.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Relative to a skateboard where a passenger can ride on a board supported by a roller and move in an appropriate direction while balancing, the board is supported using a wheel with a large diameter, and it can run stably on rough terrain etc. A traveling device has been developed. This traveling device is called a traveling board, a mountain board, or a four-wheel board, and is used for leisure or sports.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the traveling device 1 is equipped with an engine, the traveling device 1 can enjoy traveling in a horizontal place in addition to the slope. You can enjoy various driving under various driving conditions such as rough areas with some unevenness, for example, like slalom, repeatedly moving weight according to a predetermined course, competing for the time at that time, Alternatively, it is conceivable to run in a straight line over some irregularities and compete for speed.
[0010]
However, in this traveling device, when the wheel is taken on the unevenness of the road and the shaft turns with respect to the frame, the traveling direction changes suddenly in the same state as when the load is suddenly applied on the frame. there is a possibility. Also, even on a road surface with unevenness that is not so large, the foot moves each time it passes through each unevenness, so the balance of weight is easily changed and it is difficult to stabilize the running direction. That is, in the straight traveling state, the left and
[0011]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a traveling device with good straight running stability that can stably maintain the traveling direction even if there is some unevenness. On the other hand, if the straight running stability is improved, the steering performance when performing slalom is often sacrificed. However, it is also an object of the present invention to provide a traveling device having good straight running stability and steering performance.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
For this reason, in the present invention, two shafts, each of which is rotatably attached to two sets of front and rear wheels, are connected by a frame at the approximate center thereof, and the left and right weights of the passengers riding on this frame In the traveling device that can be steered by this, a traveling device that has good straight running stability can be provided by improving the coupling mechanism that couples the shaft and the frame. That is, the connecting mechanism of the present invention is a frame. With Left and right In Turning Active plates and a pair of transmission members arranged on the left and right sides of the frame. Each transmission member is an elastic member that elastically connects the frame and the shaft, and a passive plate that supports the elastic member. A passive plate that can pivot independently of the passive plate of the other transmission member around the frame, When the frame turns to one side The active plate pushes the passive plate of one transmission member The elastic member that transmits the directional load is displaced. The load is transmitted from the frame to the shaft, and the passive plate of the other transmission member is not pushed. The other Transmission member The elastic member is not displaced. A travel device is provided in which a frame is attached to at least one of the two shafts by the coupling mechanism of the present invention.
[0013]
In the traveling device using the coupling mechanism of the present invention, since the elastic member that transmits the weight does not move in conjunction with the right and left of the coupling mechanism, the resistance force by the left and right elastic members can be obtained independently even when traveling straight. It is done. Therefore, even if there is unevenness on the road surface, the frame does not rotate very easily, and the traveling direction does not change greatly. For this reason, straight running stability is improved. In particular, when the unevenness is small, the angle between the shaft and the frame hardly changes, so that fluttering due to the unevenness can be suppressed and stable running can be achieved.
[0014]
On the other hand, when the occupant weights in the left-right direction, the force by the left and right elastic members works, and the repulsive force by the other elastic member does not act. For this reason, since the setting of the left and right elastic members can be changed independently, the left and right operation feelings (resistance forces) can be individually set. For this reason, the left and right steering characteristics can be changed in accordance with the skill or personality of the occupant. Therefore, each Attached to the passive plate of the transmission member Of elastic members Length It is further desirable to provide an adjustable first setting unit so that it can be set freely.
[0015]
Further, since the left and right elastic members are not interlocked, it is possible to provide play so that the shaft does not immediately react to the turning of the frame. That is, by adjusting the angle of the passive plate when the passive plate of each transmission member is not pushed by the active plate, It is further desirable to allow the left and right play to be freely adjusted by providing a second setting portion that can adjust the responsiveness of each elastic member.
[0016]
As described above, the traveling device of the present invention can improve the straight traveling performance and also improve the steering feeling during the slalom. Therefore, it is possible to slide straight on the slope and enjoy the slalom under better conditions. For this reason, although it is useful also in a traveling device without the ability to self-travel, a traveling device capable of self-propelling having a drive device that drives at least one of the wheels often travels linearly. The present invention is particularly effective.

In the above description, the coupling device in which the coil spring is disposed above the shaft has been described as an example. However, the coil spring can be disposed below the shaft, and can also be disposed to extend in the horizontal direction. It is. Further, in this example, the connection mechanism of the present invention is described as a mechanism in which the active plate rotates together with the frame and moves the left and right transmission members independently, but it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to such a structure. If the mechanism is such that when the frame turns in one direction, the elastic member transmitting the force in that direction is displaced and the other elastic member is not displaced, the effect of the present invention described above can be obtained, and the straight running stability It is possible to provide a traveling device with excellent performance. Of course, the elastic member is not limited to a coil spring, and may be another elastic member such as a leaf spring or rubber. However, the coil spring seems to be the best in terms of easy control of the elastic force and easy incorporation into the coupling mechanism.
[0032]
Further, in this example, the traveling device with an engine described above based on FIGS. 5 and 6 is described as an example, but other driving devices such as an electric motor may be used. Furthermore, the present invention is also effective in a traveling device in which a self-propelled driving device is not installed, and the traveling direction can be maintained extremely stably when sliding on an inclined gravel road or the like. However, since the traveling device for self-running has more opportunities to travel linearly on roads and the like, the present invention is more effective in the traveling device for self-running.
[0033]
Further, in this example, a traveling device employing a pipe-like frame and shaft is described as an example, but these members are not limited to pipes, and may be other structural members. It is. Furthermore, the number of footrests that can be attached to the frame is not limited to two, but can be one with both feet, or of course, it is possible to install more than two boards so that multiple people can ride. It is. Further, the type of holder for setting the leg portion on the footrest plate is not limited to this example, and it is needless to say that the present invention can also be applied to a traveling device in which the holder is omitted or the user can sit and ride.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the connecting mechanism of the present invention is a traveling device that connects a frame to a shaft to which a front wheel and a rear wheel are respectively connected, and can be steered by left and right weights of an occupant (user) appearing in the frame. This mechanism connects the shaft and the frame. In the coupling mechanism of the present invention, an elastic member such as a coil spring arranged in the left and right turning direction of the frame so that the weight of the frame can be transmitted to the shaft, and the elastic member in that direction when the frame turns in one direction Is displaced, and the other elastic member is not displaced. Therefore, in the traveling device employing the coupling mechanism of the present invention, when the frame turns left and right, the stress of the elastic member acts independently and becomes resistance to load. For this reason, fluttering due to unevenness on the road surface can be suppressed, thereby providing a traveling device with good straight running stability. In particular, in a self-propelled traveling device equipped with a driving device such as an engine, there are many opportunities to travel linearly on the road. An easy traveling device can be realized.
[0035]
Furthermore, the left and right steering feeling can be set independently by adjusting the initial displacement of the elastic member and adjusting the responsiveness. For this reason, by adopting the connection mechanism of the present invention, the characteristics of the traveling device can be freely adjusted in accordance with the skill of the user, the body condition, the traveling condition or the traveling purpose. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a traveling device that can be controlled to suit the user's preference and can be set with good riding comfort.
