Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention inserts a cloth, wallpaper, etc. on the wall of a building between the joint portion (joint part) of the cloth and the base board, and the base board is damaged when the cross is cut. It is related to the underlay tape that protects it from being damaged.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Many of the walls of homes, etc. have a plasterboard or the like as a base, with a cloth and wallpaper (collectively referred to as “cross”) on them. Since this cloth is a standard product having a predetermined width, when affixing to a wide wall surface, the cloth having a predetermined area is pasted together. In this case, if the cross and the joint part of the cross are pasted together with the ends of both crosses overlapped, the part will rise and impair the aesthetics. The overlapping portion is cut in a straight line, and the ends of both crosses are brought into contact with each other so that the seam is not noticeable.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The cross joints are cut with a cutter knife, but the cutting edge of the cutter knife hits the base board during cutting, and the board is scratched in a straight line, which appears on the cloth surface and impairs the appearance. There were many. Further, when such a linear continuous scratch is attached to the base board, there is a problem that the cloth is peeled off from that portion. In order to improve this, when cutting the joint part of the cloth, a protective tape is laid under the cloth so that the blade of the cutter knife does not directly hit the board.
[0004]
Conventionally, as an underlay tape that has been used for this purpose, there are a thin synthetic resin film and a synthetic resin net. Among these, the conventional synthetic resin nets are ones in which the warp and weft of the synthetic resin having heat-fusibility are arranged so as to be orthogonal to each other, and the intersecting portions are fixed to each other by heat-sealing. However, since the synthetic resin film is thin and low in strength, there is a problem that it is easily cut by a cutter knife and the board is continuously scratched linearly. In addition, the underlay tape made of the above net is a thin one made by flattening the intersection of warp and weft by heat fusion. Since the cutter knife directly hits the net, the cutter knife cuts the weft when cutting the cloth. It was easy to make continuous straight scratches on the ground. This problem can be solved by using thick yarns for the warp and weft yarns that make up the net. However, nets knitted with thick yarns increase in weight and lose flexibility, making them difficult to handle. It was.
[0005]
In order to solve the problems of the conventional underlay tape, the present inventor has developed an underlay tape made of a net-like knitted fabric or woven fabric formed of synthetic resin fibers or natural fiber yarns, and has already applied for a patent ( (Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-216306). This newly developed underlay tape is superior in protecting the underlay board, but because the mesh surface is directly adhered to the cloth, the paste of the cloth is transferred to the underlay tape side, and the adhesive strength of the cloth is reduced. There was a risk. In addition, the tape itself is formed of a net, and is fixed by being sandwiched between a cloth and a board at the time of cutting, so that the yarn constituting the net is easily cut when the blade edge of the cutter knife hits, preventing continuous scratches. I couldn't say that I was fully satisfied. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an underlay tape that is relatively light and easy to handle, and that does not easily cause a straight continuous scratch on a board when cutting a cloth.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following configuration. That is, the cloth-cutting underlay tape according to the present invention is a tape for protecting the base board by placing it below the joint part when cutting the joint part of the cloth to be applied to the base board, A synthetic resin film is covered on both front and back sides of a net-like sheet formed of resin fibers or natural fibers, and only both side edges of the net-like sheet and the front and back synthetic resin films are adhered to each other.
[0007]
This underlay tape is obtained by wrapping a mesh-like sheet made of flexible synthetic resin fibers or the like with a synthetic resin film, and the mesh-like sheet and the synthetic resin film are bonded to each other only at the side edges thereof. Is wrapped in a synthetic resin film bag. For this reason, when it tries to cut with a cutter knife, the blade edge | tip of the cutter knife which cut | disconnected the upper synthetic resin film will be hooked on the flexible weft of a mesh sheet. At this time, the weft yarn of the mesh sheet is not firmly fixed and can be slid, so that it is slid on the lower film while being caught on the cutting edge of the cutter knife without being cut immediately. After the weft has moved to some extent, the cutting edge of the cutter knife moves over the weft and moves in the cutting direction, or the weft is cut, but during this time, the cutting edge of the cutter knife will intermittently contact the board, Continuous scratches are difficult.

【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the underlay tape according to the present invention, when pasting a cloth, wallpaper, etc. on the surface of the base board, is once laid under these joints and cut with a knife, and the cutting is completed. After that, a beautiful finish can be obtained by removing this and bonding a cloth or the like to the base board. In addition, since the continuous board is not scratched on the base board, it is possible to prevent the peeling of the cloth or the like from the continuous scratched part of the base board due to cutting, which has often occurred in the past. Furthermore, this underlay tape is lightweight and flexible, and is convenient for handling.
