また、一方のスイッチング回路SW1(例えばGSM通信システムに対応したスイッチング回路)のアンテナ側端子は、ダイプレクサDの第2の端子D2に接続され、他方のスイッチング回路SW2(例えばDCS通信システムに対応したスイッチング回路)のアンテナ側端子は、ダイプレクサDの第3の端子D3に接続される。
【0064】
また、上述の実施例では、一方のスイッチング回路SW1(スイッチング回路SW2で処理される送受信信号の周波数帯F2よりも、低い側の周波数の送受信処理を行う側のスイッチング回路)のストリップライン12に、容量素子19を形成したが、例えば、他方のストリップライン22の側にも同様の容量素子を用いても構わない。

The above configuration is the operation of a single mode switching circuit corresponding to one frequency band.
[0015]
Based on such a single mode switching circuit, when two communication systems of different transmission / reception frequency bands are made to correspond to one communication device, so-called dual band, as shown in the block diagram of FIG. The switching circuits SW1 and SW2 are connected by a diplexer D to constitute a high frequency circuit.

The diplexer D supplies transmission / reception signals of different transmission / reception frequency bands separately to one of the two switching circuits SW1 and SW2. The diplexer D includes a first terminal D1 connected to the antenna, a second terminal D2 connected to the antenna terminal ANT of the switching circuit SW1, and a third terminal D3 connected to the antenna terminal ANT of the switching circuit SW2. have.
[0017]
The high-frequency circuit composed of the two switching circuits SW1 and SW2 and the diplexer D is handled as one module along with the downsizing of the communication device and the like, thereby reducing the size of the entire communication device. It was. That is, the high-frequency circuit is integrally disposed on a multilayer circuit board.
[0018]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the two switching circuits SW1 and SW2 and the diplexer D are arranged on the multilayer circuit board in this way, components such as strip lines, diodes and capacitors necessary for the two switching circuits SW1 and SW2 are mounted. Via hole conductors and internal wiring conductors must be placed on the circuit board.
[0019]
Furthermore, when the size of the circuit board is physically reduced, the interval between the two switching circuits is narrowed. As a result, there is a problem that A iso configuration can not be sufficiently achieved.
[0020]
For example, in a high-frequency circuit in which one of two switching circuits corresponds to a GSM communication system (frequency band of transmission / reception signals is about 900 MHz) and the other corresponds to a DCS communication system (frequency band of transmission / reception signals is 1.8 GHz), the GSM communication system During transmission / reception, a signal other than the GSM communication system (900 MHz), for example, a reception signal Fr2 (frequency Fr1 × 2) of the DCS communication system having a frequency about twice as high is passed.
[0021]
That is, the relationship between the transmission / reception frequency band (Ft1, Fr1) of the communication system processed by one switching circuit SW1 and the transmission / reception frequency band (Ft2, Fr2) of the communication system processed by the other switching circuit SW2 is about double. In the case of the relationship, the leakage of the
[0022]
In order to solve such a problem, it is conceivable to provide a frequency selecting filter device between the antenna ANT and the switching circuits SW1 and SW2 and between the transmission / reception terminals TX and RX and the transmission / reception circuit.
[0023]
However, the filter device may be mounted on the circuit board, or the filter may be connected from the outside. In any case, when the filter device is added, the number of parts increases, and as a result, there is a problem that the high-frequency circuit becomes large.
[0024]
The present invention has been devised in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to prevent leakage due to a frequency band used in other communication systems without reducing the passing characteristics at the time of reception. It is possible to provide a high-frequency circuit that can transmit and receive high quality.
[0025]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides two switching circuits for switching the connection between an antenna and a transmission / reception circuit, and connects each switching circuit to an antenna via a diplexer, and the switching circuits have different transmission / reception frequency bands. Because
Each of the switching circuits has a transmission terminal connected to the transmission circuit, a reception terminal connected to the reception circuit, and an antenna terminal connected to the diplexer,
A first diode disposed between the transmission terminal and the antenna terminal and having an anode connected to the transmission terminal side;
A strip line disposed between the antenna terminal and the receiving terminal; a second diode having an anode connected to the receiving terminal side of the strip line and a cathode connected to a ground potential;
A control terminal for supplying a control voltage for performing on-off control of the first and second diodes;
In addition, the high-frequency circuit is characterized in that a capacitive element is connected in parallel to all or part of the length of the strip line of one switching circuit for switching transmission / reception signals in the low transmission / reception frequency band.
[0026]
The strip line of the one switching circuit and the capacitive element connected in parallel to the strip line are high-frequency circuits set so as to form an attenuation pole in a frequency band higher than the predetermined transmission / reception frequency band.
[0027]
[Action]
In the high-frequency circuit of the present invention, the capacitive element is connected in parallel to the strip line constituting one of the switching circuits. Thus, an attenuation pole is formed in the transmission characteristic of the strip line. The connection point of the capacitive element is connected between both ends of the strip line, between two points on the strip line, between one end and a certain intermediate point, and the like.
[0028]
The switching circuit of this one, depending on the central frequency F t1 of the transmission signal to be processed by this circuit side has a 1/4 length equivalent of the wavelength. At the same time, the capacitor connected in parallel to the strip line, and the transmission characteristics of the frequency F r1 of the reception signal processed by the circuit side as it (good), a line at a higher frequency than the frequency F r1 through use of one having a capacitive component that attenuates the signal supplied.
[0029]
Note that the high-frequency circuit in which the capacitive element is connected in parallel to the strip line is preferably used for a switching circuit that processes a communication system in a low frequency band of the two communication systems.
[0030]
More thereto, the transmission characteristics of the strip line connected in parallel a capacitor, to the heat transmission characteristics, and forms an attenuation pole at a certain frequency band. That is, it is possible to attenuate the signal supplied via the line in a frequency band higher than the frequency band Fr1 of the received signal.
[0031]
That is, even if a transmission signal or reception signal processed by the other switching circuit is received as noise (noise signal) in one switching circuit, the noise signal is sufficient due to the transmission characteristics of the strip line. As a result, the noise signal does not appear at the receiving terminal of one of the switching circuits. Thus, a high-frequency circuit capable of high quality transmission / reception is obtained.
[0032]
In addition, since the capacitive element is simply arranged in parallel on the strip line of one switching circuit, the number of parts does not increase significantly, and it is not necessary to add a filter device. Even if both switching circuits are arranged close to each other without increasing the size, sufficient isolation is obtained and a high-frequency circuit is obtained.
[0033]
The operation will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 6 shows the configuration of a conventional strip line and its transmission characteristics. That is, in the conventional strip line, the attenuation amount is about 0 (pass loss is about 0) in a wide frequency range band including the frequency band Fr1 of reception processing.
[0034]
As a result, the reception signal supplied from the antenna terminal is supplied to the reception terminal without loss through the strip line. At this time, if a transmission signal or a reception signal to be transmitted / received by the other switching circuit is placed on this reception line as noise, it is led to the reception terminal and communication crosstalk or the like occurs.
[0035]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, a
[0036]
As described above, according to the present invention, even when two or more switching circuits having different frequency bands handled by the same circuit board are used as an inner layer, the transmission frequency is doubled without deteriorating the passing characteristics at the time of reception. It is possible to provide a high-frequency circuit capable of improving the attenuation characteristics in the frequency band and capable of high-quality transmission / reception even when the component is made smaller by downsizing the component on the substrate.
[0037]
