Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hair iron used for applying a straight permanent or a permanent wave to hair.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional hair iron, there exists a thing as shown, for example in FIG. 8 (refer Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 2001-137038). FIG. 8A is an overall configuration diagram of the hair iron, FIG. 8B is a cross-sectional view showing the inside, and FIG. 8C is a side view seen from the holding operation direction.
[0003]
As shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, the conventional hair iron 101 has a power cord 105 connected to the iron body 103, a temperature control device 107 connected to an intermediate portion of the power cord 105, and an end portion. A power plug 109 is attached.
[0004]
The iron body 103 includes a pair of resin-made clamping arms 111 and 113. The clamping arms 111 and 113 have base end sides 115 and 117 coupled to each other in a freely rotatable manner, and corrector bodies 123 and 125 are disposed opposite to the front end sides 119 and 121, respectively.
[0005]
Then, the power plug 109 is inserted into an outlet, the temperature control device 107 causes the correction bodies 123 and 125 to generate heat, and the correction bodies 123 and 125 are slid against the hair while sandwiching the hair by the clamping operation. The hair is pinched and corrected by applying a warming action of 125 heat generation.
[0006]
Therefore, by using such a hair iron, natural eyelashes can be stretched or an artificial permanent wave can be corrected.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the hair iron 101 as described above, the holding arms 111 and 113 are formed with the same width from the base side 115 to the tip side as shown in FIG. When performing the treatment, the gripped hand protruded to one side of the holding arms 11 and 113, and the hand easily touched the head of the patient during the treatment.
[0008]
In particular, for a person having a somewhat short hair, there is a problem that the protruding hand hits the head, making the treatment difficult or requiring a considerable amount of treatment time, and requiring skill.
[0009]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a hair iron that allows a hand holding a holding arm to be less likely to come into contact with the head of a practitioner and can be easily performed even by a short-haired user.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a sandwiching arm whose proximal ends are coupled to each other by a rotating shaft and the distal end side performs a sandwiching operation by a gripping operation of an intermediate gripping portion, and is disposed opposite to the distal end side of the sandwiching arm. In a hair iron provided with a straightening body for warming and fixing hair while holding the hair in a pinching operation, the tip end side of the pinching arm is formed to be narrower than the gripping portion in the mutual alignment direction and in the pinching operation direction It is formed thinner than the gripping portion when viewed from the side, and is shifted to one side of the hair insertion direction along the core direction of the rotation shaft with respect to the gripping portion, and is curved in the thickness direction of the correction body on the distal end side to the distal end side. one edge of the hair insertion direction with a curling curved for performing shaping of curl in contact with the wound hair, protruded than hair insertion direction end edge of the grip portion to the one side of the hair inserting direction as well as The other end edge of the distal end side, the combined hair insertion direction of one edge is formed enters in hair inserting direction toward the center of the clamping arm, said grip portion, between the tip end of the clamping arm, It is characterized in that a force point portion that is larger than the grip portion is formed.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the grip portion at the intermediate portion of the sandwiching arm is gripped and operated, the proximal end sides rotate with each other by the rotation shaft, and the distal end side performs the sandwiching operation. By this clamping operation, the hair can be clamped and corrected while the hair is heated by the correction body disposed opposite to the distal end side of the clamping arm.
[0016]
Further, the hair inserting direction of the one end edge of the straightening member, for providing the curling curved surface is curved in the thickness direction of the straightening member, in addition to or can fix the artificial permanent waves or stretched Kuseke Carl Curling can be performed using the formed curved surface.
[0017]
Then, the distal end side of the clamping arm, the rotary shaft with respect to the grip portion formed in a slender than the grip portion when viewed from the clamping direction of movement of the side with the thin form into mutual mating direction than the grip portion shifted to one side of the hair insertion direction along the center direction, the hair insertion direction end edges provided with the curling curved surface for carrying out shaping of curling in contact with the hair wound around the distal end side, the hair of the gripper It protrudes to one side of the hair insertion direction from the edge in the insertion direction, and the other end edge on the tip side enters the center side of the holding arm in the hair insertion direction in accordance with one end edge of the hair insertion direction. is formed, the between the grip portion and the distal end side of the clamping arm, for the formation of the force point portion which is enlarged than the gripping portion, of the hair insertion direction of the distal-side while holding the action point portion of the grip portion one Grip the edge It can also close more to the head of the person to be treated than in the hair insertion direction edge.
[0018]
Therefore, it is difficult for the hand holding the gripping part to contact the head of the patient during the operation, and even a short-haired user can stretch the eyelashes, correct the artificial permanent wave, The brazing can be easily performed in a short time without requiring skill.
[0019]

[0024]
The front end sides 29 and 31 of the sandwiching arms 7 and 9 are formed to be narrower than the gripping portions 21 and 23 when viewed from the side surface of FIG. The slender tip sides 29 and 31 are formed so as to be shifted to one side of the hair insertion direction with respect to the grip portions 21 and 23. A hair insertion direction end edge 33 provided with a curl forming curved surface, which will be described later, on the distal end sides 29 and 31 is formed to protrude to one side of the hair insertion direction from the hair insertion direction end edge 35 of the grip portions 21 and 23. Both end edges 33 and 35 are continuously set stepwise on the inclined surface 37.
[0025]
The other end edges 39 of the distal end sides 29 and 31 are formed so as to be shifted to one side in accordance with the one end edge 33 and enter the center side of the grip portions 21 and 23.
[0026]
The sandwiching arm 7 is formed in a hollow shape, and has a structure in which the divided portions 43a and 45a and the divided portions 43b and 45b are combined by a dividing line 41 as shown in FIG. These divided portions 43a and 45a and the divided portions 43b and 45b are fastened and connected to each other by, for example, screws 48, 49, and 51, which are fasteners, at the distal end sides 29 and 31, the gripping portions 21 and 23, and the proximal end sides 15 and 17, respectively. ing. A fastening hole 47 is formed through the split portions 43a and 43b at the distal end sides 29 and 31.
[0027]
A plurality of reinforcing ribs 53 are provided in the hollow grip portions 21 and 23. The one sandwiching arm 7 is provided with a convex portion 55 on the opposite side of both arms 7 and 9, and the other sandwiching arm 9 is provided with a concave portion 57 into which the convex portion 55 is fitted. The convex portion 55 abuts against the bottom surface of the concave portion 57 and functions as a stopper.
[0028]
Thus, the clamping arm 7 is configured such that the proximal end sides 15 and 17 are rotatably coupled to each other, and the distal end sides 29 and 31 perform a clamping operation by operation of the intermediate gripping portions 21 and 23.
[0029]
The cross sections of the tip sides 29 and 31 of the sandwiching arms 7 and 9 are as shown in FIG. 6 which is an enlarged cross section taken along the arrow SA-SA in FIG. FIG. 7 is an enlarged plan view of a main part in which the divided portions 43a and 43b are removed from the distal end sides 29 and 31, and the correction bodies 11 and 13 are shown in cross section. In the following description, since the front end sides 29 and 31 of the sandwiching arms 7 and 9 are symmetrical, the front end side 29 will be mainly described, and the other front end side 31 will refer to the description of the front end side 29.
[0030]
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the distal end side 29 includes flat vertical wall surfaces 59 and 61 and a flat bottom wall surface 63 that accommodate the core material 83 therein. In addition, a surface similar to the flat vertical wall surfaces 59 and 61 and the flat bottom wall surface 63 is formed on the distal end side 31 so that the symmetrical core material 85 is accommodated. Further, the front end side 29 is provided with a correction body support hole 65 for movably supporting the correction body 11 so as to be movable forward and backward with respect to the other side. The corrector 11 is movably supported in the corrector support hole 65.
[0031]
Therefore, the correction bodies 11 and 13 are arranged to face the distal end sides 29 and 31 of the sandwiching arms 7 and 9 and are configured to sandwich and correct the hair while warming it by the sandwiching operation of the sandwiching arms 7 and 9. Yes.
[0032]
The correction body 11 includes a hot plate 67, a ceramic heater 69, a magnet plate 71, a first spring 73, and a second spring 75.
[0033]
The hot plate 67 is formed in a rectangular plate shape as viewed from the opposite side with a light material having high thermal conductivity such as aluminum, and the surface is coated with fluorine. A curl forming curved surface 68 that is curved in the thickness direction of the hot plate 67 is provided on at least one of the edges of the hot plate 67 in the hair insertion direction (both in this embodiment).
[0034]
A housing portion 77 is integrally provided behind the hot plate 67, is movably supported with respect to the correction body support hole 65, and is movable forward and backward with respect to the correction body 13 on the other side. Such a support that can be freely advanced and retracted is the same in the corrector 13.
[0035]
Engagement piece portions 79 and 81 are provided on the upper and lower walls of the accommodating portion 77 so as to restrict the protruding movement of the hot plate 67 beyond a certain level. The ceramic heater 69, magnet plate 71, and first spring 73 are accommodated in the accommodating portion 77.
[0036]
The ceramic heater 69 has a rectangular plate shape, generates heat up to a maximum temperature of about 180 °, conducts heat to the hot plate 67, and is electrically connected to the power cord 3 side.
[0037]
The magnet plate 71 is formed in a rectangular plate shape by a 15000 gauss neodymium magnet or the like, and is arranged so that the S poles or the N poles face each other.
[0038]
The first spring 73 is formed of a leaf spring, and urges the magnet plate 71 in the housing portion 77 toward the back surface of the heat plate 67 to bring the ceramic heater 69 into close contact with the back surface of the heat plate 67. Stable support.
[0039]
The second spring 75 is supported at the rear end of the accommodating portion 77, and the second spring 75 biases the correction bodies 11 and 13 to elastically adjust the clamping state between the correction bodies 11 and 13. The urging means is configured. The second spring 75 is formed of a leaf spring, both end portions 75a and 75b are inclined, and the end edge engages with the protruding portion on the divided portion 43a side in the left-right direction (longitudinal direction) in FIG.
[0040]
Next, a case where the hair iron 1 is used to extend eyelashes or repair an artificial permanent wave will be described.
[0041]
First, when the hair iron 1 is used, a basic agent such as ammonia, monoethanolamine, triethanolamine or the like is firstly added to an aqueous solution mainly containing a mercapto compound (reducing agent) such as thioglycolic acid or cysteine. The liquid agent which added the substance and was adjusted to pH 6-10 is apply | coated. By this application, the disulfide bond of cystine contained in the keratin protein in the hair is reduced and cleaved as a mercapto group, and then the hair is washed with water and dried in a dryer or the like and then heated to 140 to 180 ° C. The hair iron 1 is used to straighten this hair.
[0042]
Specifically, the gripping portions 21 and 23 of the sandwiching arms 7 and 9 are gripped, a force is applied by applying a thumb and an index finger to the force application points 25 and 27, and the hair between the hot plates 67 of the correction bodies 11 and 13. Is inserted. Thereafter, the holding arms 7 and 9 are slid to the hair tips while maintaining the state. As a result, the hair sandwiched between the hot plates 67 heated by the ceramic heater 69 is stretched while being heated.
[0043]
At this time, since the hair moves at a predetermined speed between the magnet plates 71 facing the south pole, reduction energy is generated according to Fleming's right-hand rule. This energy is generated from the south pole of the magnet plate 71 in which the electrons of the magnetic pole rotate to the right, and promotes the reducing action of the first liquid. Moreover, it also serves to close the cuticle that forms the surface layer of the hair. When the cuticle is closed, ultraviolet rays can be prevented from entering the hair, and the hair can be prevented from being damaged by the ultraviolet rays.
[0044]
Further, the energy of the reduction reduces the first liquid water cluster. By reducing this cluster, the permeability of the first liquid into the hair is increased. Therefore, the reducing action of the first liquid is further promoted. As a result, it is possible to shorten the treatment time with the risk of damaging the hair, and it is possible to suppress hair damage.
[0045]
After that, a second liquid composed of an aqueous solution of an oxidizing agent such as sodium bromate and hydrogen peroxide is applied to the hair, and as a result, the mercapto group is oxidized to generate a new disulfide bond in the hair, and this straight hair state Can be immobilized.
[0046]
Next, a case where a permanent wave is applied by the hair iron 1 will be described.
[0047]
The hair clamping operation by the correction bodies 11 and 13 is the same as described above. Then, when applying the permanent wave, the hair is pressed against the curl forming curved surface 68. Therefore, the iron body 5 is rotated while the hair is held by the correction bodies 11 and 13, and the hair is wound around the distal end side 29 or 31.
[0048]
Thereby, for example, when the hair is wound around one curl correction curved surface 68 of the hot plate 67, the hair is sufficiently in contact with the curl forming curved surface 68, whereby sufficient curling of the curl can be performed.
[0049]
Moreover, since the distal end sides 29 and 31 of the sandwiching arms 7 and 9 are formed thinner than the gripping portions 21 and 23 as shown in FIG. 3 when viewed from the side in the sandwiching operation direction, the distal end side It is possible to easily wind the hair around 29 and 31.
[0050]
The slender tip sides 29, 31 are shifted to one side of the hair insertion direction with respect to the gripping portions 21, 23, and the hair insertion direction edge 33 provided with the curl forming curved surface 67 of the tip sides 29, 31 is Since the hair insertion direction end edge 35 of the grip portions 21 and 23 protrudes to one side of the hair insertion direction, the hair insertion direction edge 33 of the tip side 29 and 31 is held in the state where the grip portions 21 and 23 are gripped. It can be brought closer to the head of the person to be treated than the edge 35 in the hair insertion direction of the grip portions 21 and 23.
[0051]
Therefore, it is difficult for the hand holding the grip portions 21 and 23 during the treatment to contact the head of the person to be treated, and even for a person with short hair, the eyelashes are stretched or an artificial permanent wave is corrected, Alternatively, curling can be easily performed in a short time without requiring skill.
[0052]
Of course, the effect that the hand gripping the gripping portions 21 and 23 during the treatment is difficult to contact the head of the person to be treated is also effective when the eyelashes are stretched or the artificial permanent wave is corrected. is there.
[0053]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, one or both of the correction bodies 11 and 13 may be fixed so that they cannot move with respect to the distal end sides 29 and 31. The magnet plate 71 and the first spring 73 can be omitted.
[0054]
The heat plate 67 is provided with a curl forming curved surface, but the curl forming curved surface 68 can be omitted if it is used only for extending eyelashes or correcting an artificial permanent wave.
[0055]
Further, it is not always necessary to form the distal end sides 29 and 31 of the sandwiching arms 7 and 9 narrower than the gripping portions 21 and 23 when viewed from the side surface in the sandwiching operation direction.
