Description
【0001】

An object of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive storage tank capable of efficiently precipitating suspended matters and not easily damaging the inclined plate or the storage tank due to the impact of the water to be treated by dropping.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the storage tank provided between the upstream water channel and the downstream water channel is divided into upper and lower layers so as to allow passage of foreign matters floating in the water to be treated. A storage tank partition structure, comprising an inclined plate provided in the depth direction midway of the storage tank, the inclined plate having an inclined surface inclined with respect to the water surface on the upper surface side, And a plurality of inclined plates arranged side by side so as to form substantially the same plane to form a first inclined plate group, and the plurality of inclined plates are substantially the same. The second inclined plate group is formed side by side so as to form a plane, and the inclined surface of the inclined plate of the first inclined plate group and the inclined surface of the inclined plate of the second inclined plate group are inclined in opposite directions. The first inclined plate group and the second inclined plate group are arranged in a V shape as a whole. Is a of the partition structure.
[0011]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the adjustment support member that supports the inclination angle of the inclined plate so as to be changeable is provided, the inflow amount of the water to be treated flowing into the storage tank and the suspended matter in the water to be treated Even when conditions such as content and content change, the inclination angle of the inclined plate can be changed, so that it can be precipitated in an optimum state.
[0012]
In addition, since a plurality of inclined plates are arranged along the inclined surface, when the storage tank is used, when suspended matter in the water to be treated settles, along the inclined surface of the inclined plate. It can be precipitated downward.
[0013]
In addition, since the plurality of inclined plates are arranged in a V shape as a whole by the first and second inclined plate groups arranged in parallel along the inclined surface, the storage tank is used to float in the treated water. When an object precipitates, it can be precipitated toward the V-shaped valley along the inclined surface of the inclined plate.
[0014]
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that the adjustment support member integrally supports the plurality of inclined plates constituting the first inclined plate group so that the inclination angle can be changed integrally. 1 is a partition structure of a storage tank according to 1;
[0015]

The fiber for reinforcing the foam may be any of inorganic fibers such as glass fibers, carbon fibers and metal fibers, and organic fibers such as natural fibers and synthetic fibers. Glass fiber is suitable. Examples of the glass fiber include glass roving, glass roving cloth, glass mat, and continuous strand mat. These fibers may be used alone, or two or more layers may be laminated, or long fibers and short fibers may be mixed and used. It should be noted that a long glass fiber reinforced rigid urethane foam (for example, manufactured by Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd., trade name “Eslon Neo Lumber FFU”, etc.) that uses long glass fibers in the longitudinal direction as reinforcing fibers is adopted. It is most preferable for reducing the weight, durability and processability.
