内視鏡用処置具は一般に、内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルに挿脱されるシース内に操作ワイヤが進退自在に挿通されている。

そのような処置具が内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルに挿通されているとき、シースの内面と操作ワイヤとの間の隙間を介して、体腔内の圧力が漏れ出さないようにすることが望ましい。またその隙間内は、処置具を使用した後で洗浄することが望ましい。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、注入筒95が突設されたシース基端口金94を製造するのに、単品切削によっていては大変なコストがかかり、モールド成形では金型が必要となるので、内視鏡用処置具において頻繁に行われるちょっとした改造等に大きなコストがかかってしまう。また、洗浄時に、シース基端口金94とOリング96との間が洗浄できずに汚染されたままになってしまう欠点もある。

そこで本発明は、製造コストが低く、しかもシースの内面と操作ワイヤとの間の隙間を漏れなく洗浄することができる衛生的に優れた内視鏡用処置具を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため、本発明の内視鏡用処置具は、操作線材が軸線方向に進退自在に挿通されてその操作線材を進退操作するための操作部が基端部に着脱自在に連結されたシースと、上記操作線材の外径より大きな内径を有し、上記シースの基端部の口元部分に上記操作線材を囲む状態に装着された弾力性のあるOリングと、軸線位置に上記操作線材が緩く挿通されて上記Oリングを軸線方向に押しつぶす状態と押しつぶさない状態を選択自在に上記シースの基端部に螺合して取り付けられたOリング押圧部材と、上記シースが上記操作部から取り外された状態において上記Oリング押圧部材の後端側に接続/離脱自在な送液管とを設け、上記シースが上記操作部から取り外された状態のときに、上記Oリング押圧部材が上記Oリングを押しつぶさない状態にして上記Oリング押圧部材に上記送液管を取り付けることにより、上記シースと上記操作線材との間の隙間に上記送液管から液を流し込めるようにしたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
図面を参照して本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
図2は、内視鏡用処置具の一つである生検鉗子を示しており、内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルに挿脱される可撓性シース3の基端に操作部10が着脱自在に連結されている。

そして、可撓性シース3内に軸線方向に進退自在に全長にわたって挿通配置されている操作ワイヤ1aを操作部10で進退操作することにより、可撓性シース3の先端に配置された鉗子カップ2を遠隔的に開閉させることができる。
