Description
The present invention relates to a so-called butt joint that constitutes a road bridge expansion / contraction device for road bridge structures in rivers, valleys, elevated roads, various roads, and the like, and relates to the structure of the expansion joint and the expansion joint construction method.
Conventionally, an example of this type of road bridge expansion and contraction device, that is, a so-called butt joint, has a configuration shown in FIG. FIG. 4 shows a vertical section in a direction perpendicular to the road width direction.
To explain this,
In the figure,
Then, the joint clearance D is determined in consideration of the total amount of expansion and contraction due to the outside air temperature of the bridge and the outside air temperature at the time of installation, and the cutting position of the
On the other hand, the
In addition, regarding the technical idea substantially the same as the above-described conventional technology, it is disclosed in “Standard Collection of Bridge Expansion Joints Collection Vol. 6” issued by the Japan Road Joint Association in January 2000.
Since the conventional technique has the above-described configuration and construction method, the following problems existed.
That is, according to the conventional technique, the
The structure of the expansion joint according to the present invention and the expansion joint construction method include a thin stainless steel frame disposed in the joint play, constituting a joint in a pavement in which high-fluidity flexible resin concrete is placed as a backing member, and the thin stainless steel frame Since a non-slip measure is applied to the surface of the flat portion and the seal rubber member is compression-inserted between the one end leg portions of the two thin stainless steel frames, the seal rubber member does not fall off or pop out.

In FIG. 1,

The high fluidity flexible resin concrete is formed after many years of use after the opening of traffic between the one and the
Further, according to experiments, for example, recycled glass is used as the glass cullet, and the bending strength applied to the joint structure is increased by including 30% of the maximum particle size of 3 mm or less with respect to 100% of the aggregate. It has also been found that bending slackness or compressive strength, and further the amount of abrasion can be configured as backfilling
Next, the assembly, construction procedure or operation of the expansion joint structure according to the present invention will be described to clarify the expansion joint construction method.

Next, for example, the above-described high fluidity flexible resin concrete produced with an aggregate and a glass member using a flexible acrylic resin as a binder is placed between the one and the

And traffic opening is carried out.
Thus, the expansion joint construction method according to the present invention is particularly suitable for installation on various roads, for example, for steel bridges between small spans and for all types of side bridges between small spans. A joint gap is formed on the floor slab, and one and the other pavement members are laid and constructed, and a pair is formed by forming one end leg portion, a flat portion, and the other end leg portion having a substantially arc cross section. In the substantially U-shaped thin stainless steel frame, the one end leg is suspended and loaded on the joint gap side, and the high-fluidity flexible resin concrete is placed together with the substantially U-shaped thin stainless steel frame, A backfilling member is placed adjacent to the other pavement member, and a seal rubber member is compression-inserted between one end legs of the thin stainless steel frame, and is installed between the other pavement members. The other back-filling member For example, since it is constructed with a high fluidity flexible resin concrete that has fluidity to go to narrow places, there is no dropout in joint corners and pavements when used for many years. However, it is possible to provide a construction method in the structure of a joint that can be worn almost uniformly without causing a level difference with the pavement member and can reduce the impact force caused by the wheel load.
