Description
前記の板は、穴明き板であって、エポキシ樹脂によって前記遠位端部に固定されているのが好ましい。
この装置は、前記シャフトと前記の板とを通って延びている熱電対をさらに備え、この熱電対が、前記の蓋に隣接して位置決めされた終端を含んでいてもよい。前記熱電対の終端は、前記の板と前記の蓋との間でエポキシ樹脂の中に埋め込まれている。場合によっては、前記電極は高周波電極である。
本発明によれば、金属伝導体と絶縁層とを備えている電気外科手術装置用電極が可能になり、その金属伝導体は、第1外面領域と、凸状本体と、凸状本体上の平坦面と、凸状本体を電気外科手術用プローブ把手に取り付けるための接続部とを有し、その絶縁層は、凸状本体および平坦面のうちの1つの選択された第2領域を除いて金属伝導体の第1外面領域を覆い、第2領域は、金属伝導体上に位置し、第2領域の幾何学的中心を通るとともに第2領域に対して実質的に垂直である直線は、プローブ把手が前記接続部に取り付けられるときにプローブ把手と金属伝導体とにより形成された軸に対してある角度で交差し、ここで、第2領域は第1領域の30%未満である。
Claims (6)
- 近位端および遠位端を有している細長いプローブ部材と、前記近位端に接続された把手と、前記遠位端に担持された電極とを備え、前記プローブ部材が、近位端部、遠位端部および遠位開口部を有しているシャフトを含み、前記電極が、平坦な板と蓋とを含み、平坦な板が、前記シャフトの遠位端部に固定されているとともに前記遠位開口部を少なくとも部分的に被覆しており、前記の蓋が、前記の板と前記シャフトの遠位端部の一部とを密閉している身体電気外科手術用装置。
- 前記の板が、エポキシ樹脂によって前記遠位端部に固定されている請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記シャフトと前記の板とを通って延びている熱電対をさらに備え、この熱電対が、前記の蓋に隣接して位置決めされた終端を含んでいる請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記熱電対の終端が、前記の板と前記の蓋との間でエポキシ樹脂の中に埋め込まれている請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記電極が、高周波電極である請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記の板が、穴明きのものである請求項1に記載の装置。
