各種樹脂製袋など、いわゆる可撓性を有する袋状のフレキシブルコンテナバッグ(以下、フレコンバッグと略すことがある。)内に小麦粉、セメント、タルクなどの粉粒体を充てんして遠隔地に輸送することが従来からおこなわれている。フレコンバッグの利点とするところは、使い捨て式或はリサイクル式いずれの場合でも、可撓性を有するので、輸送現地で開袋後かさ張らず、粉粒体を取り出した後の容器の処分、或は処理が非常に楽である。

従来、一般にフレコンバッグからセメントなどの粉粒体を取り出す開袋作業は特に密閉空間でおこなわれていないのが実状であり、したがってこの開袋作業に長期間たずさわっていると、粉塵の吸い込みによって、周囲環境をも汚染して粉塵公害を発生するという問題があった。これらの解決手段の一つとして、例えば、特開2002−145224号公報、特開平9−272629号公報、特開平6−329135号公報、特開平4−57728号公報には、粉塵を飛散させずにフレコンバックの開袋作業ができる装置が記載されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、いずれのフレコンバックの開袋装置も複雑、かつ高価であり、密閉系で作業するためフレコンバックをカッター等により切り裂くためフレコンバックの再利用ができないという問題があった。
また、特開平5−269336号公報の装置は、気体上放出物の収集装置であり、粉塵を必ずしも効率的に集塵できるとは限らなかった。
本発明は、簡便な構造で、効率よく粉塵の飛散を防止できる集塵装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者らは、上記課題を解決すべく鋭意検討した結果、吸引装置に連結された中空構造を有する集塵装置本体において、その内壁の適当な位置にスリットの入口開口部を配置することにより上記課題を解決することができることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

(1)粉体投入口周辺に設置され、中空内部を形成する内壁、外壁、上壁、底壁および対向する端壁からなる本体、内壁に配置された入り口開口部、及び内壁底部に沿って開放された入口開口部、吸引装置と接続することができる出口、及び上壁またはその近傍に可撓性を有する板状部材を備えた粉体投入口用の集塵装置であって、内壁に配置された入口開口部が、端壁の一方から他方への方向で互いに間隔を置いて配置された縦形スリットと、上壁またはその近傍に可撓性を有する板状部材の下部近傍に内壁に沿って配置された横形スリットからなることを特徴とする粉体投入口用の集塵装置に関し、

(3)吸引装置と接続することができる出口が、中空内部を形成する内壁、外壁、上壁、底壁および対向する端壁からなる本体全体に均等に複数配置されていることを特徴とする(1)または(2)に記載の粉体投入口用の集塵装置、

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の好ましい一実施形態を、図1〜3に示す。
本発明の集塵装置は、フレコンバックに収納された粉体の投入口に設けられるのが好ましい。集塵装置の大きさは、投入口の大きさに合わせて自由に設計できるため、取り扱うフレコンバックの大きさに特に制限されず、通常の20〜25Kg程度でも、大容量であっても構わない。また、図1〜3の集塵装置本体は、馬蹄形であるが、粉体投入口周縁部に取り付けられる形状であれば、特に制限されない。また、投入口周縁部をすべて囲繞することも可能であるが、フレコンバックの移動操作、開袋操作を容易に行うため、また、フレコンバック以外の粉体を取り扱うためにも、粉体の出し入れを容易とするための横方向の開放部を設けておくのが好ましい、
