Description
A〜C社製のAZ31Bマグネシウム合金材(Al:2.5〜3.5重量%、Zn:0.6〜1.4重量%、Mn:0.20〜1.0重量%、その他微量成分)を押出し後、圧延を行い、0.7mm×50mm×150mmの圧延材とし、これらを処理対象物とした。なお、A社製及びB社製の処理対象物の表面には、鉄やニッケル等の固着物が散在するものであり、C社製のAZ31Bマグネシウム合金材の表面には、鉄やニッケル等の固着物が散在しないものである。
しないノンクロム系処理が主流となっている。
Claims (2)
- アルミニウムの含有率が2.5〜3.5重量%のマグネシウム合金材の低電気抵抗皮膜化成処理方法であって、
処理温度を20℃〜70℃、処理時間を15秒〜240秒とした有機酸水溶液によるエッチング処理と、
処理温度を20℃〜70℃、処理時間を30秒〜180秒としたフッ化物を含有する水溶液による浸漬処理と、
強アルカリ水溶液によるスマット除去を行う浸漬処理とを順に行い、
その後リン酸塩による皮膜化成処理を行うこと
を特徴とするマグネシウム合金材の低電気抵抗皮膜化成処理方法。 - 請求項1に記載のマグネシウム合金材の低電気抵抗皮膜化成処理方法であって、
前記皮膜化成処理は、リン固着量が10〜100mg/m 2 の範囲内にあるように制御されることを特徴とするマグネシウム合金材の低電気抵抗皮膜化成処理方法。
