Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an elastic claw employed in a crawler type traveling device used as a traveling unit of a construction / civil engineering work machine or an agricultural work machine.LaIt is related.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a traveling device, a drive sprocket disposed on one side in the traveling direction, an idler disposed on the other side, a plurality of wheels disposed between the drive sprocket and the idler, a drive sprocket, an idler, and There is a crawler type traveling device that includes an endless belt-like rubber crawler that is wound around a roller and that rotates and drives a driving sprocket to circulate and rotate the rubber crawler in the circumferential direction.
[0003]
The rubber crawler is mainly composed of an endless belt-shaped crawler body made of rubber, in which a core metal in the crawler width direction is embedded in the crawler circumferential direction and over the entire crawler circumferential direction. Yes.
In addition, since extremely large tension (tension) acts on the rubber crawler in the crawler circumferential direction, a crawler circumferential tension member is provided in the crawler main body to surround the cored bar.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-60869 is an example of this tensile body, which is formed by arranging one end-end tensile strength cord wound in the crawler circumferential direction in parallel in the crawler width direction. This is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 2863588.
[0004]
In this case, since one tensile strength cord is formed into an annular shape by overlapping (lap jointing) both end portions thereof in the crawler body, (1) the end of the tensile strength cord (2) When the rubber crawler is wound around the drive sprocket and bent, and the tension in the crawler circumferential direction acts on the tensile body, The end side part rises to the outer peripheral side of the crawler body and causes cracking of the rubber. (3) The rigidity of the overlapping part of the tensile strength cord is large, causing problems such as vibration, noise generation, poor ride comfort, etc. (The tip refers to the most stretched portion of the tensile cord, and the end portion refers to a portion that is some distance away from the tip).
[0005]
As a tensile body that can solve such a problem, one tensile cord is wound in a spiral shape (one tensile cord is wound several times in the crawler circumferential direction while shifting the position in the crawler width direction). Thus, a seamless spiral (jointless) structure is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-76369 and Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 57-174287.
In order to mold a rubber crawler having a tensile structure of this spiral structure, as shown in FIGS. 22A to 22E, first, the left and right divided

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional rubber crawler provided with a tensile member having a spiral structure, it takes time to wind up the tensile cord on the unvulcanized rubber material.
In addition, since there is a gap between the tensile strength cords adjacent in the crawler width direction before vulcanization, there is a problem that the tensile strength cord is easily disturbed during vulcanization.
Also, if the end side portion of the tensile cord is close to (or in contact with) the adjacent tensile cord in the crawler width direction, the adhesion between the end side portion of the tensile cord and the rubber is poor, and therefore the rubber The end part of the tensile cord becomes easy to peel off from the rubber due to the compressive load, tensile load, torsional load, etc. acting on the crawler, and the rubber crawler is driven when the end part of the tensile cord peels off the rubber. When wound around a sprocket or the like and bent, the end portion of the tensile strength cord tends to rise to the outer periphery of the crawler, causing a crack in the rubber and exposing the end portion of the tensile strength cord. is there.
[0008]
Therefore, in view of the above-described problems, the present invention can reduce the winding time of the tensile cord and can reduce the disturbance of the string of the tensile cord.LaThe purpose is to provide.
[0009]
