【従来の技術】
高所作業車は、図2に示す如く、車両1上に旋回駆動自在に搭載した旋回台2に、起伏駆動自在にブーム3を取り付け、このブーム3の先端部に、ブーム3の起伏軌跡面に沿って揺動可能に作業台4を取り付けている。そして、作業台4は、レベリング装置によりブーム3姿勢変更に関わらず一定の対地姿勢を維持するよう揺動制御されている。

このレベリング装置は、図3に示す如く、ブーム3の先端部と作業台4の適所間に介装されブーム3先端部に対して作業台4を揺動させるレベリングアクチュエータ5と、このレベリングアクチュエータ5の駆動を制御するコントローラ6とで構成されている。そして、コントローラ6は、作業台4に取り付けられて当該作業台4の水平レベルからの傾きを検出する傾き角検出手段7と、この傾き角検出手段7の検出信号の作業台4水平レベル対応値(この作業台4水平レベル対応値は、作業台4が水平レベルにあるときの傾斜角検出手段7の出力する出力値に対応するものであり、制御信号出力部8内にあらかじめ記憶されているものである)からの偏差を基に演算し、前記レベリングアクチュエータ5をして作業台4の水平レベルからの傾きを解消させるための制御信号を生成する制御信号出力部8とで構成されている。制御信号出力部8が生成する前記制御信号は、レベリングアクチュエータ5の駆動制御手段9に入力されて、レベリングアクチュエータ5を駆動するようになっている。

このように構成した従来の作業台レベリング装置は、作業台4が水平レベルから傾くと、傾き角検出手段7からその傾きに応じた信号が制御信号出力手段8に入力され、制御信号出力手段8は、入力に係る信号からその傾き角を解消させるための制御信号を演算して生成する。制御信号出力部8によって生成される制御信号は、レベリングアクチュエータ5をして作業台4の前記傾きを解消させるに必要な制御信号である。そして、この制御信号によりレベリングアクチュエータ5が駆動されて作業台4が水平を維持するよう揺動駆動するのである。
このように構成したレベリング装置によれば、作業台を常に水平に維持させることができるので、近年多用されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、ブーム3の関連動作により作業台4の空間位置を調節することで、作業台4を傾斜した天井面に近づけて高所作業をする場合等においては、作業台4を水平レベルから多少傾斜させた方が高所作業の作業効率が向上させることができる場合があるのであるが、上記レベリング装置は、作業台4の対地姿勢が常に水平になるよう制御するものであるから、そのような傾斜調節ができないという問題があった。

この発明は、そのような傾斜調節ができる新規なレベリング装置を提供しようとするものである。

【問題を解決するための手段】
この発明の高所作業車の作業台レベリング装置は、上記目的を達成するため以下の如く構成する。
起伏駆動自在なブーム3の先端部に、ブーム3の起伏軌跡面に沿って揺動可能に作業台4を取り付けてなる高所作業車に用いられ、前記作業台4の対地姿勢を、前記ブーム3の起伏姿勢の変化に関わらず一定に維持させる作業台レベリング装置であって、
前記ブーム3の先端部と作業台4の適所間に介装されブーム3先端部に対して作業台4を揺動させるレベリングアクチュエータ5と、このレベリングアクチュエータ5の駆動を制御するコントローラ6とからなり、コントローラ6が、前記作業台4の水平レベルからの傾きを検出する傾き角検出手段7と、この傾き角検出手段7の検出信号の作業台4水平レベル対応値からの偏差を基に演算し、前記レベリングアクチュエータ5をして作業台4の水平レベルからの傾きを解消させるための制御信号を生成する制御信号出力部8を備えており、制御信号出力部8が生成した前記制御信号で前記レベリングアクチュエータ5を駆動制御するよう構成したものにおいて、
前記コントローラ6の制御信号出力部8に、当該制御信号出力部8が前記演算過程で用いる傾き角検出手段7の検出値、または、当該検出値の作業台水平レベル対応値のいずれか一方を人為的に補正するための補正手段を取り付けたことを特徴とする高所作業車の作業台レベリング装置。

本発明のレベリング装置は、上述した従来のレベリング装置における制御信号出力部8に、当該制御信号出力部8が制御信号の演算に際して用いる傾き角検出手段7の検出値を人為的に補正するための補正手段を付加し、この補正手段でもって傾き角検出手段7の検出値、または、当該検出値の作業台水平レベル対応値のいずれか一方を任意に補正できるので、例え傾き角検出手段から作業台4水平レベル対応値の信号(作業台4が水平レベルにあることを示す信号)が入力されていたとしても、制御信号出力部における制御信号の演算は、補正手段による補正分だけ作業台が傾斜しているとして制御信号を演算して出力するので、結果として作業台4は補正手段による補正に対応した傾き状態にレベリング調節されるのである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明のレベリング装置の実施の形態を図1に基づいて説明する。
本発明のレベリング装置は、上述した従来のレベリング装置の制御信号出力部8に、補正手段10を付加したものであるから、その他の構成および作用については、上記した説明を援用する。

図1において、10は、コントローラ6の制御信号出力部8に取り付けた補正手段である。この補正手段10は、制御信号出力部8が、制御信号の演算過程で用いる傾き角検出手段7の検出値、または、当該検出値の作業台水平レベル対応値のいずれか一方を人為的に補正するためのものである。この補正手段は、例えば、その出力電圧が人為的に±δvの範囲で変更可能な補正電圧発生手段で構成し、この発生電圧を、傾き角検出手段7の検出値Vまたは作業台水平レベル対応値V0に加えて、制御信号出力部8の前記演算に供するようにしている。

補正手段10は、通常は補正零となるよう手動設定しておく。この状態では、上記従来のレベリング装置と同様に、作業台4の対地姿勢は常に水平に維持される。作業台4の対地姿勢を、水平レベルから傾斜した状態に維持しようとする場合には、補正手段10を操作して、制御信号主力部8が制御信号の演算の際に使用する傾き角検出手段7の検出値Vまたは、作業台水平レベル対応値V0を補正する。すると、制御信号出力部8は、その補正分だけ作業台4が傾いていると見なし、この傾きを水平レベルにするための制御信号を出力する。その結果、作業台4は、補正手段による補正に対応した傾き状態にレベリング調節されるのである。

更に、この発明のレベリング装置は、傾き角検出手段の作業台4への状態が何らかの原因で変動し、それにより作業台4の水平レベルからずれてレベリング制御されるようになった場合の調節にも利用できるものである。
