Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a bucket-type waste receptacle (tank) used in a portable toilet. For example, a portable toilet having a deodorizing function can be obtained by simply replacing the waste receptacle of a portable toilet currently in use with the waste receptacle of the present invention. It can be used as a toilet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Elderly people with normal brains who can express stool, but who are physically weak, or physically disabled or patients with illness or accidents cannot go to the normal toilet, and unavoidably place a portable toilet on the side of the bed. To use.
[0003]
And the odor of stool excreted in the portable toilet gives pain to those who clean up this, and the bad odor emitted from it causes discomfort to other patients and caregivers. The patient's own mental pain that must be used also increases. In particular, in recent years when the number of care workers is small, it is not possible to immediately process a toilet bowl from which feces are excreted, and such pain and discomfort are further increased.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention proposes a sewage receptacle for portable toilets having a deodorizing function, and even for portable toilets currently in use, it is possible to effectively deodorize odors by simply replacing the sewage receptacle. It is made to be able to.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention suspends a filth bucket detachably in a deodorizing bucket that is detachably mounted on the opening of a portable toilet whose upper surface is opened in a substantially elliptical shape. An air passage formed between the waste bucket and the air suction port that opens at the upper end of the air passage communicates with an air discharge port provided at the bottom of the deodorizing bucket, and the air discharge port includes an intake fan. And / or a means for deodorizing air and / or a means for decomposing air.
[0006]
As described above, since the waste receiver has a double bucket structure in which an air passage is formed, if the waste receiver is exchanged and attached to a portable toilet having no deodorizing function, a portable toilet with a deodorizing function can be obtained. It is. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The main body 1 which is a toilet body of a portable toilet has an open bottom surface and an upper surface having an almost elliptical shape 2 and has a generally cylindrical shape. The base of the toilet seat 4 is pivotally supported by a hinge 3 provided on the upper surface of the container 1 adjacent to one end of the elliptical opening 2 in the major axis direction so that the toilet seat 4 can be tilted up and down.
[0008]
Reference numeral 5 denotes a deodorizing bucket that is detachably mounted on the peripheral portion of the upper surface opening 2 of the container body 1 and is supported so as to float in the container body 1. The air discharge port 6 is formed.
[0009]
A debris bucket 7 having a bottom which is slightly smaller than the deodorizing bucket 5 and is substantially the same shape as the whole. At the upper edge of the bucket 7, there are several places (four in the figure) on the inner peripheral edge of the upper surface of the deodorizing bucket 5. An engagement piece 9 that protrudes outward is formed corresponding to the support piece 8 that protrudes inward, and the waste bucket 7 is inserted into the deodorizing bucket 5. By suspending the engagement piece 9 on the support piece 8, a gap formed between the peripheral side surfaces and the bottom surface of the buckets 5, 7 becomes the air passage 10, and the engagement piece 9 on the upper edge of the waste bucket 7. The opening portion not provided with is communicated with the air passage 10 as an air suction port 11.
[0010]
An intake conductive fan 12 is attached to an intermediate portion of the cylindrical air discharge port 6 at the bottom of the outer deodorizing bucket 5, and an activated carbon cartridge 13 filled with activated carbon is replaceably attached to the lower side thereof. An ozone generator 14 is disposed on the upper side of the intake fan 12.
[0011]
Reference numeral 15 denotes a switch attached to a part of the flange portion 5a projecting outwardly from the upper peripheral edge of the deodorizing bucket 5 for mounting on the peripheral edge portion of the opening 2 of the vessel body 1, and the user has a toilet seat 4, the switch 15 is turned on by its own weight, and the fan 12 and the ozone generator 14 are operated via a power cord 16 connected to an external power source (not shown).
[0012]
Thus, when the toilet seat 4 is laid down for use, the intake fan 12 rotates and the ozone generator 14 is excited. And since the upper surface opening 2 of the container 1 is obstruct | occluded by a user's belly part, the air in the bucket 7 for inner side wastes in the air channel | path 10 from the upper suction opening 11 between the buckets 5 for outer deodorizing. A forced flow of air that enters and is exhausted from the outlet 6 will occur.
[0013]
Therefore, the odor emitted from the filth 17 excreted in the inner bucket 7 is introduced into the air passage 10, decomposed by ozone from the ozone generator 14, and subsequently deodorized by the activated carbon of the activated carbon cartridge 6. 6 is released as odorless air.
[0014]
Thereby, even if it is a portable toilet which does not have a deodorizing function currently in use, the bucket 18 of the waste container is taken out, and the above-described deodorizing bucket is mounted on the upper surface opening of the container 1 instead. A portable toilet having a deodorizing function can be obtained simply by suspending the waste bucket 7 inside (see FIG. 3).
[0015]
It should be noted that the suction fan 12 and the ozone generator 14 can be continuously operated by the controller for a predetermined time (for example, 10 minutes) even if the lid (not shown) of the portable toilet is used after the stool.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the portable toilet waste receiver of the present invention incorporates a deodorizing mechanism equipped with an intake fan in the outer bucket of the inner and outer double bucket structure forming the air passage, and sucks it from the air suction ports at the top of both buckets. The odor emitted from the waste in the inner bucket is guided to the air outlet of the outer bucket through the air passage between both buckets, and the odor is decomposed and deodorized during that time, so that the odor of excreted feces is leaked to the outside The debris receiver of the present invention can be easily converted into a portable toilet with a deodorizing function by matching the upper surface opening of the portable toilet having no conventional deodorizing function. Can have various advantages.
