[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the base part of the foot where absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins are attached moves rapidly, and in order to prevent leakage of menstrual blood, etc., it is necessary to follow this movement to fit the body and follow shorts. It is necessary to improve the nature.

The present invention has been made in view of the problems as described above, and its purpose is to devise a method for inducing deformation, to control the way of folding, to reduce the occurrence of twisting during use, and good fit. An object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin excellent in design.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
This invention was made paying attention to such a conventional problem, and in an absorbent article such as a napkin interposed between the front surface layer and the back surface layer, there is a compression site for integrating the front surface layer and the absorption layer. The present invention is completed by solving the above-mentioned problems by forming a planar pattern portion that is wider than the linear pattern portion and has a visual effect that is arranged in a staggered manner and divided. It came to do. In other words, the linear pattern part has a function of fitting the product central region narrowed at the compression part by a lateral force such as closing the crotch to the raised body, and the boundary between the planar pattern part and the linear pattern part is non-existent. Since the compression site is narrowed at the compression site, it tends to be a fold starting point and easily follows the body when viewed in the longitudinal direction. In addition, the planar pattern part is set to be more rigid than the linear pattern part (the planar pattern part has a larger compression area and higher rigidity than the linear pattern part), so the planar pattern part has a shape. The linear pattern part before and after this planar pattern part is easily moved back and forth, and the followability to the expansion and contraction of the shorts for fixing the product is improved. That is, it is possible to control at a location where a planar pattern portion having a high rigidity and a linear pattern portion having a lower rigidity are arranged, and the followability to shorts is improved.
[0011]
More specifically, the present invention provides the following.
[0012]
(1) In an absorbent article comprising a surface layer in contact with the skin, a back layer on the opposite side of the surface layer, and an absorbent layer interposed between the two layers, On the contact surface side, the surface layer and the absorption layer are compressed from the surface layer toward the back surface layer, and the surface layer and the absorption layer are integrated, and from the compression site Or a non-compressed portion that is not compressed and a compressed pattern portion that is a combination of the compressed portions, and the compressed pattern portion includes a linear pattern portion that includes a linear groove pattern, A planar pattern part composed of a dimensional pattern, wherein the linear pattern part and the planar pattern part are in a form in which the linear pattern part is divided by the planar pattern part. In the longitudinal direction, the linear pattern portion and the planar pattern portion are alternately continued. An absorbent article is provided, which is characterized by being arranged.
[0013]
According to the present invention, the linear pattern part has a function of raising the central region of an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin sandwiched between the linear pattern parts by a force such as closing the crotch and fitting it to the body. In addition, since the uncompressed portion of the boundary between the planar pattern portion and the linear pattern portion is sandwiched between the compressed portions, it is easy to be a starting point of folding, and along the body in the longitudinal direction, and an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin Increases the ability to follow the expansion and contraction of the shorts that secure the body, making it more fit to the body.
[0014]
Here, the planar pattern part is a compressed two-dimensional pattern formed by compressing the surface layer and the absorption layer from the surface layer toward the back layer, and is compressed. It is assumed to include a pattern composed of a part and an uncompressed portion that is not compressed or a pattern composed only of a compressed part.
[0015]
(2) The planar article portion is higher in rigidity than the linear pattern portion, and provides the absorbent article according to (1).
[0016]
According to the present invention, the planar pattern part is set to be higher in rigidity than the linear pattern part, so that the planar pattern part is divided in the longitudinal direction across the planar pattern part while maintaining the shape. Therefore, the linear pattern portion arranged in this manner is easy to move back and forth. In this way, the front and back linear pattern parts are easy to move around the planar pattern part, so that followability to stretch and shrinkage of shorts that fix absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins is increased and worn. It is possible to reduce a sense of incongruity caused by strain due to a difference in behavior of absorbent articles such as shorts and sanitary napkins. Here, high rigidity means that the surface layer and the absorption layer are compressed in many parts, or that the degree of compression is high, so that the density is increased, or the pattern is formed in the contour. This means that there is a truss structure skeleton (hereinafter referred to as skeleton).
[0017]
(3) The said linear pattern site | part and the said planar pattern site | part are arrange | positioned substantially continuously in the longitudinal direction along this side edge in the vicinity of the both-sides edge of the width direction of an absorbent article. (1) or the absorbent article as described in (2) characterized by these.
[0018]
According to the present invention, since the linear pattern portion and the planar pattern portion are arranged along the side edges in the vicinity of both side edges in the width direction of the absorbent article, the center of the absorbent article such as a worn napkin is provided. The twist etc. which arose in the part are prevented from extending to the side edge of an absorbent article by the compression site | part of this linear pattern site | part and a planar pattern site | part. This avoids the problem that menstrual blood flows to the side edge along the twist and causes side leakage.
[0019]
(4) The said linear pattern site | part and the planar pattern site | part are arrange | positioned in the zigzag form each of the said linear pattern site | part and the said planar pattern site | part arrange | positioned in the both-sides edge vicinity of the width direction of an absorbent article. The absorbent article as described in (3) is provided.
[0020]
According to the present invention, the strongly compressed planar pattern portion arranged in the vicinity of both side edges and the less rigid linear pattern portion have the same compression portion at a position that is symmetric with respect to the center line in the width direction. By not existing, the absorption diffusion region can be gained in the lateral direction. That is, in the case of a small absorbent article (such as a napkin used near the end of menstruation), if the planar pattern parts are paired, the absorption area of the absorbent article, particularly the part facing the excretory part, is reduced. . Absorption is also possible at each compression site, but the absorption function of the compression site is as a final block line to prevent side leakage, and it is required how to effectively use the absorber before reaching here. Accordingly, in a small absorbent article, it is necessary to arrange the planar pattern portions in a staggered manner in order to make the absorption diffusion region as wide as possible in the lateral direction.
[0021]
In addition, it is not uniform to arrange in a staggered manner in terms of design, and the design of the napkin is improved by arranging such a pattern.
[0022]
Moreover, even if it is not left-right symmetric, by arrange | positioning the starting point (part divided | segmented) which bends, the followable | trackability to shorts increases compared with the napkin which has the compression part which is the right-and-left symmetrical and is not parted.
[0023]
(5) The absorbent article according to (3), wherein the linear pattern portion and the planar pattern portion are arranged at positions symmetrical with respect to the center line in the width direction. provide.
[0024]
According to the present invention, the center part fits the excretion part by the force of closing the crotch, and the followability to the shorts is enhanced by the part that is divided as described above. However, as described above, since the diffusion range may be reduced in an absorbent article such as a small napkin, the arrangement of the linear pattern portion and the planar pattern portion is determined according to the size of the napkin. The
[0025]
(6) The absorbent article according to any one of (1) to (5), wherein the planar pattern part is a pattern formed by a compression part.
[0026]
According to the present invention, the compression part is shaped like a flower pattern (the pattern is shaped with a concave emboss formed by compression), so that the compression part surrounds the non-compression part. It can be clearly confirmed as a pattern when menstrual blood is present or not, and has the effect of forgetting for a moment when changing the feeling of depression during menstruation. In addition, the uncompressed portion of the pattern that is not compressed and the compressed portion that forms the pattern are different in appearance when touching menstrual blood, and the non-compressed portion exhibits a clear color of menstrual blood, Because the compression part has a film-like bottom surface due to compression, the color of menstrual blood is whitened (high whitening property) and the pattern such as floral pattern can be confirmed, so the feeling of depression during menstruation is replaced. The effect of forgetting for a moment sometimes further improves.
[0027]
(7) The absorbent article according to (6), wherein the planar pattern portion surrounds a non-compressed portion with a compressed portion.
[0028]
According to the present invention, the compressed part has a higher density than the non-compressed part, and the appearance of menstrual blood color differs between the compressed part and the non-compressed part. In other words, a clear color of menstrual blood is exhibited in the non-compressed portion, but since the bottom surface of the compressed portion is formed into a film by compression, the color of menstrual blood is whitened (highly whitened). It becomes easy to confirm patterns such as floral patterns.
[0029]
In addition, since it is surrounded by the compression site, the surface layer is attracted by the compression site, and the non-compression site surrounded by the compression site has a higher density than the non-compression site not surrounded by the compression site (surface Since the surface layer is pulled by the compression site that integrally surrounds the layer and the absorption layer, the absorption layer is lightly compressed), and menstrual blood is easily attracted. In addition, since the bottom surface is not in the form of a film as in the compression site, menstrual blood can be absorbed and retained.
[0030]
(8) The absorbent article according to (6) or (7), wherein the pattern is a floral pattern.
[0031]
According to the present invention, since the planar pattern portion is a floral pattern, the design is excellent and the merchantability is improved. It also has the effect of forgetting for a moment when changing the feeling of depression during menstruation.
[0032]
(9) The absorbent article according to any one of (1) to (8), wherein the linear pattern portion has a high compression portion and a low compression portion that are alternately arranged in the longitudinal direction.
[0033]
According to the present invention, menstrual blood that has diffused to a linear pattern part is transmitted through a linear pattern part in which a high compression part and a low compression part are alternately arranged, which is higher in density than an uncompressed region. , It can be spread before and after the product to prevent side leakage. Although the compression site has a force to draw the liquid, the function of absorbing and holding the liquid is poor because there are few voids. Therefore, the high compression site | part for attracting | sucking a liquid strongly and the low compression site | part of the function to absorb and hold are arranged alternately.
[0034]
(10) The absorbent article according to any one of (1) to (9), wherein a pin embossed portion for integrating the surface layer and the absorbent layer is disposed in a central region of the absorbent article. .
[0035]
According to the present invention, by partially compressing the absorbent article and integrating the surface layer and the absorbent layer, menstrual blood easily migrates to the absorbent layer at the pin embossed portion where the density is high, The remaining amount of menstrual blood in the surface layer can be reduced, and discomfort during wearing is reduced. In addition, when there are too many pin embossed portions in the central region, there is a possibility that a gap for confining menstrual blood in a space may be lost when a large amount of menstrual blood is discharged. Moreover, since the center area | region of an absorbent article becomes an area | region which contacts a excretion part, what has a small compression area like pin embossing is preferable. If a wide embossing such as a planar pattern portion is arranged in the central region, there is a possibility that a burden such as rubbing may be given to the delicate excretion part, which is not preferable. Here, the pin emboss means a dot-like thin concave portion that integrates the surface layer and the absorption layer, and its shape is not particularly limited.
[0036]
(11) The absorbent article according to any one of (1) to (10), wherein a compression part for linear pressure adjustment is disposed in the vicinity of the linear pattern part.
[0037]
According to the present invention, in the absorbent article, the planar pattern portions are arranged so that the left and right are not paired with the center line LL ′ in the width direction as the axis of symmetry. Since there is a linear pattern part next to the pattern part, the degree of application of linear pressure between the planar pattern part and the linear pattern part greatly changes during the production of the compressed part in the absorbent article. Since all of the linear pressure is applied to the linear pattern part, the material is destroyed. For this reason, in order to balance the line pressure between the planar pattern portion and the linear pattern portion, a linear pressure adjusting compression portion is arranged in the linear pattern portion to substantially equalize the linear pressure. As a result, problems such as tearing and embossing caused by embossing are solved.
[0038]
(12) In an absorbent article comprising a surface layer in contact with the skin, a back layer on the opposite side of the surface layer, and an absorbent layer interposed between the two layers, On the contact surface side, the surface layer and the absorption layer are compressed from the surface layer toward the back surface layer, and the compression layer is formed by integrating the surface layer and the absorption layer, The compression part includes a linear pattern part made of a linear groove and a planar pattern part made of a two-dimensional pattern, and the linear pattern part and the planar pattern part are the linear pattern The absorbent article folds by arranging the linear pattern portions and the planar pattern portions alternately and continuously in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article in a form in which the planar pattern portions are divided. A method for guiding a point and improving followability with shorts is provided.
[0039]
According to the present invention, the linear pattern portion has a function of raising the central region of an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin sandwiched between compression portions by a lateral force such as closing the crotch to fit the body. In addition, since the uncompressed portion at the boundary between the planar pattern portion and the linear pattern portion is sandwiched between the compressed portions, it tends to be a folding start point and easily along the body when viewed in the longitudinal direction. Also, the area of the planar pattern area is actually compressed more than the linear pattern area, and the rigidity is set high due to the skeleton, so when looking at the area of the planar pattern area In addition, while maintaining the shape of the planar pattern part, the linear pattern parts before and after sandwiching the planar pattern part can be easily moved back and forth. In this way, the front and back linear pattern parts are easy to move around the planar pattern part, so that the folding part of the absorbent article is guided, and as a result, the absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin can be used. The followability to the expansion and contraction of the shorts to be fixed increases.
[0040]
(13) In an absorbent article comprising a surface layer in contact with the skin, a back surface layer on the opposite side of the surface layer, and an absorbent layer interposed between the two layers, On the contact surface side, the surface layer and the absorption layer are compressed from the surface layer toward the back surface layer, and the compression layer is formed by integrating the surface layer and the absorption layer, The compression portion includes a planar pattern portion composed of a two-dimensional pattern, and the planar pattern portion is arranged in a staggered pattern in the longitudinal direction along both side edges in the width direction. Providing sex goods.
[0041]
According to the present invention, the planar pattern portion is easily subjected to a force by a lateral force such as closing the crotch. When the force concentrates on the planar pattern portion, the planar pattern portion partially receives the force, does not transmit the pressure from the side to the entire product, and prevents the entire absorbent article from being deformed. For this reason, it becomes possible for an absorbent article to deform | transform partially, and followability with respect to a motion of shorts will improve. Moreover, it is excellent in design property by the design of a planar pattern site | part.
[0042]
(14) An absorbent article comprising a surface layer in contact with the skin, a back surface layer on the opposite side of the surface layer, and an absorbent layer interposed between the two layers, On the skin contact surface side, the compression layer formed by compressing the surface layer and the absorption layer from the surface layer toward the back surface layer and integrating the surface layer and the absorption layer, and the compression A compressed pattern portion formed of a combination of the uncompressed portion and the compressed portion that is not compressed, and the compressed pattern portion includes a linear pattern portion formed of a linear groove pattern, A planar pattern portion comprising a two-dimensional pattern, wherein the linear pattern portion and the planar pattern portion are absorbed in a form in which the linear pattern portion is divided by the planar pattern portion. The linear pattern portion and the planar pattern portion are alternately arranged in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive article. Thus, the present invention provides a method for adjusting the flexibility of an absorbent article by adjusting the amount or positional relationship of the compressed pattern portions.
[0043]
According to the present invention, the linear pressure of embossing when applying a pattern to an absorbent article can be adjusted. Thus, by balancing the linear pressures and making them almost equal, tearing due to embossing, uneven embossing, and the like are eliminated. Moreover, in the manufacturing process which provides embossing, there is no danger that the convex part of the pattern arranged on the surface of the embossing roll will break in the production line.
[0044]
(15) An absorbent article comprising a surface layer in contact with the skin, a back surface layer on the opposite side of the surface layer, and an absorbent layer interposed between the two layers, On the skin contact surface side, the compression layer formed by compressing the surface layer and the absorption layer from the surface layer toward the back surface layer and integrating the surface layer and the absorption layer, and the compression A compressed pattern portion formed of a combination of the uncompressed portion and the compressed portion that is not compressed, and the compressed pattern portion includes a linear pattern portion formed of a linear groove pattern, A planar pattern portion comprising a two-dimensional pattern, wherein the linear pattern portion and the planar pattern portion are absorbed in a form in which the linear pattern portion is divided by the planar pattern portion. The linear pattern portion and the planar pattern portion are alternately arranged in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive article. In the absorbent article, the compressed pattern portion is composed of a main emboss and a sub emboss, and by adjusting the amount or positional relationship between the main emboss and the sub emboss, the flexibility of the absorbent article is adjusted. Provide a way to do it.
[0045]
According to the present invention, the balance of the line pressure of the emboss can be adjusted by the main emboss and the sub emboss.

For example, although the sanitary napkin has been described as the present embodiment, an absorbent article such as a panty liner or an incontinence pad may be used.
[0089]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the compression part is composed of a linear pattern part and a planar pattern part, and each part is alternately arranged in a staggered manner and is divided so that it is easily deformed at the part. Because it bends naturally and the absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin is bent to bend, the followability to the expansion and contraction of the shorts fixing the absorbent article such as the sanitary napkin is increased, Will fit. As a result, the movement of the shorts is not restricted, and the wearer feels that the wearer has attached the absorbent article to the shorts (appeals the presence of the absorbent article with the feeling that the absorbent article does not move while the shorts are stretched) Can be reduced.
[0090]
In addition, the planar pattern parts formed in the vicinity of both side edges of the absorbent article have a pattern with a high visual effect, such as a floral pattern, and this floral pattern can be clearly seen even after use. It has an effect to relieve a bad mood. At the same time, it serves as an indicator for determining when the napkin is replaced, and the determination at the time of replacement is facilitated. Furthermore, it is excellent in merchandise.
