Description
接触力ばねの支えとして、接触子支持体に固定された滑り突起が設けられ、この滑り突起によって接触力ばねの揺動支承部の動きが制限されることによって解決される。
この課題は、冒頭に述べた型の開閉接触子装置において、本発明により、接触力ばねは折曲部を有し、接触力ばねの折曲部は接触子支持体のほぼ平坦な滑り面に当接してこの滑り面と共に、滑り面に沿って動くことができる揺動支承部を形成し、この接触力ばねの揺動支承部は接触子レバーの回動軸心と接触子レバーの接触子を形成する終端部との間に位置し、接触力ばねの上部終端部は接触子レバーの接触子を形成する終端部に当接し、接触力ばねの上部終端部とは反対側終端部は接触子レバーの回動軸心が存在する箇所に当接し、
接触力ばねの支えを形成するために接触力ばねの終端部が折曲げられ、その折曲げられた終端部を受入れるための凹部が接触子レバーに設けられ、この凹部内にその折曲げられた終端部が嵌め込まれていることによっても解決される。

Claims (4)
- 接触子支持体(1)と、その接触子支持体(1)に回動軸心(11)を中心にして回動可能に取り付けられた接触子レバー(2)と、板ばねとして形成され接触子レバー(2)を対向接触子(5)に押圧する接触力ばね(8)とを備え、接触力ばね(8)が接触子支持体(1)と接触子レバー(2)との間に配置されている開閉接触子装置において、
接触力ばね(8)は折曲部(20)を有し、
接触力ばね(8)の折曲部(20)は接触子支持体(1)のほぼ平坦な滑り面(19)に当接してこの滑り面(19)と共に、滑り面(19)に沿って動くことができる揺動支承部(10)を形成し、
この接触力ばね(8)の揺動支承部(10)は接触子レバー(2)の回動軸心(11)と接触子レバー(2)の接触子を形成する終端部(18)との間に位置し、
接触力ばね(8)の上部終端部(14)は接触子レバー(2)の接触子を形成する終端部(18)に当接し、
接触力ばね(8)の上部終端部(14)とは反対側終端部(14)は接触子レバー(2)の回動軸心(11)が存在する箇所に当接し、
接触力ばね(8)の支えとして、接触子支持体(1)に固定された滑り突起(9)が設けられ、この滑り突起(9)によって接触力ばね(8)の揺動支承部(10)の動きが制限される

接触力ばね(8)の上部終端部(14)とは反対側終端部(14)は接触子レバー(2)の回動軸心(11)が存在する箇所に当接し、
接触力ばね(8)の支えを形成するために接触力ばね(8)の終端部(14)が折曲げられ、その折曲げられた終端部(14)を受入れるための凹部(15)が接触子レバー(2)に設けられ、この凹部(15)内にその折曲げられた終端部(14)が嵌め込まれていることを特徴とする開閉接触子装置。 - 接触子支持体(1)および接触子レバー(2)に互いに対向する突起部(16,17)が位置をずらして、開閉接触子装置の投入時のばね力が投入運動の終了期に増大するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の開閉接触子装置。
- 多重接触子装置として構成された開閉接触子装置において、すべての接触子レバー(2)の接触力ばね(8)が一部品から成る板ばね(23)の一部として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の開閉接触子装置。
