Description
【0001】

In order to solve such problems, a construction method has been proposed in which each drainage branch pipe is exposed below the floor of a building instead of the conventional buried pipe (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In addition, a drainage header in which a plurality of Y-shaped joint drainage pipe joints are rotatably connected between the concrete slab and the floor in the dwelling unit, and each drainage horizontal branch pipe is connected to each branch pipe portion of the drainage header. A drainage pipe system in a building in an apartment house such as a condominium connected to each other is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 2).

[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of the drainage header disclosed in Patent Document 2, since the height position of the central axis of the branch pipe part is the same as the height position of the central axis of the tubular part, the drainage horizontal branch through the branch pipe part. There was a problem in that the wastewater that flowed into the drainage header from the pipe flows backward from the branch pipe portion located on the downstream side.
[0009]
Also, since the cross-sectional shape of the tubular part of the joint drain pipe joint that constitutes the drain header is circular, when drainage flows into the drain header at the same time through multiple drain pipes and multiple branch pipes The drainage header is filled with water, and as a result, each drainage horizontal branch pipe is also filled with water. That is, there is no ventilation layer in the upper part of each drainage horizontal branch pipe.
For this reason, there is a problem that the siphon phenomenon occurs when the drainage in the drainage header flows downstream, and the sealing water of the trap provided in each drainage facility connected to each drainage side branch pipe is broken. It was.
[0010]
The purpose of the present invention is that the drainage flowing into the header body does not flow backward from the branch pipe connection part, and the drainage branch pipe can be easily inspected and cleaned, and is a good drainage header as a confluence joint for drainage pipe under the floor.-Is to provide.
[0011]
Another object of the present invention is that even if drainage flows into the header body from each branch pipe connection portion at the same time, the header body does not become full, that is, in each drainage branch pipe connected to each branch pipe connection portion. Drainage that does not become full of water and has a ventilation layer above it, and as a result, can prevent the breakage of traps provided in each drainage facility connected to each branch pipe connection For header-Is to provide.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention according to claim 1 is a drainage header for joining drainage flowing from a plurality of drainage branch pipes connected to each drainage facility in a building and draining the drainage pipe embedded outdoors. The header body comprises a cylindrical header body having connection portions at both ends, and a plurality of branch pipe connection portions projecting from the side wall of the header body. However, it has a cylindrical joint body having an egg-shaped cross-section having an inlet portion at one end and an outlet portion at the other end, and both sides of the joint body from both side walls. A plurality of pipe joints each having two branch pipe connection portions projecting in opposition to each other and one cleaning port projecting upward from the upper side wall in the direction of the central axis of each joint body The installation leg is provided at the lower part of the inlet part on the inflow side of the joint body so as to be orthogonal to the central axis of the joint body and the long axis of the sectional shape of the joint body.In addition, the curvature radius of the lower inner surface of the header body is smaller than the curvature radius of the upper inner surface.
[0013]
According to the drainage header of the present invention of claim 1, the header includes a cylindrical header body having connection portions at both ends, and a plurality of branch pipe connection portions protruding from the side walls of the header body, The cross section of the header body is egg-shaped, and the radius of curvature of the lower inner surface of the header body is smaller than the radius of curvature of the upper inner surface, so drainage that flows into the header body through the drainage branch pipe Improved characteristics.
[0014]
Moreover, since the cross-sectional shape of the header main body is egg-shaped, even if drainage flows into the header main body simultaneously from each branch pipe connecting portion, the header main body does not become full. That is, the drainage branch pipes connected to the branch pipe connection portions are not filled with water, and it is possible to prevent water breakage of traps provided in the drainage facilities communicating with the branch pipe connection portions.
[0015]
In addition, in the installed state where the exposed piping is under the floor of the building, one end of the header body located on the upstream side is detachably closed with a lid, for example, so that the header body can be removed from the upstream side of the header body. Inspection and cleaning of the drain main pipe connected to the end can be performed with good workability.
[0016]
Furthermore, various types of drainage headers with different numbers of branch pipe connection portions can be formed by combining a plurality of one type of pipe joints. For this reason, the die cost for molding the header for drainage becomes low. Also, for example, in an installed pipe exposed under the floor of a building, the inspection and cleaning of the drainage branch pipe to be connected can be carried out by using the cleaning opening that opens upward with respect to the installation surface as the inspection opening. Good workability.
[0017]
Also, an installation leg is provided at the lower part of the inlet on the inflow side of the joint body so as to be orthogonal to the central axis of the joint body and the long axis of the cross-sectional shape of the joint body. Therefore, the drainage header can be easily centered using the legs provided at the lower part of the header body without using a centering jig such as a swing-down swing or a level.
[0018]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the drainage header according to the first aspect, the cross-sectional shape of the branch pipe connecting portion is circular, and the central axis thereof is higher than the central axis of the curvature radius of the upper inner surface of the header body. Is located.
[0019]
According to the drainage header of the second aspect of the present invention, the cross-sectional shape of the branch pipe connecting portion is circular, and the central axis thereof is located above the central axis of the curvature radius of the upper inner surface of the header body. Therefore, the effect of preventing the backflow of the drainage flowing into the header body through the drainage branch pipe to the other branch pipe connection side is further improved.
[0020]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the drainage header according to the first or second aspect, the header main body has an egg-shaped connecting portion at one end and a cross-sectional shape at the other end. Is connected to an egg-shaped connecting portion of a pipe joint having a circular connecting portion.
[0021]
According to the drainage header of the present invention as set forth in

【The invention's effect】
In this invention of Claim 1, it consists of the cylindrical header main body which has a connection part in both ends, and several branch pipe connection parts protrudingly provided from the side wall of this header main body, The cross-sectional shape of the said header main body Is formed in an egg shape, and the curvature radius of the lower inner surface of the header body is smaller than the curvature radius of the upper inner surface, so that the hydraulic characteristics of the drainage flowing into the header body through the drainage branch pipe are improved.
[0059]
Moreover, since the cross-sectional shape of the header main body is egg-shaped, even if drainage flows into the header main body simultaneously from each branch pipe connecting portion, the header main body does not become full. That is, the drainage branch pipes connected to the branch pipe connection portions are not filled with water, and it is possible to prevent water breakage of traps provided in the drainage facilities communicating with the branch pipe connection portions.
[0060]
Furthermore, for example, in the installed state where the exposed piping is under the floor of the building, the inspection and cleaning of the drainage branch pipes to be connected can be performed by using the cleaning opening that opens upward from the installation surface as the inspection opening. Good workability.
[0061]
In addition, in the installed state where the exposed piping is under the floor of the building, one end of the header body located on the upstream side is detachably closed with a lid, for example, so that the header body can be removed from the upstream side of the header body. Inspection and cleaning of the drain main pipe connected to the end can be performed with good workability.
[0062]
Furthermore, various types of drainage headers with different numbers of branch pipe connection portions can be formed by combining a plurality of one type of pipe joints. For this reason, the die cost for molding the header for drainage becomes low. Also, for example, in an installed pipe exposed under the floor of a building, the inspection and cleaning of the drainage branch pipe to be connected can be carried out by using the cleaning opening that opens upward with respect to the installation surface as the inspection opening. Good workability.
[0063]
Also, an installation leg is provided at the lower part of the inlet on the inflow side of the joint body so as to be orthogonal to the central axis of the joint body and the long axis of the cross-sectional shape of the joint body. Therefore, the drainage header can be easily centered using the legs provided at the lower part of the header body without using a centering jig such as a swing-down swing or a level.
[0064]
In the present invention described in claim 2, since the cross-sectional shape of the branch pipe connecting portion is circular, and the central axis thereof is located above the central axis of the curvature radius of the upper inner surface of the header body, the drainage branch The effect of preventing the backflow of the drainage flowing into the header body through the pipe to the other branch pipe connection side is further improved.
