【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、ユニット住宅等、建築物の隣接配置された建物ユニット間或いは外壁部材の突き合わせ部分を塞ぐ外壁の目地構造、目地テープ及び外壁目地施工方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のユニット住宅等、建築物の外壁の目地構造としては、図18に示すような実公平4−21396号公報に記載されたようなものが知られている。
このようなものでは、外壁1の外装材2,2の間に形成された所定間隔の目地部3に、シーラント4を充填し、シーラント4の表面に弾性クロス5を埋設した弾性層6が設けられている。
この弾性層6の表面にはモルタル層7が形成されていて、このモルタル層7に弾性塗料層9を介して装飾タイル8,8が貼り付けられている。

次に、この従来の外壁の目地構造の作用について説明する。
このように構成された従来のものでは、前記弾性クロス5を埋設した弾性層6の表面にモルタル層7が形成され、このモルタル層7に弾性塗料層9を介して装飾タイル8,8が貼着されている。
このため、モルタル層7に微細なクラックが生じたとしても弾性塗料層9により、装飾タイル8,8にクラックが生じることを防止できる。

なお、他のこの種の外壁の目地構造としては、両外装材2,2に跨る位置の装飾タイル8の裏面側の何れか一方をモルタルによって固着すると共に、他方を硬化後も弾性を有する接着材を用いて下地材に貼り付ける特公平5−28303号公報等に記載されているものも知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような従来の外壁の目地構造では、以下のような問題点があった。
すなわち、施工現場において、前記シーラント4を充填した後、弾性層6を弾性クロス5を埋設させながら弾性アクリル材料のような弾性パテで形成して、乾燥養生させ、その上からモルタル層7を塗布形成しなければならない。
このため、天候に左右されやすい屋外作業となる外壁の目地処理を、充填及び乾燥養生を繰り返し行いながら施工しなければならず、工期を短縮させることが困難であるといった問題もあった。
そこで、本発明の目的は、上記の問題点を解消し、簡易な方法で目地構造の施工を行え、工期を短縮できる外壁の目地構造、目地テープ及び外壁目地施工方法を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、請求項1に記載された発明では、側縁部から所定距離離間されて壁板材が貼設された一対の壁パネルが両側縁部を突き合わせて設けられた目地部に、該側縁部に跨るように、前記壁板材と略面一となるように目地塞ぎ壁板材を貼設して、目地塞ぎ壁板材と壁板材との突き合わせ部分で両側縁部に跨るように弾性を有する目地テープを貼設し、更に、該目地塞ぎ壁板材及び壁板材並びに該目地テープの上に接着剤を介在させて装飾タイルを貼設した外壁の目地構造を特徴としている。

このように構成された請求項1記載のものでは、該壁面部側縁部に跨るように、該目地部に沿わせて貼設した目地テープによって、防水施工が完了し、従来のように乾燥養生に時間がかかることなく、容易に施工出来、工期を短縮させることが出来る。
また、前記目地テープは、弾性を有するので、前記両壁板材間の歪みを該目地テープが吸収し、タイルにクラック等が発生する虞もない。
しかも、目地塞ぎ壁板材前記壁板材と表面が略面一となるように貼設されているので、タイル間から目地部が見えることなく更に、外観品質が良好である。
このため良好な防水構造を短い工期で形成出来る。
