【The invention's effect】
According to the invention of claim 1, in the case palletizer for sequentially stacking the case groups arranged and supplied in an alignment pattern from the case alignment conveyor on the pallet, the case groups received in the drive roller conveyor device, By lowering the drive roller conveyor device, it can be placed between rollers and placed on several rows of support plates, and the case group can be moved horizontally in the state of being placed on the support plates and stacked on a pallet.
[0024]
In the conventional case group stacking device, the case group is pushed by the push plate and moved on the roller and the sliding plate, so the case arrangement may be disturbed due to the resistance of the roller and the sliding plate. However, in the apparatus of the present invention, since the case group moves while being placed on the support plate, the case is not displaced in the case group even in high-speed handling, and stable case mounting is possible. Can be implemented. Further, since the case group can be supplied to the driving roller conveyor device in the process of loading the cases onto the pallet, the loading process can be shortened and the speed of the palletizer can be increased.
[0025]
In addition, since the case group can be directly stacked on the pallet at a location adjacent to the drive roller conveyor device, an extra area is not required for the case stacking, and the entire palletizer can be made compact. In addition, since the structure of the stacking unit is simpler than that of the conventional case stacking apparatus, there are few dimensional change locations accompanying the type switching of the case group, and there is an effect that the type switching can be easily performed in a short time.
[0026]
According to the method of the invention described in
[0027]
In other words, the case group can be stacked on the pallet without being transferred to a roller or another sliding plate, so space-efficient case group stacking that does not cause case displacement even at high speed operation is realized with a simple configuration. There is an effect that can be done.
