Description

The present invention relates to a packaging method in which a packaging bag held in a horizontal position by a grip pair of a linear reciprocating automatic packaging machine is filled with an infusion bag folded in two and sealed.

The medical two-chamber infusion bag shown in FIG. 3 is formed into a flat rectangular shape by heat-sealing four sides with a thick synthetic resin film superimposed, and has a capacity of two chambers 1a and 1b. Are separated by a partition wall portion 4 subjected to heat sealing extending in the width direction. The infusion bag 1 is provided with a plug portion 7 at one end 2 in the width direction and a plug portion 8 at the other end 3, respectively, and a predetermined amount of different chemical solutions are filled into the chambers 1a and 1b by an automatic injection device, respectively. Has been. The partition wall portion 4 is provided so as to be broken by pressing the bag, and the two chemical solutions are mixed by breaking the partition wall portion 4 during use.

Since the infusion bag 1 is bulky if it is packed as it is, it is usually packaged in another large packaging bag b in a state where the infusion bag 1 is folded in two at the partition wall portion 4 as shown in FIG.

In JP-A-2003-261119, the upper part of an infusion bag in which a first filling part and a second filling part are filled with a chemical solution is suspended by a holding member, and in this state, the lower second filling part is centered on the seal part. The folding bag is lifted by the folding plate and folded to the upper first filling section, and the folded infusion bag is taken out by the holding member of the handling robot and is held in the upright posture by the gripper of the rotary packaging machine. Folding bag insertion method in which the infusion bag is moved downward by the opening operation of the clamping member of the robot and then completely stored in the outer bag, and the bag mouth of the outer bag is sealed in a later process Is disclosed.

In the packaging bag folding insertion method described in the above-mentioned published patent publication, the infusion bag is dropped and filled by the opening operation of the holding member of the robot with respect to the exterior bag in the upright posture, and thus heat sealing is performed. It is inevitable to give an impact to the partition wall. Since the partition wall portion is provided so as to be broken by pressing the bag, it can be said that it is not preferable to give such an impact as much as possible.
