Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an automotive wire harness, and more particularly, a wire harness that is a wire harness that is bound in two directions and has an L-shaped terminal crimped at the tip, and restricts the direction of the branched wire and the L-shaped terminal. By doing so, it is set as the attitude | position which can be connected to the volt | bolt which protruded from the electrical junction box.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, as a connection to a fuse box 1 of a wire harness 6 arranged in an automobile, wires 3 and 4 branched into two branches along the left and right outer surfaces of the fuse box 1 are wired. The L-type terminals 2, 2 connected to the ends of these wires 3, 4 are arranged on the upper surfaces of the left and right sides of the fuse box 1 with the L-type terminals 2, 2 facing each other. Connection was achieved by caulking with a nut N through the hole 2a.
[0003]
The procedure for forming the wire harness 6 branched in the two directions is to wire the wires 3 and 4 in a required branching direction with a jig or the like, and to make the L-type terminals 2 face each other at the ends of the wires 3 and 4. Crimping connection, holding and restricting the state where the L-shaped terminal 2 is opposed by a jig or an operator's hand, the branch portion of the two electric wires 3 and 4 is bound by tape T winding, and is protected by one electric wire 3 A corrugated tube 5 is externally fitted.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the electric wires 3 and 4 constituting the wire harness 6 are circular in cross section and the outer peripheral surface is a curved surface, when the two electric wires 3 and 4 are bound by tape T winding, as shown in FIG. There is a possibility that the left and right positions of the sliding wires 3 and 4 are reversed, and the branching direction of the wires 3 and 4 is reversed.
Moreover, since the branched electric wires 3 and 4 are one each, as shown in FIG. 6, the electric wires 3 and 4 themselves are easy to rotate and the direction of the L-shaped terminal 2 is also easy to change. In particular, when the arrangement of the wires 3 and 4 is reversed as described above, if the terminals face each other by changing the direction of each L-type terminal 2, the operator is sure that the wires 3 and 4 are correct. There is a risk of misunderstandings when branching in an array.
[0005]
This invention is made | formed in view of the said problem, and makes it the subject to prevent the direction of each electric wire and L-shaped terminal of the wire harness branched in two directions from changing accidentally.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention is arranged such that an electric wire branched in two branches along the left and right outer surfaces of the electric junction box, and the electric junction box of the electric junction box is faced with the L-shaped terminals connected to the electric wire terminals. arranged on left and right sides a top surface, a bolt protruding from the electrical connection box a automotive wiring harness that is configured to be connected through the bolt hole of the L-type terminal,
The three wires consisting of two small-diameter wires and one of the large-diameter wire as a two pair and taping binding to the branching position, the two small diameter serving as the two set in the tape winding position while bundling these three wires such that the detent state to the triangle shape is positioned above one of the large-diameter wire during the wire is divided into two pair and one and from the branch position 2 Branching in the direction, and co-crimping the ends of the two wires to one L-shaped terminal, and crimping one L-shaped terminal to one wire end,
Branch direction restriction in which the branch direction branched in the two directions is a direction along the left and right outer surfaces of the electrical junction box, and the horizontal protrusions in which the bolt holes of the two L-shaped terminals are formed face each other. The terminal wiring direction regulation used as the position provides the automotive wire harness regulated by tape winding that binds the three electric wires to the branching position.
[0007]
With the above configuration, the one electric wire enters the contact portion of the two sets of electric wires by bundling the two sets of electric wires and the one electric wire in a triangle shape and winding them with tape. Since it becomes a state, it is prevented that the arrangement | sequence of electric wires mixes up and down, and the branch direction control of the said 2 sets of 1 electric wire branched to the said 2 direction and one electric wire can be performed.
Also, since the ends of the two sets of electric wires are co-crimped to one L-shaped terminal, the sets of two sets of electric wires are fixed by co-crimping at the end and tape winding at the branch position. Therefore, the terminal direction can also be controlled so that the horizontal protrusions formed with the bolt holes of the L-shaped terminals are opposed to each other.
[0008]
More specifically, the electrical junction box is Ru fuse box der.
[0009]
That is, one branch line, which has conventionally been one large-diameter electric wire, is replaced by a set of two small-diameter electric wires, and the one large-diameter wire is connected to the contact portion of the two small-diameter electric wires. By arranging the electric wires into a triangle shape, the arrangement of the electric wires is regulated to prevent rotation.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The electrical junction box of the present embodiment includes a fuse box 1, and a wire harness W / H that branches in two directions is connected to the fuse box 1 as shown in FIG. 1.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 2, the wire harness W / H binds three electric wires 10, 11, and 12 to a branch position P with a tape T, and the two electric wires 10 and 11 are combined into one set from the branch position P. And the one electric wire 12 are branched in two directions.
While the two electric wires 10 and 11 are small-diameter electric wires, the single electric wire 12 is a large-diameter electric wire, and the electric wires 10, 11, and 12 at the tape T winding position are as shown in FIG. The two wires 10 and 11 in contact with each other are bundled in a triangle shape so that one wire 12 enters.
[0012]
In the present embodiment, the electric wires 10 and 11 that form a pair of the two are electric wires each having a core wire of 5 sq, and have a current allowable value equivalent to that in the case of using a conventional electric wire of 10 sq. One electric wire 12 is an electric wire having a core wire of 8 sq.
[0013]
The core wire exposed from the ends of the two electric wires 10 and 11 is co-crimped to the barrel 2c of one L-type terminal 2 as shown in FIG. One L-shaped terminal is crimped, and horizontal protrusions 2b protruding in an L shape from the substrate portion having the barrel 2c are opposed to each other.
A bolt hole 2 a is formed at the center of the horizontal protrusion 2 b of the L-type terminal 2 and is fitted to a bolt B protruding from the upper surface of the fuse box 1.
Further, a protective corrugated tube 5 is externally fitted to the set of two wires 10 and 11.
[0014]
When connecting to the fuse box 1 of the wire harness W / H, the electric wires 10, 11 and 12 branched into two branches are branched in two directions when the branch position P is located below the fuse box 1. The electric wires 10, 11 and 12 have a shape that naturally follows the left and right outer surfaces of the fuse box 1, and the L-type terminals 2 connected to the terminals of the electric wires 10, 11 and 12 face each other. 1 is arranged on the upper surfaces of both left and right sides. Therefore, the bolt hole 2a of the L-shaped terminal 2 can be positioned almost automatically above the left and right bolts B protruding from the fuse box 1, and the bolt hole 2a is fitted to the bolt B and the nut N is used. It is possible to easily perform the caulking connection work.
[0015]
In this way, with the above configuration, two sets of electric wires 10 and 11 and one electric wire 12 are bundled in a triangle shape and wound with a tape T, and the two sets of electric wires 10 and 11 are contacted with each other. Since one electric wire 12 enters, it is possible to prevent the arrangement of the electric wires 10, 11, and 12 from being reversed, and a set of two electric wires 10, 11 and one electric wire branched in two directions. Twelve branching direction restrictions can be easily performed.
[0016]
In addition, since the terminals of the two sets of electric wires 10 and 11 are co-crimped to one L-type terminal 2, the two sets of electric wires 10 and 11 are co-crimped and branched at the terminal side. Since the arrangement is regulated on both sides by fixing the tape T with the tape T, the horizontal protrusions 2b formed with the bolt holes 2a of the L-type terminal 2 can be kept facing each other, and the direction of the L-type terminal 2 is also restricted. It can be carried out.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the two sets of electric wires and the one electric wire can be bundled in a triangle shape and taped, and the two sets of electric wires can be wound. Since the one electric wire enters the contact portion, the arrangement of the electric wires can be prevented from being mixed and the branching direction of the two sets of electric wires and the one electric wire can be regulated.
[0018]
In addition, since the ends of the two sets of electric wires are co-crimped to one L-shaped terminal, the two sets of electric wires can be co-crimped and fixed on the end side and wound on the branch position side. Since the arrangement is held on both sides by the fixing, the terminal direction can also be regulated so that the horizontal protrusions in which the bolt holes of the L-shaped terminal are formed face each other.
