Claims (5)
- 座席シートと車内フロアの間に介在され、座席シートに座る乗員の荷重を検出するためのシートウエイトセンサであって、
荷重センサが内装されるロードセルと、このロードセルの支持軸を保持する支持部と、を備え、
前記支持部は、中央部が***して前記支持軸を保持する凸部と、この凸部の両翼に設けられ締結部にて前記車内フロア側に固定される一対のフランジと、を有し、
前記支持部は、前記凸部から前記一対のフランジにおける前記締結部に向う方向に略直交する方向へ延び、前記フランジの厚み方向に貫通した一対の貫通穴を前記凸部の周辺に設け、
前記支持部の両側部は、前記凸部から前記一対のフランジの端部に至るまで連続であり、当該支持部の両側部間に介在する部位と前記凸部は、前記一対の貫通穴で遮断されて非連続とし、
前記支持部の両側部には、当該両側部から***される一対のリブが設けられているシートウエイトセンサ。 - 前記一対のリブは、前記凸部に結合している請求項1に記載のシートウエイトセンサ。
- 前記一対の貫通穴の各両終端から屈折して前記一対のフランジの端部から前記凸部に向う方向と平行に互いに近づく一対の第2貫通穴を含んでいる請求項1又は2に記載のシートウエイトセンサ。
- 前記一対のリブの***高さは前記凸部の***高さと同じであり、前記一対のリブは、前記一対の第2貫通穴同士に挟まれた結合部を介して前記凸部に結合している請求項3に記載のシートウエイトセンサ。
- 前記座席シートの四隅に配置される請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のシートウエイトセンサ。
