【0026】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shoe. In particular, the present invention relates to an improvement in the pattern of the bottom surface of a shoe.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The shoe is interposed between the wearer's foot and the ground, and functions to transmit the force generated by the movement of the human body to the ground. If the coefficient of friction between the shoe and the ground is small, the shoe will slip. Slip inhibits movement. The wearer may fall down due to the slip. Anti-slip performance is important for shoes. Various shoes having excellent anti-slip performance have been proposed (see JP 2002-34609 A).
[0003]
For shoes, cushioning performance is also important. If the shoe cushioning performance is inferior, the human body will be adversely affected. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-236909 discloses a shoe excellent in cushioning performance.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a shoe excellent in anti-slip performance and buffer performance.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The shoe according to the present invention includes an upper and an outsole made of a polymer composition. In this shoe, the ratio (μb / μf) of the friction coefficient μb in the toe direction on the bottom surface of the rear foot part to the friction coefficient μf in the heel direction on the bottom surface of the front foot part is 0.95 or less.
[0007]
When the shoes land during forward movement, a large load is applied to the rear foot. The direction of this load is the toe direction. In the shoe according to the present invention, since the friction coefficient μb is small, a slight slip occurs between the ground and the shoe when landing. This minute slip reduces the impact. Since the slip is minute, there is almost no adverse effect on the movement. When the shoes take off during forward movement, a large load is applied to the forefoot. The direction of this load is the heel direction. In the shoe according to the present invention, since the friction coefficient μa is large, slip at the time of takeoff is suppressed. This shoe is excellent in both anti-slip performance and shock-absorbing performance.
[0008]
The design method according to the present invention includes the following steps.
(1) a step in which horizontal and vertical floor reaction forces during movement are measured with a three-dimensional floor reaction force meter;
(2) The step of obtaining the peak value Rm of the ratio R of the horizontal floor reaction force to the vertical floor reaction force, and (3) the friction coefficient μb in the toe direction on the bottom surface of the rear foot is 50% of the peak value Rm. The friction coefficient μf in the heel direction of the bottom surface of the forefoot is 1% of the maximum value Rm.
A step of determining a bottom surface pattern to be equal to or greater than 00%.
[0009]
By this design method, a shoe excellent in both anti-slip performance and buffer performance can be obtained.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on preferred embodiments with appropriate reference to the drawings.
[0011]
FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway sectional view showing a shoe 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The shoe 1 includes an upper 2, an
[0012]
The left-right direction in FIG. 1 is the length direction of the shoe 1. The left side in FIG. 1 is the toe side, and the right side is the heel side. The shoe 1 is divided into a front foot part F and a rear foot part B with the center in the length direction as a boundary.
[0013]
There are a passive impact and an active impact as an impact applied to the foot during an exercise such as running. Passive impact occurs mainly when landing. The frequency of passive impact is 7 Hz or more. Passive impact can cause injury to the human body. The passive impact is mainly applied to the rear foot B, and the direction is the toe direction. On the other hand, active impact occurs mainly during takeoff. The frequency of active impact is less than 7 Hz. Active impacts have little adverse effect on the human body. The active impact is mainly applied to the forefoot part F, and the direction thereof is the heel direction.
[0014]
Even if slip occurs between the shoe 1 and the ground, the wearer does not feel slip if the degree is very small. Such minute slip is referred to as “insensitive slip”. Due to the occurrence of such a minute slip, the impact transmitted to the human body is alleviated.
[0015]
In the shoe 1 shown in FIG. 1, the friction coefficient μb in the toe direction on the bottom surface of the rear foot B is smaller than the friction coefficient μf in the heel direction on the bottom surface of the front foot F. The ratio (μb / μf) between them is 0.95 or less. In the shoe 1, since the friction coefficient μb is small, a minute slip occurs when landing. This minute slip relieves passive impact at the time of landing. In this shoe 1, since the friction coefficient μf is large, slip at the time of takeoff is prevented. By preventing slipping, the force is reliably transmitted to the ground. By preventing slipping, the wearer is prevented from falling. In this shoe 1, the active impact that occurs at the time of takeoff is not relieved, but the active impact has little adverse effect on the human body, so that it is difficult to cause an obstacle. This shoe 1 is excellent in both anti-slip performance and buffer performance.
[0016]
In general shoes, a flexible midsole is used for the purpose of improving buffer performance. If the midsole is thick, passive impacts are mitigated. However, the thick midsole is contrary to the demand for lighter shoes. Moreover, the thick midsole mitigates active impacts and inhibits movement. In the shoe 1 according to the present invention, since the active impact is not relieved, the movement is not hindered.
[0017]
The ratio (μb / μf) is preferably 0.90 or less, and particularly preferably 0.85 or less, from the viewpoint of anti-slip performance, buffer performance, and exercise performance. If the ratio (μb / μf) is too small, significant slip occurs at the time of landing. Therefore, the ratio (μb / μf) is preferably 0.40 or more, particularly preferably 0.55 or more.
[0018]
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing how the friction coefficient is measured. The friction coefficient μb and the friction coefficient μf are static friction coefficients. The measurement is performed on a polyurethane track G of the athletic stadium. In the measurement, a vertical load of 700 N is applied to the
[0019]
Examples of the technique for obtaining the shoe 1 having a ratio (μb / μf) of 0.95 or less include the following.
(1) The density of the protrusions 6 of the front foot part F is made larger than the density of the protrusions 6 of the rear foot part B.
(2) The height of the protrusion 6 of the front foot F is made larger than the height of the protrusion 6 of the rear foot B.
(3) The hardness of the protrusion 6 of the front foot F is made larger than the hardness of the protrusion 6 of the rear foot B.
(4) The protrusion 6 having the inclination angle with respect to the horizontal direction of the toe side wall surface smaller than the inclination angle with respect to the horizontal direction of the heel side wall surface is disposed on the rear foot B.
In the shoe 1 shown in FIG. 1, the protrusion 6 having a smaller inclination angle with respect to the horizontal direction of the toe
[0020]
The bottom pattern is preferably designed by the following method. First, a human exercises (typically running), and the horizontal and vertical floor reaction forces during the exercise are measured with a three-dimensional floor reaction force meter. Thereby, the time history of the ratio R of the horizontal load to the vertical load is obtained. Next, the peak value Rm of this ratio R is determined. Next, the friction coefficient μb in the toe direction on the bottom surface of the rear foot B is 50% to 98% of the peak value Rm, and the friction coefficient μf in the heel direction on the bottom surface of the front foot F is 100% of the peak value Rm. As described above, the pattern of the bottom surface is determined.
[0021]
As the three-dimensional floor reaction force meter, “quartz piezoelectric multi-component force plate 9287B” manufactured by Kistler can be suitably used. A method for measuring the floor reaction force with this three-dimensional floor reaction force meter is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-34609.
[0022]
When the friction coefficient μb is less than 50% of the peak value Rm, the slip at the time of landing increases, and the wearer may feel uncomfortable. In this respect, the friction coefficient μb is preferably 60% or more of the peak value Rm. When the friction coefficient μb exceeds 98% of the peak value Rm, no insensitive slip occurs and a large passive impact may occur. In this respect, the friction coefficient μb is preferably 95% or less, more preferably 95% or less, still more preferably 90% or less, and particularly preferably 80% or less of the peak value Rm.
[0023]
If the friction coefficient μf is less than 100% of the peak value Rm, slippage may occur at the time of takeoff, and movement may be hindered. From this viewpoint, the friction coefficient μf is preferably 105% or more, particularly preferably 110% or more of the peak value Rm. The friction coefficient μf is 200% or less of the peak value Rm.
[0024]
FIG. 3 is a bottom view showing a

Hereinafter, the effects of the present invention will be clarified by examples. However, the present invention should not be construed in a limited manner based on the description of the examples.
[0026]
[Example 1]
A rubber composition based on a styrene-butadiene copolymer was put into a mold, and a crosslinking reaction was caused to the rubber to obtain an outsole having a shape similar to that shown in FIG. A number of protrusions are formed on the sole. This protrusion has a cylindrical shape, a diameter of 3 mm, and a height of 2 mm. The number of protrusions of the rear foot B is 80, and the number of protrusions of the front foot F is 110. The shoe of Example 1 was obtained by attaching a midsole made of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and an upper made of cotton to the sole.
[0027]
[Examples 2 to 4 and Comparative Example 1]
Tennis shoes of Examples 2 to 4 and Comparative Example 1 were obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the mold was changed and the number of protrusions of the rear foot B was as shown in Table 1 below. It was.
[0028]
[Comparative Example 2]
A tennis shoe of Comparative Example 2 was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the mold was changed and the number of protrusions of the front foot F was as shown in Table 1 below.
[0029]
[Practical test]
Players were allowed to wear shoes and run on a polyurethane track in the track and field. Then, the cushioning performance at the time of landing and the anti-slip performance at the time of landing were evaluated in five stages from “1” to “5”. At the same time, he answered whether or not he felt a slip when landing. Regarding the buffering performance at the time of landing, “5” is given when the impact is least felt, and “1” is given when the impact is felt most. With regard to anti-slip performance at the time of takeoff, “5” was given as the least slippery and “1” was given as the most slippery. The results are shown in Table 1 below.
[0030]
[Table 1]
[0031]
As shown in Table 1, the shoe of the example is excellent in both anti-slip performance and cushioning performance. From this result, the superiority of the present invention is clear.
[0032]
