Description
Claims (7)
- 不断の電力を重要な負荷(14)に提供する電力システム(8)であって、
a. 重要な負荷(14)に供給するのに十分な電力を提供する、第1の電力供給源(10)と、
b. 複数の燃料電池電力設備(18)から成り、重要な負荷(14)に供給するのに十分な電力を提供し、通常は実質的に連続して重要な負荷(14)に接続されかつ電力を供給するように適合された、第2の電力供給源(18)と、
c. 第1の電力供給源(10)を第2の電力供給源(18)および重要な負荷(14)に選択的に接続しかつ接続を解除する静的スイッチ(19)と、
d. 第1の電力供給源(10)の通常作動時は、第1の電力供給源(10)を重要な負荷(14)および第2の電力供給源(18)と接続し、かつ、第1の電力供給源(10)の作動が通常から所定範囲を超えて逸脱する場合のときは、重要な負荷(14)および第2の電力供給源(18)から第1の電力供給源(10)の接続を迅速に解除するように、静的スイッチ(19)の状態を制御する、スイッチ制御装置(49、45)と、
e. 複数の燃料電池電力設備(18)を制御する、サイト管理制御装置(31)と、
を備え、
前記第1の電力供給源(10)は、公益事業設備電力送電網であり、各燃料電池電力設備(18)は、モード制御信号(D1/401’、D2/402’)に応答して送電網接続モードまたは送電網独立モードでそれぞれの燃料電池(18)の作動を設定する電力調整システム(PCS)を含み、サイト管理制御装置(31)は、スイッチ制御装置(49、45)と電力調整システム(PCS)の中間に接続されるとともにスイッチ制御装置(49、45)からの予備的モード信号(M1/401、M2/402)に応答して、モード制御信号(D1/401’、D2/402’)を燃料電池電力調整システム(PCS)に提供し、それによって、複数の燃料電池電力設備(18)は、送電網接続モードと送電網独立モードの間で作動を迅速に移行させることを特徴とする電力システム(8)。 - 前記スイッチ制御装置(49、45)は、第1の電力供給源(10)が通常作動に戻るときは、第1の電力供給源(10)を重要な負荷(14)および第2の電力供給源(18)と迅速に再接続するように、静的スイッチ(19)の状態を付加的に制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力システム(8)。
- 前記静的スイッチ(19)は、ソリッドステート装置であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力システム(8)。
- 前記ソリッドステート装置は、サイリスタ(19)であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電力システム(8)。
- 前記重要な負荷(14)および第2の電力供給源(18)からの第1の電力供給源(10)の接続の迅速な解除、および、送電網接続モードと送電網独立モードの間の複数の燃料電池電力設備(18)の作動の迅速な移行は、約4ミリ秒間の時間内に生じることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力システム(8)。
- 前記重要な負荷(14)および第2の電力供給源(18)からの第1の電力供給源(10)の接続の迅速な解除は、約4ミリ秒間の時間内に生じることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力システム(8)。
- 実質的に連続した電力を少なくとも1つの重要な負荷(14)に提供する電力システム(8)であって、
a. 重要な負荷(14)に供給するのに十分な電力を提供する、公益事業設備送電網電力供給源(10)と、
b. 複数の燃料電池電力設備(18)であって、各燃料電池電力設備(18)が、モード制御信号(D1/401’、D2/402’)に応答して送電網接続モードまたは送電網独立モードでそれぞれの燃料電池(18)の作動を設定する電力調整システム(PCS)を含み、さらに、複数の燃料電池電力設備(18)は、重要な負荷(14)に供給するのに少なくとも十分な電力を提供するように実質的に連続して作動し、通常は実質的に連続して重要な負荷(14)に接続されかつ電力を供給する、複数の燃料電池電力設備(18)と、
c. 送電網電力供給源(10)を複数の燃料電池電力設備(18)および重要な負荷(14)に選択的に接続しかつ接続を解除する静的スイッチ(19)と、
d. 送電網電力供給源(10)の通常作動時は、送電網電力供給源(10)を重要な負荷(14)および複数の燃料電池電力設備(18)と接続し、かつ、送電網電力供給源(10)が通常から所定範囲を超えて逸脱するときは、重要な負荷(14)および複数の燃料電池電力設備(18)から送電網電力供給源(10)の接続を4ミリ秒間の時間内に解除するように、静的スイッチ(19)の状態を制御する、スイッチ制御装置(49、45)と、
e.スイッチ制御装置(49、45)と電力調整システム(PCS)の間に接続されるとともにスイッチ制御装置(49、45)からの予備的モード信号(M1/401、M2/402)に応答して、モード制御信号(D1/401’、D2/402’)を燃料電池電力調整システム(PCS)に提供し、それによって、複数の燃料電池電力設備(18)が、送電網接続モードと送電網独立モードの間で作動を4ミリ秒間の時間内に迅速に移行させるようにする、サイト管理制御装置(31)と、
を備えることを特徴とする電力システム(8)。
