BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a low tank drain valve provided in a flush water tank of a toilet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a flush tank low water tank drain valve has been used for toilet flush water tanks. This dual flush valve type low tank drain valve is incorporated in the wash water tank and has operation buttons for small washing and large washing arranged on the surface of the washing water tank.
Examples of such a dual flush valve type low tank drain valve are described in, for example, U.S. Pat. No. 5,657,494 and U.S. Pat. No. 6,081,938. The low tank drain valve described in these specifications is provided with an operating portion at the upper end, a casing having a lower end communicating with the tank drain, and an inner sleeve having a float and a valve body at the lower end. A feature of the sleeve is that it also serves as an overflow drain pipe.
In addition, as a low tank drain valve considering the operation of the operation section, a solenoid valve is used to lift the valve body in the cylinder to perform a drain operation, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 55-92438 and U.S. Pat. No. 6, No. 263,519, as well as a self-cleaning valve described in, for example, US Pat. No. 4,304,015, which uses air pressure to lift the valve body in the pipe to perform drainage. There are also examples.
There are other examples of low tank drain valves that are remotely controlled using steel wire.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the low tank drain valve having a mechanism for opening and closing the valve body by moving the valve body in the vertical direction as in US Pat. No. 5,657,494, the auxiliary operation portion is disposed above the low tank drain valve. And since the operation part of the casing upper end connected via the rod from the said auxiliary operation part is provided, it was difficult to arrange | position an auxiliary operation part to a free direction and arbitrary positions.
[0004]
On the other hand, in the low tank drain valve aiming at remote control, such as JP-A-55-92438, when the electromagnetic valve is used as a driving means, the valve body on which the head of washing water collected in the low tank is applied is operated. Therefore, it is necessary to generate a great force. Therefore, in order to drive with a solenoid valve, it is necessary to enlarge the solenoid valve itself. For this reason, since the solenoid valve is larger than the low tank drain valve, it is difficult and unstable to incorporate the solenoid valve into the low tank drain valve.
In addition, it was difficult to realize it because it could not be stored in the washing water tank. Particularly, since the shaft is moved to the upper limit by the electromagnetic valve and the valve body is opened by the shaft, a stroke length to be moved up and down of the shaft must be secured, and the mounting in the low tank becomes difficult.
[0005]
Further, when such a solenoid valve is used, it is desirable to provide a manual operation means as a reserve means in case this solenoid valve fails. However, when this solenoid valve is used, it is difficult to easily incorporate the auxiliary operation means by attaching the solenoid valve to the upper end of the low tank drain valve. To achieve this, the structure becomes complicated and the humidity is high. In the low tank, it can also lead to poor operation.
[0006]
Furthermore, in the low tank drain valve that uses steel wire or the like as a remote control means, the low tank drain valve is housed in a narrow wash water tank, so if the wire is forcibly bent and assembled, the torque transmission performance of the wire will be significantly reduced. Therefore, the operation unit can be arranged only at a position where the wire is not bent as much as possible.
[0007]
Then, this invention is providing the compact low tank drain valve which can be accommodated in a low tank. In particular, it is an object of the present invention to provide a low tank drainage valve that can easily operate the operation part with a small force and can arrange the auxiliary operation part of the low tank drainage valve in a free direction and at an arbitrary position.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a low tank drain valve operating device that is compact and can be easily attached to a conventional low tank drain valve by retrofitting.
[0008]
[Means for solving the problems and actions / effects]
In
[0009]
By operating the operation unit using the rotary arm in this way, the movable height of the rotary arm can be kept lower than the actuator shaft that rotates the rotary arm. Can be lowered.
Therefore, this auxiliary operating device can be arranged in a narrow gap between the tank lid and the casing.
The operation unit may be operated by being pushed down or operated by being pulled up.
[0010]
In addition, when attached to a dual flush valve type low tank drain valve as in the prior art (US Pat. No. 5,657,494) , Operation unit The auxiliary operation device can be arranged above the casing so as not to interfere with the rod that contacts the rod. In other words, since it is the rotary arm that operates the operation unit, it is only necessary that the rotary arm be disposed on the operation unit, and the rotary actuator body that transmits the driving force by the actuator shaft is shifted from above the casing. Therefore, the rod and the rotating arm can be arranged so as not to interfere with the upper part of the operation unit. Therefore, the rotary arm of the rotary actuator of The vertical drive can be reliably transmitted to the operation unit. Therefore, the operation unit can be easily operated with a small force for infants and elderly people who cannot take an unreasonable posture. , Stable The drainage operation can be realized.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the rotary actuator includes a motor and a reduction gear that decelerates the rotation of the motor and transmits it to the actuator shaft. It was a valve.
[0012]
In the present invention, the operating portion can be operated with high torque by using the reduction gear. Therefore, a small motor can be used for driving the rotary actuator, so that the auxiliary operation device itself can be made compact.
In particular, in the case of using a conventional solenoid valve, the driving force of the solenoid valve is directly transmitted to the drain valve in order to open the drain valve with the head on, so the solenoid valve itself is enlarged. Although it was necessary to ensure the driving force, it can be operated with high torque by using a motor having a rotating arm and a reduction gear as in the present invention.
[0024]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
The low tank drain valve of the present invention is provided with a cleaning operation section at the upper end, a casing having the lower end communicating with the drain cylinder, a valve body that is in the casing and is seated on a valve seat provided in the drain cylinder, A float is provided above the valve body, and an inner sleeve that is driven in the vertical direction to realize a valve opening and closing operation is provided.
Above the casing, an auxiliary operation comprising at least an actuator shaft, a rotating arm pivotally attached to the actuator shaft, and a rotary actuator arranged so that the rotating arm can freely rotate forward and backward. Equipment.
Furthermore, when an auxiliary operation unit for operating the rotary actuator is provided, the auxiliary operation unit is operated to drive the rotary actuator of the auxiliary operation device and transmit the driving force to rotate the rotary arm. The operation portion is operated by the rotated rotating arm, and the inner sleeve connected to the operation portion is driven upward, so that the valve opening operation is realized.
[0025]
The rotary actuator preferably includes a motor and a reduction gear that decelerates the rotation of the motor and transmits it to the actuator shaft.
The rotating arm may be V-shaped.
[0026]
In addition, a motor having a super-elastic function is interposed between the rotary actuator and the auxiliary operation unit without providing a motor integrally with the rotary actuator, and the driving force can be transmitted through this wire. Good.
[0027]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
In the present invention, when the auxiliary operation unit is operated to drive the rotary actuator arranged on the upper portion of the casing body and transmit the driving force to rotate the rotary arm, the tip of the rotary arm moves the operation unit. Press down.
[0028]
Then, the drive link connected to the operation unit rotates, and when the valve body is opened away from the valve seat by raising the inner sleeve in the low tank drain valve, drainage into the toilet is started, The water level in the tank drops and water supply from the ball tap to the tank is started.
[0029]
When the water level drops to the bottom of the tank and drainage into the toilet is completed, the inner sleeve that has floated due to the float buoyancy descends and sits on the valve seat, so that the tank begins to fill with water again, and the water level further increases. When approaching the full water position, the valve in the ball tap closes and water supply stops.
[0030]
As described above, even in the conventional low tank drain valve, by attaching the rotary actuator of the present invention by retrofitting, it becomes possible to easily perform remote operation and to arrange the operation unit at an arbitrary position. For the advent of an aging society, the operation part of the low tank drain valve can be made barrier-free. In addition, the actuator can be easily installed so as not to interfere with the rod extending from the conventional auxiliary operation part of the push button, and it fits in the washing water tank compactly, so the conventional remote-operated low tank drain valve is replaced with the washing water tank. Compared with the work to assemble, the assembly work efficiency can be improved.
