As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the toilet cover 200 continues to turn over until the toilet cover 200 is closed, at this time, the rotating shaft 210 continues to rotate forward along with the turning over of the toilet cover 200, so as to drive the rotating body 20 of the air-operated control box 100 to rotate forward, the rotating body 20 drives the transmission body 30 to pass through the abduction groove 15, and the rotating angle of the rotating body 20 is larger, so as to satisfy the turning over action of the toilet cover 200.

Claims (13)

1. A pneumatic control box of a drain valve, characterized in that the pneumatic control box (100) comprises:
the box body (10) is provided with a pushing boss (13) and a cylinder (16);
a rotator (20) rotatably mounted on the case (10);
a transmission body (30) in transmission engagement with the rotor (20);
a piston assembly (40) movably mounted within the case (10) and reciprocally movable along the cylinder (16);
an air duct (50) communicating with the cylinder (16);
the rotating body (20) rotates and drives the piston assembly (40) to move in the box body (10) through the transmission body (30), and the piston assembly (40) further compresses the gas in the air cylinder (16) so that the gas in the air cylinder (16) flows into the pneumatic device of the drain valve through the gas guide pipe (50) to open the drain valve; when the rotator (20), the transmission body (30) or the piston assembly (40) moves to be matched with the pushing boss (13), the rotator (20) and the piston assembly (40) are disconnected from transmission by moving under pushing of the pushing boss (13).

A pneumatic control box for a drain valve according to claim 1, wherein: the piston assembly (40) comprises a piston head (42) and a piston rod (43) which are fixedly connected, the piston head (42) is in sealing sliding fit with the air cylinder (16), the piston rod (43) is arranged in the box body (10) in a sliding mode, and the transmission body (30) drives the piston rod (43) to slide in the box body (10) so as to drive the piston head (42) to compress air in the air cylinder (16).

A pneumatic control box for a drain valve according to claim 2, wherein: the transmission body (30) is movably arranged on the rotating body (20) or fixedly arranged on the rotating body (20), or the transmission body (30) is movably arranged on the piston rod (43) or fixedly arranged on the piston rod (43), or the transmission body (30) is movably arranged on the box body (10).

A pneumatic control box for a drain valve according to claim 1, wherein: the piston assembly (40) automatically resets under the action of the elastic piece (41), and the second elastic piece applies elastic force to the rotating body (20) or the transmission body (30) to enable the rotating body (20) and the transmission body (30) to reset.

A pneumatic control box for a drain valve according to claim 1, wherein: the rotary body (20) is arranged on the outer side of the box body (10), a yielding groove (15) for yielding the transmission body (30) is formed in the side wall of the box body (10), one end of the transmission body (30) is connected with the rotary body (20), the other end of the transmission body passes through the yielding groove (15) and is in transmission fit with a piston assembly (40) in the box body (10), and the pushing boss (13) is arranged on the side wall of the yielding groove (15).

A pneumatic control box for a drain valve according to claim 1 or 5, wherein: the box body (10) is also provided with a guide inclined plane, and the rotating body (20), the transmission body (30) or the piston assembly (40) moves to a position corresponding to the pushing boss (13) along the guide inclined plane.
7. A pneumatic control box for a drain valve according to claim 2, wherein: the transmission body (30) is in abutting fit or meshing fit with the piston rod (43) so as to drive the piston rod (43) and the piston head (42) to move in the box body (10).

A pneumatic control box for a drain valve as defined in claim 7, wherein: the transmission body (30) is provided with an abutting block (31), the piston rod (43) is provided with an abutted block (44), and the transmission body (30) is matched with the abutted block (44) in an abutting way through the abutting block (31) so as to drive the piston rod (43) and the piston head (42) to move in the box body (10).

A pneumatic control box for a drain valve according to claim 2, wherein: the device also comprises a button assembly (60) or a knob assembly arranged on the box body (10), wherein the button assembly (60) or the knob assembly is in transmission fit with the rotating body (20) or the transmission body (30) or the piston assembly (40) so as to compress the air cylinder (16).

A pneumatic control box for a drain valve according to claim 9, wherein: the box body (10) is characterized by further comprising a swing rod (45) rotatably arranged in the box body (10), wherein the swing rod (45) and a transmission connection part of the piston rod (43) can be in relatively sliding pivot fit; the button assembly (60) or the knob assembly is in transmission connection with the piston rod (43) and the piston head (42) by driving the swing rod (45) so as to compress the air cylinder (16).

A toilet drain device, characterized by comprising the pneumatic control box (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the rotating body (20) is used as a rotating shaft (210) at the rear end of the toilet cover plate (200), or the rotating body (20) is in linkage fit with the rotating shaft (210) at the rear end of the toilet cover plate (200).

A toilet drain as claimed in claim 11, wherein: the toilet comprises a water tank which is arranged at the rear part of the toilet and sinks relative to the upper plane of the toilet, the drain valve is arranged in the water tank of the toilet, the rear part of the toilet cover plate (200) is covered and connected with an opening of the water tank, and the pneumatic control box (100) is arranged on the bottom surface of the rear part of the toilet cover plate (200).

A toilet drain as claimed in claim 11, wherein: in the process of turning up the toilet cover plate (200), the transmission between the rotating body (20) and the piston assembly (40) is disconnected; in the process of downwards turning the toilet cover plate (200), the rotating body (20) and the piston assembly (40) are in a transmission fit state, and when the rotating body (20), the transmission body (30) or the piston assembly (40) moves to be matched with the pushing boss (13), transmission is disconnected between the rotating body (20) and the piston assembly (40).
