Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a tunnel portion that extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle at the center (or intermediate portion) of the floor panel and a tunnel reinforcement that is disposed along the tunnel portion to form a closed cross section ( The present invention relates to a lower body structure of a vehicle having a so-called high-mount backbone frame.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as the lower body structure of the vehicle of the above-described example, there is a structure described in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-238667.
That is, a tunnel portion extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle is provided at the center portion of the floor panel, and a tunnel reinforcement that is disposed along the tunnel portion and forms a closed cross section with the tunnel portion is provided. It is a thing.
[0003]
According to this conventional structure, the floor reinforcement and the vehicle body rigidity can be improved by the above-described tunnel reinforcement, but the load distribution performance at the time of collision is insufficient.
[0004]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-58347 includes a tunnel portion that extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle at the center of the floor panel, and a cross member that connects the left and right side sills in the vehicle width direction on the upper surface of the floor panel. Although this cross member discloses a lower body structure of a vehicle configured to straddle the above-described tunnel portion, this conventional structure does not disclose a tunnel reinforcement, so that sufficient vehicle body rigidity is improved. There is a problem that it is difficult to achieve both load distribution performance at the time of vehicle collision.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the present invention, a closed cross section formed in the tunnel reinforcement in the vehicle front-rear direction and a closed cross section of the cross member extending in the vehicle width direction are connected so as to overlap each other. A pair of left and right closed cross sections formed on the upper portion of the tunnel portion, and a pair of left and right closed cross sections corresponding to the cross member and projecting upward along the cross member; integral reinforcement portion is provided, the vehicle width direction end of the reinforcing portion, by their respective connection to the facing vertical wall portion of the left and right tunnel reinforcement, sufficient improvement of the floor rigidity and rigidity of the vehicle body It aims at providing the lower vehicle body structure of the vehicle which can ensure the load distribution performance at the time of a collision while aiming.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The vehicle lower body structure according to the present invention forms a closed section between a tunnel portion extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle at the center portion of the floor panel, and extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle along the tunnel portion. A vehicle lower body structure including a tunnel reinforcement that overlaps a closed cross section of the vehicle longitudinal direction formed by the tunnel reinforcement and a closed cross section of a cross member extending in the vehicle width direction. The tunnel reinforcement is joined to the upper part of the tunnel part to form a pair of left and right closed sections at the upper part of the tunnel part, and corresponds to the cross member between the pair of left and right closed sections. And an integral or integral reinforcing portion protruding upward along the cross member, and both ends of the reinforcing portion in the vehicle width direction are provided on the left and right tunnels. Those which are respectively connected to the vertical wall portion facing in-reinforcement.
The cross member extending in the vehicle width direction having the above-described configuration may be set to a so-called No. 2 cross member or No. 3 cross member.
[0007]
According to the above configuration, the tunnel reinforcement (rigid member), a closed section which is formed, since the connection to be superimposed and closed-section cross member (rigid member), the upper and lower, a sufficient vehicle body rigidity It is possible to achieve both improvement and ensuring load distribution performance in the event of a vehicle collision.
[0008]
That is, when the front collision or rear collision of the vehicle, the load input to the tunnel reinforcement, dispersed to the cross member, the load input to the side collision to the side sill (or rear side frames) of the vehicle, through the cross member Therefore, the load distribution performance can be ensured and improved and the yield strength can be improved.
[0009]
Further, the tunnel reinforcement is because it is joined to the upper portion of the tunnel portion is obtained by forming the closed cross section can without inhibiting the passenger foot space, providing the tunnel reinforcement of the high rigidity.
[0010]
Further, since the closed cross section of the tunnel reinforcement and the tunnel portion is provided in a pair of left and right at the upper portion of the tunnel portion, the floor rigidity and the vehicle body are determined by two closed cross sections (a pair of left and right closed cross sections) extending in the front-rear direction. The rigidity can be further improved, and a recess is formed between the two closed cross sections, so that the recess can be effectively used as an arrangement space for the vehicle interior product.
[0011]
Moreover, between the pair of left and right closed cross-section mutually correspond with the cross member, and all SANYO that integral or integral reinforcement portion is provided to protrude upward along the cross member, the tunnel reinforcement Since the left and right closed cross-sections are connected by the reinforcements so as to correspond to the cross members, the rigidity of the tunnel reinforcement itself can be further increased. The sufficient load dispersion performance at the time can be improved.
[0012]
Here, the reinforcing portion configured as described above is a convex bead portion integrated with the tunnel reinforcement, or a reinforcing member provided separately from the tunnel reinforcement and integrally with the tunnel reinforcement. It may be configured.
