BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic shielding gasket, and more particularly, to an electromagnetic shielding gasket that is disposed in a gap between conductive members and shields electromagnetic waves that try to pass through the gap.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a rectangular flat base made of a thin elastic metal plate, an arch that is bent at the side edge of the base and passed in an arch shape on the base, and constant along the side edge of the arch There is known an electromagnetic wave shielding gasket comprising a plurality of projecting pieces provided at intervals, and formed by a thin plate spring composed of a tip part of each projecting piece bent to the base side, a base part and an arch part. (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-69294). Note that such an electromagnetic shielding gasket is generally called a stick finger because stick-like protrusions are arranged in parallel to form a finger-like appearance.
[0003]
The electromagnetic wave shielding gasket is inserted between the main body and the lid so that the base is connected and fixed to the main body of the conductive housing and the arch is in contact with the lid of the conductive housing. The When the lid portion is closed with respect to the main body portion of the conductive casing and the electromagnetic shielding gasket is pressed between the main body portion and the lid portion, the arch portion causes the lid portion side to be moved by the spring force of the thin plate spring. The main body part and the lid part are connected so as to be conductive by pressure contact. Therefore, the gap between the main body portion and the lid portion of the conductive casing is almost completely filled with the electromagnetic shielding gasket, and the electromagnetic wave that is about to pass through the gap can be shielded.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the above-mentioned gasket for electromagnetic wave shielding is used for a casing of an electric and electronic device installed outdoors, the elastic metal thin plate may be oxidized and rust may be generated due to rain or moisture. When non-conductive rust is generated in the elastic metal thin plate, the electromagnetic wave easily passes through the portion where the rust is generated. And if rust advances to the deep part of an elastic metal thin plate and a missing part arises in each protrusion, electromagnetic waves will pass through the missing part. Therefore, there has been a problem that the electromagnetic shielding effect is reduced. Further, if rust generated in the electromagnetic shielding gasket falls into the housing and adheres to the stored electrical / electronic equipment, the electrical / electronic equipment may be soiled or cause a failure.
[0005]
Therefore, conventionally, a method has been adopted in which the surface of the elastic metal thin plate is subjected to rust-proof plating treatment to improve rust resistance. However, even if the surface of the elastic metal thin plate is subjected to rust-proof plating, there is a problem that it is difficult to prevent the occurrence of rust during long-term use.
[0006]
Although a technique for replacing an elastic metal thin plate with an elastic synthetic resin thin plate with a plated surface is disclosed, in this case as well, when non-conductive rust is generated in the plating, the portion where the rust is generated is exposed to electromagnetic waves. Since it becomes easy to pass, there existed a problem that the electromagnetic wave shielding effect reduced.
[0007]
By the way, it may be required not only to block electromagnetic waves that try to pass through the gap between the main body and the lid of the conductive housing, but also to close and seal the gap. For example, it is indispensable to improve the airtightness of an enclosure of an electrical and electronic device installed outdoors because it is necessary to prevent wind and rain and dust from entering the enclosure.
[0008]
Therefore, conventionally, a method of attaching a sealing gasket for closing and sealing the gap between the main body portion and the lid portion of the conductive casing separately from the electromagnetic shielding gasket has been employed. For this reason, there is a problem for the installation installer of the electromagnetic wave shielding gasket, in addition to the cost for storing and managing the sealing gasket, which is a separate part, and an increase in the number of work steps for the installation work of the sealing gasket.
[0009]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and the object thereof is to maintain a high electromagnetic shielding effect over a long period of time against electromagnetic waves that attempt to pass through the gaps between the conductive members. An object of the present invention is to provide an electromagnetic shielding gasket having excellent antirust properties. Another object of the present invention is to provide a low-cost electromagnetic wave shielding gasket capable of sealing the gap between the conductive members while achieving the above object.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to
[0011]
Therefore, according to the present invention, the rust preventive agent supplied from the rust preventive member can prevent rust of the metal forming the spring member. Therefore, the spring member is disposed in the gap between the conductive members. When blocking an electromagnetic wave that attempts to pass through the gap between the conductive members, a high electromagnetic shielding effect can be maintained over a long period of time.
[0012]
Next, the invention according to
Therefore, according to the present invention, the rust preventive agent supplied from the rust preventive member to the spring member spreads through the pores to the entire front and back surfaces of the spring member, so that the entire surface of the spring member can be easily coated with the rust preventive agent. Therefore, the rust prevention property of the spring member can be improved.
[0013]
Next, the invention according to
[0014]
Therefore, according to the present invention, since the rust inhibitor exuded or released from the sheet material spreads from the portion in contact with the spring member to the surface of the spring member, a coating of the rust inhibitor is easily formed on the entire surface of the spring member. It becomes possible to improve the rust prevention property of the spring member.
[0015]
Next, the invention according to claim 4 is the electromagnetic shielding gasket according to any one of
[0016]
Therefore, in this invention, the rust preventive agent hold | maintained at the inside covered with the coating | covering material in a prevention member vaporizes gradually. Since at least a part of the covering material is configured to be able to release the vaporized rust inhibitor to the outside, the rust preventive material is released to the outside. The released rust preventive agent adheres to the spring member, and a film of the rust preventive agent is formed on the entire surface of the spring member. Therefore, if the discharge | release part of the rust preventive agent in a coating | coated material is orient | assigned to the spring member side, the discharge | released rust preventive agent can be reliably made to adhere to a spring member.
[0017]
Next, the invention according to
Therefore, according to the present invention, since the covering material has airtightness, it becomes possible to prevent the rust preventive agent from being unnecessarily released into the external space, and the direction that requires the supply of the rust preventive agent. If a vent is formed only in the rust preventive agent, it can be used effectively.
[0018]
Next, the invention according to
Therefore, according to the present invention, since the vent hole is opened and the rust preventive material is released only when the attachment portion of the rust preventive member is sealed and deformed, the rust preventive material is not wasted. It can be used effectively.
[0019]
Next, the invention according to
Therefore, according to the present invention, since the core material can be impregnated with a liquid, a liquid rust preventive material can be used. Also, when using a gel or solid rust inhibitor, the core material also has air permeability, so the rust inhibitor can be placed in any direction, regardless of where the rust inhibitor is placed inside the coating material. Can be released.
[0020]
Next, the invention according to
Therefore, according to this invention, when using a liquid rust preventive agent, if a rust preventive agent is inject | poured into a storage part, a rust preventive agent can be rapidly impregnated to the whole core material. Also, when using a gel or solid rust preventive agent, if the rust preventive agent is stored in the storage part, the rust preventive agent is unevenly distributed inside the core material, preventing free deformation of the rust preventive member. Can be prevented.
[0021]
Next, the invention according to claim 9 is the electromagnetic wave shielding gasket according to
Therefore, according to this invention, a rust preventive agent can be efficiently discharge | released to a desired direction by opening a communicating hole toward the direction which wants to discharge | release a rust preventive agent.
[0022]
Next, the invention according to claim 10 is the electromagnetic shielding gasket according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the core material is made of a foam material having single cells, The gist of the invention is that at least one storage portion for injecting or storing the rust preventive agent is provided, and a communication hole is provided to communicate the external space of the core member with the storage portion.
[0023]
Therefore, according to the present invention, since the core material has air tightness, the rust preventive agent in the storage portion is released to the outside through the communication hole when vaporized. For this reason, a covering material can also be omitted. In the case where a covering material is used, it is desirable to form a communication hole toward the vent hole.
[0024]
Next, an eleventh aspect of the present invention is the electromagnetic wave shielding gasket according to the first or second aspect, wherein the spring member is disposed in a gap between the conductive members and attempts to pass through the gap. The gist is that a sealing member that shields and seals the gap is connected to the rust prevention member.
[0025]
Therefore, in the present invention, the sealing member is connected to the rust prevention member to constitute an electromagnetic wave shielding gasket as one component. For this reason, it is not necessary for the installation contractor of the electromagnetic shielding gasket to store and manage the sealing member as a separate part from the electromagnetic shielding gasket, and it is not necessary to install only the sealing member. be able to.
[0026]
Next, the gist of the invention described in
Therefore, according to the present invention, the sealing member can be easily manufactured, and a low-cost electromagnetic shielding gasket can be obtained.
