BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a power transmission device applied to a conveyor or the like, and in particular, while achieving downsizing and space saving of the device, at the same time, increase of transmission efficiency, reduction of noise and vibration, self-lock function, etc. The present invention relates to a power transmission device that can be designed in various ways.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, many power transmission devices that can transmit input power to a counterpart machine are known, and these power transmission devices are widely applied to applications such as driving conveyors and garbage disposal machines.
[0003]
As one of such power transmission devices, for example, an intermeshing planetary gear reducer as shown in Patent Document 1 has been proposed. This conventionally known intermeshing planetary gear speed reducer realizes an improvement in the transmission capacity of the device by adopting a trochoidal gear having a plurality of tooth number differences between the internal gear and the external gear. is there.
[0004]
By the way, taking such a case where such a power transmission device is applied to a conveyor drive application, the power transmission device receives a large reaction torque particularly when the conveyor is started or when a large transported object is transported. An increase in transmission capacity is particularly required at the time of medium and heavy loads such as when starting up a conveyor or accelerating. On the other hand, if the conveyor is activated once and enters a steady operation state, the conveyor can be driven if there is a small transmission capacity that is less than half that at the time of conveyor activation. Lowering noise and vibration during driving is required rather than increasing capacity.
[0005]
In addition, conveyors are often installed horizontally, but depending on the usage situation, they may be installed front-down or front-up in the conveyance direction. In such applications, the reverse of the power transmission device is prevented. However, in order to maintain the conveyed product on the conveyor line, the self-locking functionality is more important than the smoothness of rotation.

[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-42382 [0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the conventional internally meshing planetary gear speed reducer employs a trochoidal tooth profile gear, the number of meshes between the internal gear and the external gear is theoretically increased as compared with an involute tooth gear. Therefore, in the no-light load region where the output torque required to drive the counterpart machine is small, the amount of elastic deformation required for torque transmission is relatively smaller than the gaps between each part, machining errors, and assembly errors. The number of meshes between the internal gear and the external gear is likely to change depending on the amount of elastic deformation accompanying torque fluctuation. Therefore, in such a no-light load region, there is a problem that a slight torque change becomes a meshing change, and noise and vibration fluctuations and increases are likely to occur.
[0008]
Moreover, if the self-locking functionality is emphasized and the rotational resistance of the members constituting the power transmission device is simply increased, the reverse rotation prevention function can be improved, but at the same time, the rotational resistance in the positive direction also increases. Thus, there is a problem that the rotation efficiency of the entire apparatus is deteriorated. Therefore, when the power transmission device is used in an application that is frequently operated by a motor, there is a problem that a large capacity motor is required and power consumption is increased. On the other hand, it is possible to increase the rotational efficiency of the entire device by lowering the rotational resistance of the members constituting the power transmission device. However, since the self-locking functionality and rotational smoothness are related to each other, it is simple. However, if the rotational resistance is reduced and the rotational efficiency is increased, there is a problem that the structure easily rotates in the reverse direction and the self-locking function is lowered.
[0009]
The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and while achieving downsizing and space saving of the apparatus, at the same time, increase of transmission efficiency, reduction of noise and vibration, self-lock function, etc. An object of the present invention is to provide a power transmission device that can be designed in various modes depending on the intended use.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a power transmission device capable of transmitting input power to a counterpart machine, wherein a power transmission mechanism of the power transmission device is disposed between an input shaft and an output shaft, and has a slight difference in the number of teeth. It is composed of an internally meshing planetary gear mechanism having a tooth gear and an internal gear, and has a plurality of internal pin holes formed in the external gear, and a rotation component of the external gear that is loosely fitted in the internal pin hole. The sliding portion with the plurality of inner pins that can transmit the output shaft to the output shaft is composed of the first and second types of sliding portions, and the sliding manner of the first and second sliding portions is different. The above-described problems are solved by providing the power transmission units having different power transmission characteristics by providing them in parallel on the power transmission system path.
[0011]
According to the present invention, the power input to the power transmission device is transmitted via the power transmission unit having different power transmission characteristics by making the sliding modes of the first and second sliding units different. It becomes possible to transmit to the counterpart machine, and the characteristics of the entire power transmission device can be changed depending on the characteristics of the combined power transmission units. Therefore, it is possible to provide a power transmission device that can be designed in various modes depending on the use application, such as an increase in transmission efficiency, a reduction in noise and vibration, and a self-locking function. Here, “provided in parallel on the power transmission system path” in the present invention means two paths (first and second slides) through which power can be transmitted between the input shaft and the output shaft, which are common members. Moving part) means that it is equipped. Incidentally, “preparing in series on the power transmission path” means passing through another path after passing through a certain path.
[0012]
In the present invention, there is no particular limitation as to how the sliding modes of the first and second sliding portions are specifically changed, and various methods can be employed.
[0013]
Therefore, for example, the difference between the sliding modes of the first and second sliding portions may be embodied by distinguishing whether or not a sliding promoting member is disposed on the first and second sliding portions. Good.
[0014]
Further, the difference in the sliding mode between the first and second sliding parts is that a sliding promotion member is disposed on the first and second sliding parts and the type of the sliding promotion member is changed. For example, as a sliding acceleration member, a first inner roller that is inserted into the inner pin and can be inscribed in the inner pin hole on the entire outer peripheral surface of the inner pin, and the inner pin A second inner roller that is inserted and fitted so that the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface thereof are coaxial and can be inscribed in the inner pin hole in a part of the outer peripheral surface; If the first inner roller or the second inner roller is disposed in the sliding portion, it is possible to realize the difference in the sliding manner of the first and second sliding portions.
[0015]
Furthermore, the difference in the sliding mode of the first and second sliding portions can be realized by changing the materials of the first inner roller and the second inner roller.
[0016]
In addition, if the first inner roller or the second inner roller can be selectively inserted into and removed from the plurality of inner pins, the entire power transmission device is determined depending on the ratio of the first and second inner rollers to be arranged. Thus, various aspects can be designed according to the intended use, and the design can be easily changed. For example, by inserting only one of the first inner roller or the second inner roller into the plurality of inner pins, only through one of the power transmission portions having different power transmission characteristics. Power transmission may be possible.
