Description
本発明は、計測器技術に関し、研究室で使用される蛍光光度計に関するが、この蛍光光度計は、例えば、臨床科学や食品生産技術での分析評価で使用される。本発明は、詳細には、同時に複数の試料を有する蛍光光度計への適用に適している。
蛍光分析では、短い波長の励起光が試料に導かれ、分析される物質がより長い波長の光を放射するようにする。放射光の量が測定され、それによって分析される物質の量が検出される。一般に、蛍光光度計は1つの測定チャネルを有し、分析は多数のくぼみを有するプレートの上で行われる。この場合、プレートは、各くぼみが順番に測定位置に達するような方法で、測定チャネルに対して移動する。
請求項1に記載の蛍光光度計がここに発明された。本発明の好適実施形態は他の請求項に示される。
図1の蛍光光度計は、とりわけ制御ユニット2と電源および装置外の機能への接続部を収容する下部ハウジング1を有する。下部ハウジングの頂部には、光密性測定ユニット3がある。その後部エッジは下部ハウジングの後部エッジと蝶番4で取り付けられているので、測定ユニットは蝶番によって上向きに旋回し、その下の部品への接近が容易である。蝶番付き測定ユニットは、空気ばね5によって(図1の点線で示される)上部の位置に保持される。下部ハウジングと測定ユニットの上に着脱可能な上部ハウジング6がある。測定ユニットと上部ハウジングの前部壁に光密性ハッチを備えた開口7があり、その開口を通じて試料が測定ユニットの内外に移送される。

Claims (4)
- 液体の試料の光学的特性を測定する蛍光光度計であって、光源からの励起光を前記試料へ方向付ける手段と、前記試料からの放射光を検出器へ方向付ける手段とを有し、
前記蛍光光度計が、前記試料のためのくぼみを備えるとともに、前記くぼみ内の前記試料までの前記光学系の距離の変化によって発生する、前記くぼみ内の前記試料からの前記放射光における誤差を除去する誤差除去手段(28,31)を有し、
前記誤差除去手段(28,31)が、前記放射光を平行にする平行レンズシステム(28)と、平行にされた前記放射光を収束する収束レンズシステム(31)と、前記平行レンズシステム(28)および前記検出器の間に位置する開口境界画定器とを有し、
前記開口境界画定器が、前記平行にされた光のビームから、前記平行レンズシステム(28)において散乱した光を境界画定することによって前記測定の立体角が一定となるように配置されたことを特徴とする蛍光光度計。 - 前記収束レンズシステム(31)が前記境界画定器として働く保持器を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光光度計。
- 前記蛍光光度計が、前記収束レンズシステム(31)の後で、前記放射光を平行にする手段(34)を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蛍光光度計。
- 前記蛍光光度計が、前記収束レンズシステム(31)の後で、前記放射光を境界画定する手段(33)と、前記放射光をフィルタリングする手段(35)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の蛍光光度計。
