【0001】
u=L(di/dt)+Ri+Kω …(1)
ω={u−L(di/dt)−Ri}/K …(2)
ω=(u−Ri)/K …(3)
ωB=(uB−Ri)/K …(4)
v<C1 uB−C2 …(7)
但し、C1 =x/αGK
C2 =xRi/αGK

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an automatic vehicle steering apparatus for automatically parking a vehicle without depending on a steering operation of a driver.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Such automatic steering devices for vehicles are already known from Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 4-55168 and 10-114274. These automatic vehicle steering devices use a steering actuator of a conventionally known electric power steering device, and control the steering actuator based on the relationship between the vehicle movement distance and the turning angle stored in advance. Parking and parallel parking are performed automatically.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the above-mentioned conventional one, when the voltage of the battery, which is a power source for supplying power to the steering actuator, decreases, the operating speed of the steering actuator made of an electric motor becomes slow and the steering speed decreases. May deviate from the moving trajectory. In particular, when the vehicle speed during automatic steering is high, the steering actuator is required to operate at a high speed, so that the deviation from the target movement locus increases.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to prevent a shift in a movement locus due to a voltage drop of a power supply that supplies power to a steering actuator.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a movement trajectory setting means for storing or calculating a movement trajectory of a vehicle to a target position, a steering actuator for turning a wheel, and the steering A voltage detection unit that detects a voltage of a power source that supplies power to the actuator; a vehicle speed detection unit that detects a vehicle speed; and a vehicle speed limit unit that sets a vehicle speed limit value based on a voltage detected by the voltage detection unit. control means, based on the voltage detected by said voltage detecting means, an automatic steering device detects vehicle speed of the vehicle and controls the steering actuator when: the vehicle speed limit value of the vehicle speed detecting means is proposed Is done.
[0006]
According to the above configuration, since the steering actuator is controlled based on the voltage of the power supply that supplies power to the steering actuator, the fluctuation of the operating speed of the steering actuator due to the fluctuation of the voltage of the power supply is compensated to prevent the deviation of the vehicle movement locus. can do. In addition, since the vehicle speed limit value is set based on the voltage of the power source and the steering actuator is controlled when the vehicle speed is equal to or lower than the vehicle speed limit value, the shift of the movement trajectory that occurs because the operating speed of the steering actuator cannot follow the vehicle speed is eliminated. Can be prevented.
[0007]
The
[0012]
According to the invention described in
[0013]
According to the above configuration, since the vehicle braking means is automatically actuated to keep the vehicle speed below the vehicle speed limit value, it is possible to prevent the automatic steering control from being stopped when the vehicle speed exceeds the vehicle speed limit value.
[0014]
The
[0015]
According to the invention described in
[0016]
According to the above configuration, the higher the power supply voltage is, the higher the vehicle speed limit value is set. Therefore, the maximum vehicle speed is ensured within the range in which no shift occurs in the movement locus, and the time until reaching the target position is minimized. be able to.

Is obtained. As apparent from the above equation (3), the motor rotational angular velocity ω changes according to the motor voltage u. When the motor voltage u increases, the motor rotational angular velocity ω increases, and when the motor voltage u decreases, the motor rotational angular velocity ω. ω decreases.
[0033]
By the way, the
ωB = (uB−Ri) / K (4)
Given in. On the other hand, if the reduction ratio from the
(Dθ / dt) MAX = ωB / G (5)
Given in.
[0034]
From the above, when the target turning angular velocity dθ / dt during the automatic steering control becomes equal to or greater than the maximum turning angular velocity (dθ / dt) MAX , the operating speed of the
αv / x <ωB / G (6)
It is necessary to hold.
[0035]
Substituting the above equation (4) into the maximum motor rotational angular velocity ωB of the above equation (6), and solving for the vehicle speed v,
v <C 1 uB-C 2 (7)
However, C 1 = x / αGK
C 2 = xRi / αGK
Is obtained.
[0036]
Although the rated voltage of the battery B is 12 volts, the actual battery voltage uB may be reduced to 10 volts or less due to deterioration due to long-term use, a discharged state or a loaded state, and the actual battery may be damaged due to a generator failure or the like. The voltage uB can rise to 16 volts or more. When the battery voltage uB changes in this way, the result of calculating the vehicle speed upper limit value v MAX corresponding to the battery voltage uB based on the above equation (7) is shown by a thick solid line in FIG. As apparent from FIG. 6, the battery voltage uB is 10 volts, when 12 volts, 16 volts, the vehicle speed limit value v MA X are each 3km / h, 5km / h, 9km / h, the actual vehicle speed v Is less than the vehicle speed limit value v MAX , the actual turning angle θ can be made to follow the reference turning angle θref to prevent the movement locus from being shifted.
[0037]
When the battery voltage uB is 10 volts or less, the actual steering angle θ cannot be made to follow the standard turning angle θref unless the vehicle speed v is limited to be lower than 3 km / h, and automatic steering control is performed at the vehicle speed v. Since the time required to enter the garage becomes too long when the is executed, automatic steering control is stopped at that time. Conversely, when the battery voltage uB exceeds 16 volts, automatic steering control can be executed at a vehicle speed v higher than 9 km / h. However, the
[0038]
As described above, even when the battery voltage uB is within the range of 10 volts <uB <16 volts, the turning angle θ can be made to follow the reference turning angle θref when the vehicle speed v becomes equal to or higher than the vehicle speed limit value v MAX. Therefore, when the vehicle speed v approaches the vehicle speed limit value v MAX , an alarm is issued by the operation
[0039]
The above operation will be further described based on the flowchart of FIG.
[0040]
First, to detect the voltage uB of battery B by the voltage detecting means S 8 in step S1. Without voltage uB between the lower limit value uB MIN and the upper limit value uB MAX In step S2, to stop the automatic steering control in step S7. If the result is between the voltage uB lower limit uB MIN and the upper limit value uB MAX at the step S2, it sets the vehicle speed limit value v MAX corresponding to the voltage uB in step S3 (see FIG. 6). Then it detects the vehicle speed v by the front wheel rotation angle detecting means S 3 at step S4, the vehicle speed v in the subsequent step S5 is smaller than the vehicle speed limit value v MAX, to continue the automatic steering control in Step S6. On the other hand, if the vehicle speed v is not less than the vehicle speed limit value v MAX , the automatic steering control is stopped in step S7.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, various design changes can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.

For example, in the embodiment, the movement locus of the vehicle V to the target position is stored in the

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the invention, since the steering actuator is controlled based on the voltage of the power supply that supplies power to the steering actuator, the fluctuation of the operating speed of the steering actuator due to the fluctuation of the voltage of the power supply is compensated. Thus, it is possible to prevent a shift in the movement locus of the vehicle.
[0052]
According to the invention described in
[0053]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the higher the power supply voltage, the higher the vehicle speed limit value is set, so that the maximum vehicle speed is secured within a range in which no shift occurs in the movement locus and the target position is reached. The time can be minimized.
