BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides an ion generator in the middle of a water channel for refluxing water to a water facility such as a bathtub, pond, fountain, pool, water tank, etc., and sterilizes water in the water facility with metal ions generated by the ion generator, It relates to an algae killing device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a metal ion generator having a plurality of metal plates is provided in the middle of a flow path for returning a predetermined amount of water to a water facility such as a bathtub, a pond, a fountain, a pool, or a water tank, and the metal plate is electrolyzed. There is known a bactericidal and algicidal device that generates metal ions and sterilizes or kills the water of the water facility with the metal ions, particularly silver ions and copper ions (for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 2-66294).
This sterilizing and algaecidal device using metal ions has many advantages such as excellent sterilizing power and algaecidal power, is inexpensive and easy to use, and has been widely adopted in recent years.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the water in the water tank or the like is severely soiled, there is a limit to the sterilizing power of silver ions and the algicidal power of copper ions, so it took a long time to sterilize and purify the water. . Therefore, it was necessary to add a chlorinated chemical (such as sodium hypochlorite) to the water facility and enhance the bactericidal and algicidal power by the catalytic action of metal ions. As a result, the cost is high and the work is complicated. Furthermore, by adding chlorinated chemicals to water facilities, the quality of the hot springs changes, the filtration and circulation equipment oxidizes and corrodes, and its life (durability) is shortened, or chlorine is given to users of water facilities. There was a problem of giving unpleasant feelings such as odor and irritation to eyes, skin, nose and throat.
[0004]
In addition, when the metal plate in the ion generator consists only of the same type of metal plate, part of the eluted metal ions will return to the original metal, and the water sterilization and algaecidal power will be reduced accordingly. There was a drawback that the efficiency decreased. That is, for example, when all of the metal plate is a copper electrode plate and is electrolyzed, copper ions generated at the anode are attracted to the cathode. Therefore, the charge of copper ions is lost. As a result, the copper ions disappear, and instead, copper powder is deposited and adheres to the same electrode plate of the cathode or settles at the bottom of the water tank. Therefore, not only the sterilization effect by copper ions is reduced, but also defects such as contamination of the copper electrode plate and turbidity of water due to precipitation of copper powder have occurred. This is the same phenomenon for other metals used in this type of water sterilizing and algae killing apparatus, such as silver and copper-silver alloys.
[0005]
The present invention was made in view of these drawbacks, without using any chlorine-based chemicals that adversely affect the human body, and without depositing copper powder, simple and safe, In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a liquid sterilizing algaecic device capable of exhibiting extremely high sterilizing and algicidal effects.
[0006]

[0008]
Furthermore, in the liquid sterilizing and algae killing apparatus using metal ions and chlorine according to the present invention, two of the plurality of titanium electrode plates are arranged one by one on the outermost side of all other metal plates, Alternatively, two of the plurality of copper electrode plates, silver electrode plates, or copper-silver alloy electrode plates may be arranged one by one on the outermost side of all other metal plates.
[0009]
In addition, the liquid sterilizing and algae killing apparatus using metal ions and chlorine according to the present invention is arranged so as to face each other at a predetermined interval in the middle of a flow path for circulating water containing a required concentration of salt in a water facility. [0027]
Here, since the electrolyzed water has a synergistic effect with chlorine due to the catalytic action of metal ions, the electrolyzed water is extremely about 10 to 1000 times as large as the conventional sterilization device of water facilities using only metal ions. A high bactericidal and algicidal effect can be achieved. Further, in addition to the necessity of using a chlorinated chemical, the chlorine contained in the electrolyzed water formed through the electrolysis step is about 1/10 to about 1/50 compared to the case where the chlorinated chemical is used. Since it has the same bactericidal and algicidal ability at the residual chlorine concentration, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of harmful effects that occur when the above-mentioned chlorinated chemicals are used. Furthermore, chlorine contained in the electrolyzed water loses its activity in a short time after sterilization and algae in the water facility, and returns to a low-concentration dissolved salt. Therefore, once sodium chloride is added to the refluxing water, it is not necessary to re-add sodium chloride for a long time, which is efficient in terms of labor and cost, and is safe for the user and environmentally friendly. Easy. In addition, when it is desired to increase or decrease the sterilizing and algae killing power depending on the state of dirt in the water facility, the amount of current is adjusted in the power supply device 17 to adjust the amount of electrolysis of the
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, an ion / chlorine generator is disposed in water containing a required concentration of salt, and when energized, in addition to metal ions such as silver, chlorine is generated. Since a synergistic effect with chlorine is produced by the catalytic action, an extremely high bactericidal and algicidal effect about 10 to 1000 times higher than that in the case of sterilizing water with only metal ions can be achieved.
[0029]
Further, according to the present invention, the solid deposits such as calcium, silica, and metal powder that tend to adhere to the metal electrode plate by electrolysis of water are energized while switching between the anode and the cathode of the metal plate. It can be removed and the metal plate can be cleaned up.
[0030]
In addition, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a water sterilizing and algae killing effect of water facilities that is remarkably superior without using chlorinated chemicals. The system can be adjusted so that the usage is simple and the cost is reduced. In addition, the durability of the system that circulates water to the water facility is improved, and the water facility is safe and comfortable for the human body. Can be supplied.
[0031]
In addition, according to the present invention, most of the metal ions once generated (about 70% or more) do not return to the original metal again, so that the sterilizing power of the metal ions can be maintained. Therefore, due to the significant reduction in the deposition of metal powder, it is possible to prevent water contamination in the water facility.
[0032]
Furthermore, since the titanium electrode plate is coated with platinum, it is durable. If the platinum coating has been thinned by long-term use, it can be used again and again, so it is economical. In addition, since it can be recycled, it can contribute to the effective use of resources and thus to environmental protection.
[0033]
In addition, by arranging titanium electrode plates and silver or copper or copper silver alloy electrode plates alternately, silver or copper or copper silver alloy electrode plates are efficiently dissolved by electrolytic action. Can be used.
