Description
Claims (6)
- 化石燃料(B)をガス化し、該燃料を合成ガス(SG)として、ガスタービン(2)に付属するバーナ(7)に燃焼用に供給するガスタービン(2)におけるバーナ(7)の運転方法において、
合成ガス(SG)を第1部分流(SG1)と第2部分流(SG2)とに分け、これら両部分流(SG1、SG2)を別々にバーナ(7)に燃焼用に供給すると共に、
ガスタービン(2)の調達すべき出力に応じて、両部分流(SG1、SG2)の少なくとも一方に、運転時の発熱量を変化すべく天然ガス(EG)或いは蒸気(D)を混入させることを特徴とするガスタービンにおけるバーナの運転方法。 - ガスタービン(2)の最低負荷運転時或いは無負荷運転時に、両部分流(SG1、SG2)の一方を零にすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 請求項1又は2記載の方法を実施する原動所設備(3)であって、
少なくとも1つのバーナ(7)を備えた燃焼器(6)が付属するガスタービン(2)と、燃焼器(6)に前置接続された燃料系(129)とを備え、該燃料系が化石燃料(B)のガス化装置(132)と、該装置から出て燃焼器(6)に開口するガス管(130)とを含む原動所設備(3)において、
ガス管(130)から燃焼器(6)の上流でもう1つの(第2)ガス管(131)が分岐し、ガス管(130)がバーナ(7)の第1燃料通路(238)に接続され、第2ガス管(131)が、バーナ(7)の第1燃料通路(238)から分離された第2燃料通路(240)に接続されたこと、第2ガス管(131)に、運転時の発熱量を調整すべく、天然ガス(EG)或いは蒸気(D)が供給管(244)を経て供給されることおよびガス管(130)および第2ガス管(131)に夫々調整弁(208a、208b)が設けられ、これらの調整弁(208a、208b)を経て、それらの燃料通路(238、240)における燃料流が調整されることを特徴とする原動所設備。 - ガス管(130)にガス封じ装置(200)が接続され、該装置が、ガス管(130)から第2ガス管(131)の分岐点(242)の上流に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の設備。
- 第2ガス管(131)に、ガス化装置(132)で発生した合成ガス(SG)が供給されることを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の設備。
- ガスタービン(2)の燃焼ガス側に廃熱ボイラ(30)が後置接続され、該ボイラの加熱器が、蒸気タービン(20)の水・蒸気回路(24)に接続されたガス蒸気複合タービン設備(1)として形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3から5の1つに記載の設備。
