Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tire rim assembly manufacturing how, more particularly, when fitting the tire to the rim using a tire mounter machine, tire rim assembly to prevent damage to the bead portion of a pneumatic tire about the three-dimensional manufacturing how.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A tire mounter is used as a device for automatically fitting a pneumatic tire to a wheel rim. In general, as shown in FIG. 2, the pneumatic tire 1 is fitted from above the wheel fixed sideways, and the bead part 2 of the pneumatic tire 1 is moved along the circumference by the bead drop roller 21 of the tire mounter machine. The pneumatic tire 1 is fitted to the rim 11 of the wheel while being crimped. However, as shown in FIG. 2, when the bead portion 2 on the upper side of the pneumatic tire 1 is fitted on the upper side of the rim 11, the bead toe portion 3 is easily caught on the rim flange tip portion 12 of the rim 11. There is a problem that the bead portion 2 is easily damaged, such as being cut off. Normally, the lubricant 4 such as silicone oil or soapy water is applied not on the tire inner surface side of the bead portion 2 but on the tire outer surface side, so that this suppresses damage to the bead portion 2 in the situation of FIG. Is difficult (see JP-A-3-279008).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention uses a tire mounter machine when fitting the pneumatic tire to the rim, to provide a tire rim assembly manufacturing how to prevent damage to the bead portion of a pneumatic tire is there.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the manufacturing method of the tire rim assembly of the present invention for solving the above-described problem, a pneumatic tire is arranged above a wheel fixed on its side, and the bead portion of the pneumatic tire is removed by a bead drop roller of a tire mounter machine. In the manufacturing method of the tire rim assembly in which the tire is fitted to the rim of the wheel while being crimped along the circumference, when the pneumatic tire is fitted to the rim, the bead portion facing the bead dropping roller in advance A lubricant is applied to the surface of the bead toe portion on the inner side of the tire so as to extend from the tip end portion of the bead toe portion to the upper end portion of the bead core over a range of at least 5 mm on the outer side in the tire radial direction.
[0005]
In the above-described configuration, the lubricant may have a thickness of 0.1 to 1 μm .
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the method for manufacturing a tire rim assembly of the present invention, as shown in a cross-sectional view of the bead portion 3 in FIG. 1, first, a lubricant 4 is applied to the tire inner surface of the bead toe portion 3 of the pneumatic tire 1. Next, the pneumatic tire 1 is disposed from above the wheel fixed sideways, and the bead part 2 of the pneumatic tire 1 is crimped along the circumference by the bead drop roller 21 of the tire mounter machine, The pneumatic tire 1 is fitted to the rim 11 of the wheel. Here, since the lubricant 4 is applied to the tire inner surface of the bead toe part 3, the surface becomes slippery, and even when it comes into contact with the wheel rim flange tip part 12, it is hard to be caught and damage the bead part 2. It can be effectively prevented.
[0010]
Further, the range in which the lubricant 4 is applied is at least 5 mm from the toe tip 3a on the tire inner surface of the bead toe 3, and further to the upper end of the bead core 5 in the tire axial direction as shown in FIG. It is preferable that damage to the bead portion 2 can be effectively prevented. Although the thickness which apply | coats the lubricant 4 is not specifically limited, In order to prevent the damage of the bead part 2 effectively, it is 0.1-1 micrometer, Furthermore, it is preferable to set it as 0.3-0.7 micrometer. Although the lubricant 4 may be applied to a part of the bead toe portion 3, it is preferable to cover the entire circumference of the tire.
[0011]
Further, the lubricant 4 may be applied to the wheel side. In this case, the lubricant 4 is applied to the rim flange front end portion 12 of the rim 11 that contacts the bead toe portion 3 of the pneumatic tire 1 when fitted, and thereby, between the pneumatic tire 1 and the rim flange front end portion 12. A slip can be caused and damage to bead part 2 can be prevented. The lubricant 4 may be applied to a part of the rim flange tip 12 but preferably extends over the entire circumference of the wheel.
[0012]
Examples of the lubricant 4 used above include silicone resins such as silicone oil, fluororesins such as ethylene tetrafluoride, soapy water, and the like, and the type thereof is not particularly limited. The means for applying is not particularly limited, and for example, a brush, a spray, or the like may be used, or may be performed manually or mechanically by an application device, or the application device may be incorporated in a tire mounter machine.
[0013]
【Example】
EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example demonstrates this invention further, the scope of the present invention is not limited to these Examples. A test for fitting a pneumatic tire for a light van having a tire size of 185 / 75R15 to a wheel having a rim size of 15 × 5 J was performed. In the comparative example, no lubricant was applied, and in the example, as shown in FIG. 1, the thickness was 0.6 μm in the range of 5 mm from the toe tip 3 a and applied to the entire circumference with a brush. With respect to these tires, when 100 tires were fitted to the wheels by a tire mounter, the rate of damage to the bead portion 2 was as follows.
Comparative example = 10%, Example = 1%.
[0014]
Therefore, by using the manufacturing how the tire rim assembly of the present invention, it is possible to effectively prevent the damage of the bead portion when fitting the pneumatic tire to the rim.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, when a pneumatic tire is fitted to a rim using a tire mounter machine, the upper end of the bead core from the front end of the bead toe is formed on the tire inner surface of the bead toe in the bead portion facing the bead drop roller in advance. A tire rim assembly manufacturing method that prevents damage to the bead portion can be obtained by extending the portion to the outer side in the tire radial direction and applying the lubricant over a range of at least 5 mm or more.
